Great point! I love the "love life isn't over when you hit the 35 mark" because it definitely isn't.😆 heck,…
Yes I agree! I also don't need nude scenes but like you said the little things make the difference. It is a huge change to the usual light hearted innocent romcom we get since the chemistry is just so much more sensual between mature actors (like the playful lingerie comments, Sa Eon's move to touch her tigh or lips or his constant intense gaze which practically devours her).
So, apparently there is a difference of opinion regarding the age of the actors. Personally, I am very happy that an actor over 35 was chosen for the role of Sa Eon. To be honest, I am just fed up with 26-year-old Christian Greys who are already billionaires at their age. In reality, most 25-30 year-old men have just finished their higher education and are fresh out of their professional lives. Sa Eon is an ambitious spokesperson who has dedicated his life to the country, is a real workaholic and has only achieved his position through hard work. Realistically, you only get a job like this after years of work, so it makes sense that this role is taken by an experienced actor who you can literally see from his skin that he works day and night. Finally, no more pretty boys who want to fool us into believing how exhausted they are from work and at the same time have flawless skin!
Apart from that, I'm glad to see 40-year-old actors in such romantic series. Love life isn't over once you hit the 35-year mark. I'm really glad that we still get to see actors in Kdramas who are older than 30 and still get leading roles. The chemistry between two adults who are older than 30 is simply much more attractive and sexier than between schoolchildren or students who are still wet behind the ears. Although I thought Lovely Runner was great, for example, I also like the mature love story between Sa Eon and Hui Ju for a change, which just has something dark and sensual about it. It would be boring if the main lead roles were only played by people in their mid or late-twenties.
Understandable if you only care about looks... they can't deliver anything else, like talent or skills.
You sound really bitter and unhappy. Really sad that you only created an account for trolling and spreading hate. You are not even brave enough to show your watchlist. May you find peace in your sad life.
Ahhhh I can't wait for Kim Hye Yoon and Lomon, I am such a big fan of KHY since Lovely runner. She is an amazing beautiful actress and Lomon such a handsome man! A terrific couple 🔥
Didn't have much time to fangirl here with everyone because of upcoming holidays... just wanted to drop that I throughly enjoyed watching ep 8. Usually I am super bored as soon as the first kiss happened but here I crave for more interactions between the leads. Also I love it that we see more of the playful, teasing side of Sa Eon which he only shows his wifey. It is nice to see that he doesn't pressure Hui Ju to be more physical with him since everything is still so overwhelming with her (although you could sense with his playful lingerie comment that he is totally into her and can't wait to reach the next base 😏). I am super happy about the pace, there are still four episodes left and enough mysteries to keep watching. Really hope that WTPR can finish with a high rating, especially since the budget isn't high, the promotions were poor and the cast isn't that star-studded compared to other high budgeted dramas.
Though I have only watched Reborn Rich of him (I liked it!) It was fun reading this Interview. Although I am not so much into gossip sometimes I wonder if the reason for the break up with his ex wife was his wish to have his own family... whatever his children will be gorgeous with those mixed races.
But what's up with these overly photoshoped pictures? He is 39 years old man and no longer in his 20s... there is no shame to have wrinkles, especially being that handsome.
I feel like he planned this the moment his assistant gave him the phone, he was expecting her to come clean. He…
This is so beautifully written! Especially the part abour the "thank you", your conclusion makes so much sense that Sa Eon means it in so many different ways. I am really touched 🥹
Bro went from zero to homeless in a few hours And STILL lookin' fire with that mustache tho 🔥
Lmao this made me laugh, haha yes but what a handsome homeless fella. One of my fav scenes is him holding his wifey and looking at her so intensely with that hot moustache look
She was 23 when she made I'm Not a Robot....she is now 30...that's the biggest reason. Styling of make-up & hair…
Of course we shouldn't forget that invasive and non invasive skincare treatments are well spread among koreans (afterall world wide highest rate in beauty sugeries), especially their celebrities. But in this case her face looks quite natural, apart from skincare I agree with you that age plays a big role here
When Sa Eon wants to turn off the light in the hospital room Hui Ju thinks "Wait I am not ready yet" since it seems like he is going to kiss her. At her next phone call he is flirting with her but she gets jealous and he teases her with "I see you are not ready yet, let's get closer later." And finally at the tower in the last scene, after Hui Ju is sended through the amusement park, she asks him on the phone: "What are you doing?" and he replies quietly with "I am getting you relaxed." I just love how she is slowly getting used to his physical proximity over the course of episode and how he makes sure that she feels totally comfortable before approaching her and showering her with his pent up love of years!!
why are there not any good drama fathers. all the dads are either bad or worthless. lol at least make up for it…
The parents in Lovely Runner were amazing, loved them and the one in miss day and night were also nice. But yes the majority is worthless especially in this year
After today's episode, I would like to see the following scenes in the upcoming episodes: 1. Hui Ju surprises Sa Eon by initiating a kiss. 2. After a candle light dinner they dance together again like they did on their wedding night and this time Sa Eon showers her with his love. 3. Sa Eon moves finally into the master bedroom. I want to see their nervousness but also how they get comfortable lying next to each other at the first night. 4. Sa Eon checks for himself once again Hui Ju's mole on her thigh for... uh research purposes. 4. The lingerie that Hui Ju was given as a gift is finally used because her hubby thinks since ep 6 she is into that stuff. 🤭
It makes me already sad that after all the teasing and amazing sizzling chemistry many of these scenes will probably never be shown 🥲
