I was waiting to watch this, and I am enjoying it so far. This a great mystery and the action scenes are entertaining and funny. Those bullies annoy me, but this is the game. They are everywhere in kdramas : modern dramas, school dramas, even sagueuk dramas. :/ My only joy is to know that ML knows how to fight.

Lin Lu was very enigmatic to me. I got from the start that she was either antagonist or villainness. And I struggled to understand her till the end.
Yes, when I saw Feng Zhi Xing looking at her. I was so pissed. Why did that man have such bad taste in choosing a partner. Because we witnessed her misdeed. I wanted so hard that the writer could not make of them a couple. Sweet guy vs villainess. I don't like this trope . ^^
Simple: She seconds the villain in everything and ends up with him. As simple as that.
It is hard to wait for the next episode. It is really testing my patience.
Yes exactly. ML trying to seduce her, her falling but trying not to. The chemistry and even their back story that is still not completely revealed. And this pointless SFL too. HAHAHA. I have a lot of fun.

Yes I don't know why the writer wanted something so simple. It is a pity because the story would have been great if there was mos complexity in the characters and in the story. *shrug*

I think that the fact she is weak for her beloved in that extent makes her a perfect Mary sue. You know those characters who are badasses FL and succeed in everything until they fall in love and become dumb. Doing mistake after mistake. The big problem I see here is that ML is too dumb. If he wasn't that dumb he would have lead a sideplot revenge quest or he would have self sacrificed himself to be worthy of FL at some point. Which would have been great for the story and would have add angst to the last part.
I admit that I thought he was faking being a dumb spoiled brat. But I realized later that ML really was not that clever. Too bad.

What you say makes sense. This is true that ML never trusted her and then decides to be her sidekick for revenge. And he explain that he knew his mum was spoiling him and he wanted to take over the company. Yes ML was stupid, even though he got better later. He was never a great character. I meant that FL didn't hold any grudge. I am not discussing whether she should have held a grudge or not. Because this is the way the writer wrote her character. The fact that she forgave everything ML did, shows her blind unconditionnal love for ML.
Of course I was stunned to see ML's treason again. But that's where I understood she was helplessly in love and her character is psychologically poorly writen. This is why I don't think they are great characters.
I nice watch but the plot is predictible and cliché. I would have liked ML and FL to be more witty. l thought FL is strong I did not get the wow effect in this show. Too bad.
