I don't know if he was forced or not to perform kissing scenes, because I did not see any interview of him saying that and I wasn't witness of the situation. I just know that he performed those kissing scenes with big stars. This is why I rely on his intelligence.

Yes, most of the dramas I have watched are K-dramas. So am very familiar with them. And yes, in most of them there is at most 1 kissing scene. Some feature most kiss though.
regarding Passionate Kiss, it is very rare. I would say that most of the kissing scene are sweet and tender kissing scene.
But generally speaking, kisses in k-dramas are better than kisses in c-dramas, in my opinion.
Why? Because in most C-dramas we see fish kisses or the protagonist just stick there face to one another and call this a kiss. You know, as we are on this topic. I am trying to remember a good kiss in c-drama. And I cannot find one. However I thought about a mini drama or two with great kisses.

Do people use this subject to hate on Allen Ren ? Probably yes, because as talented as he is. He might have a lot of haters . (Some jealous people or in another fandom). Those haters took that subject because it makes of him an easy target.

How? It is impossible to be a high ranking actor and being unable to act. There are so much other shows to watch. The audience would not watch a whole show was someone who cannot act. The audience doesn't look at people physics and handsomness before acting skill. Not everybody is attracted to the same actors enough to make their drama number 1 in rankings. Impossible. Beauty is not enough.

Cute and funny romcom. I disliked the first episode and gave the drama a chance. It was better and better. I recommend it. Gave it 7.5.

Yes "Dreaming of a freaking Fairytale" was very funny. I don't remember a moment when the drama was serious. because it is a parody of the cinderella fairytale. If i had to rewatch a drama during the christmas holiday season this one would probably be, because it has a christmas vibe.
20 - yes you are right. A bunch of Sad Endings in C-dramas lately. This is maybe because I admire those 2 actors and it felt heartbreaking to see their demise.
21 - The movie adaptation is really good. I think i re-watched this j-drama 4 or 5 times. And it doesn't age. Even if I know the dialogues now. But this is a story of self discovery and female self empowerment + investigation. It is my fav j-movie so far.
I like the animé because it was more detailled and very moving too.

No there is not but there is an animé. I would love to watch a drama version of this movie. It is among my favourites.

I would advice you to speak only for yourself because loads of people boycott his romance because of the no kiss issue. So, you might not be disturbed, but others are.
I know he is a great actor and sometimes too me, longing glares are better than kisses. Especially fish kisses.
But I will not disregard other people's opinion calling it "bullshit" like you do. because at the end of the day, all these people are the audience.

About kissing famous actresses : Allen Ren kissed Bailu in "Forever and ever" and maybe "One and only".
And he kissed Dilraba in "The Blue Whisper".
Those were the drama I have been told about him eally kissing but I have to verify if it is true. In other dramas he avoids kissing scenes.
I am sure he is well aware that the audience would like to watch kisses in his dramas.
In my opinion he really did kiss Bailu and Dilbara to avoid backlash and in order for the drama to perform well.
He is an intelligent man. He knows that a drama with those actresses will potentially hit the top of the rankings.
What matters the most is the business.
He dodges kissing scenes with regular actress but he performes the kissing scenes with higher ranked actresses and that's a fact.

If tomorrow he has to play opposite Zhao Lu Xi or Esther. I think that, there will be a big possibilty that He kisses them in the drama. Because their last drama ranked number 1 and number 2.

I wil keep that in mind. I have the impression that every time LGG is in a drama I cannot stop watching. I watched 10 episodes in a row of "my life again". I forced myself to stop because I had to sleep. Same for "Moon lovers : scarlett heart ryeo"
I just can't get enough of his dramas. LOL
