The trope of an ex-girlfriend returning with kids is one of my favorites but it's challenging to pull off without…
Maybe the Back end forth between overseas and Mainland China was boring. To me those were the scenes, in which the main couple wasn't together. And I wanted to see them side by side in order for the plot to develop.
Those where the scenes that dragged the drama to me.

The drama is actually boring for a short drama. The story does not make sense in certain part. Over dubbing. However,…
I liked the kids pranks. They were lovely. And I like the couple chemistry.

Shen Hao Nan has to be one of the most gorgeous looking Chinese actor. I can freeze my tv when his face is on…
They are my one of my favourite couple in C-dramas. I liked all of it. I wish to see them together more often.

Title The Best Man Spoiler
Finally finished last episode! Its unexpected this to happen because of SFL but i expect much much more of this…
I liked the last twist. I would have never thought Mu Zi was this deceitful. They surprised me.

Love this couple...as simple as that 🥰. Swoonworthy is my weakness...
Agree they are such great match. I also like the kisses. They are realistic.

It's not a romance so it doesn't matter. The villain probably got more action than anyone
LOLOL nice way to say it. This scoundrel was a true womanizer.

This doesn't make sense. I had to drop this drama.
Yes the time travel logic was weird in this drama. But I kept watching. I wanted to see the antagonist meet his own demise.

what i can say? did they forget they must finish the drama in 23 episodes?
I think they didn't, this is why the ending feels a littles rushed to me.

Title Un/Happy for You Spoiler
I didn't want them to end up together for the same reason.
I agree. He was crazy passionate when she was with her. Almost self destructive. That's for the best. But I felt sad a little bit for them.

"why fl forgave her mother "? Because she is her mother. Parents ,children and siblings. always forgive one another…
"now it’s all love?" I wouldn't say that. Given that she specifically repelled her mother attempt at knowing where she lives with Sa Eon. And She left the room without disclosing any element of her private life.

She drew a wedge between her and her manipulative abusing mother.
she even said : " let's take it slowly" lifting her hand as a way to say stop to her mother. If I remember well.

So this is definitely not what you are saying. It seems you did not watch this part of the show before criticizing HeeJoo.
She experiences a fabulous character development in this drama.

Dear @Sacapz : Family is family :)
I liked to see the character development of HeeJoo.
From gaslighted to fiercely free *_*

I don't understand why c-(mini)drama writers cannot finish a story properly and why they write nonsensical plots going in every directions without any proper development. (@_@)

I finally watched this cute and goofy mini drama I shelved for a long time, and it was the very first time I have seen a story in which all the plot points are not developed.

In a nutshell : The FL's boss tries to pimp her to get funding for her lab research. So she goes on a blind date with a heir (ML), whose family desperately wants to marry. Will they date?

Aside from the controversy the last few eps were quite boring it felt like they were dragging it idk the ml actions…

This doesn't mean HeeJoo will still be the victim of her narcisistic gaslighting mother in the future. Remember, she even refused to tell her where she lives with Sa Eon, at the very end of the last episode.

I think some people take Kdramas to seriously this was a funny lighthearted COMEDY drama you could just watch…
Those people like losing there time watching what they dislike from the get go and annoying viewers who enjoy fluffy romcom.

6.8 now? 💀
I am surprised too. Is it because of time travel logic or Gu Nian. Regardless, to me the show deserves more. It is well executed : the acting is good, the pacing and the story also.
Yes FL is annoying but does she annoys people so much that they downvote the show?
That would be a pity, it is unfair to dislike a show just because one dislikes a character.
There is so much time, efforts and money invested in a show. What about all these workers?
The show is not only Gu Nian :/
