they did it for "The Blood of Youth", they released the remaining 4 eps all at once. It was also popular in China…
are you talking about advanced episodes or uncut version? because my question is about uncut version which would contain deleted scenes that did not make it within the 40 episodes

question about Youku: how likely are they to release an uncut/extended version of this drama after it ends?

have they done this before for their past dramas and if yes, how often and what are the criteria? (criteria as in did they only do it for successful dramas or just randomly or only for dramas that got hugely cut down, etc..)

Watching EP35 preview is like putting a band-aid or a soothing balm on top of a painful cut that is EP34 (cried so bad during CJM’s torture scene but so glad to see him happy tomorrow!)

you can download and put the eps on a usb stick and then insert in tv, also if your tv is 4k you re lucky, there…
Thanks for the suggestion! But in the era of readily available streaming, having to download and using usb is too much hassle, and i honestly can’t remember when’s the last time I watch dramas on illegal links i usually rather just pay then have ads popping-up everytime i click huhu

I use the smart view, aint bad on the big screen lol. I can see so many details 😅🤣🤣🤣
lucky you! i’m using iPhone and Google TV (android) so the iPhone can’t screen mirror to the TV. I did try a couple of free screen mirroring apps that can mirror iPhone to Google TV, unfortunately the video quality didn’t appear as HD as on the phone and sometimes it’s lagging (unless i pay for the premium instead of the free version lol) so in the end i just gave up TT__TT

Since Youku doesn’t have its own TV app (unlike iQiyi and WeTV) i’m so happy it’s coming on Netflix so i can binge re-watch it on the big screen instead of my iphone!!

If this drama truly has a BE (like what Bailu said in the interview) i think it’s gonna put me off from watching xianxia dramas for a while.

I personally enjoy watching dramas as it airs because of the daily fans discussion/ theory /analysis that goes along with it. But given the amount of pain this drama has if it’s a BE i think i’m gonna stick to only watching dramas after it ends to know it’s a HE.

Maybe for non vip
i think you’re probably right. perhaps i got confused bc they used stills from Ep24 & 25 in the tweet.

Lmao, imagine we get new schedule again and they pull the end date to 6th of may 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣…
ahh you’re probably right maybe it’s for non-vip. i think it’s bc they posted stills from EP24 & EP25 in the tweet (non-VIP is still at the dream arc episodes) that’s why it confuses me and gave me false hope :’)
On Till the End of the Moon Apr 20, 2023
luckily EP24 will be the last ep for this week bc i think the major angst is gonna start from EP25 onwards. I’m probably gonna wait till the tower scene episode comes out and binge all next week’s episodes in one go so I can get through all the pain at once :’)

The show/sets are beautiful. The actors are crushing it but I started getting confused around episode 11 or 12…
Just look up the ‘TTEOTM world view + timeline logic’ thread AND ‘everything you need to know in Ming Ye dream arc’ thread in the discussion forum above, someone already explained in detail what happened in the dream arc based on the book. Hope that helps!

Title Till the End of the Moon Spoiler
i know its a bit confusing. i don't think they specifically reveal if it is their past lives but we can assume…
Ming Ye and Sang Jiu are not TTJ and YXW/LSS’s past lives. They are simply reliving Ming Ye’s memory.

TTJ is the Devil God’s vessel so the Devil God can be reborn after he dies, that’s why they have the same face.

YXW is LSS’s 1 out of 100 souls (fyi, LSS is made of 99 good souls + 1 bad soul but the bad soul escaped to mortal world and reborn as YXW). That’s why they also have the same face and why LSS transmigrated into YXW’s body when she goes to mortal world. LSS is the daughter of Goddess of Space (Ming Ye’s friend).

aaa Ep23 might be my fav episode yet! Not only we got sweet moments from both first and third couple, but most…
+ TTJ and XL’s fighting sequence and CGI… idk if it was good technical-wise but it sure looks pretty badass.

Title Till the End of the Moon Spoiler
aaa Ep23 might be my fav episode yet! Not only we got sweet moments from both first and third couple, but most importantly the satisfaction of seeing YBC outsmarted by TTJ and being found out by Pian Ran about the love thread.

Well mind you he was supposed to die on that lake in ep 2. Saving him means that all these deaths lie on her shoulders…
Oh whow that is a long list and pretty atrocious, no wonder in the book it’s a lot easier to empathize with YXW’s motive of keeping on with her mission.

My heart breaks seeing TTJ’s hurt eyes during the verbal fight with YXW in Ep21. But their reconciliation scene…
Also LYX can you stop being so good at making sad tortured face??
On Till the End of the Moon Apr 18, 2023
My heart breaks seeing TTJ’s hurt eyes during the verbal fight with YXW in Ep21. But their reconciliation scene in at the tomb in Ep22 really got me bawling my eyes out. All I want is a happy TJJ and I’m glad he felt loved (even if this is just temporary) :’(
On Till the End of the Moon Apr 17, 2023
The TTJ and XL confrontation scene (the talking part, not the sword battle part), I’m not liking how it’s so obvious TTJ’s cape was held up by a wire in the middle (you can literally see the cape behind him sort of lifted at an angle in multiple shots). Seem small but a very pretty obvious carelessness for a big budget production if you ask me.
