I actually don't recommend binge watching even though the wait for the next episode is horrible: 1. I love coming here after every ep to read the deep analysis of other viewers. It makes understanding every scene and detail so much better and it is fun to fangirl with others. 2. Like someone already said if you are using much social media it makes avoiding spoilers e.g. on twitter really hard since many people use hardly spoilers tags. 3. Since I am a slow watcher I need for every ep at least 2 hours. It makes the weekend just much more nice and with two eps there is more to look forward to

The first real kiss in Lovely Runner was one of the best kisses I've ever seen on screen. Passionate, sensual, long, without crossing the boundaries of good taste. So not always immature kisses. But yes, I agree, it's always a gamble... but C-dramas are even more frustrating than K-dramas in this regard. So it can always be worse.
