Daebak!!! Tae Ha had me laughing so hard with the jealous antics! Bae In Hyuk finally had some fun stuff to work with in an ep 6 that was on fire – start to finish.
When everyone walked into the locker room – shocked to see Sprite naked, 😳😯🫣😲 I seriously thought they were all going to say together – “Who are you!?!?” And then a puzzled Sprite would say, of course, “I’m Zee, what are you talking about?” 🤨 And they would say – “No you’re not – Zee was circumcised!” 😬😂
It is nice to have one show going where you can just chill – but I do still have questions! How is it possible for there to be 2 really hot identical twins - both star athletes at the same university - and yet no one appears to know that the other even exists!? Even if they don’t get along or socialize, the word would get around on social media. Whao! I just saw this guy that looks exactly like Zee/Sprite!
Great watch, enjoyed the rather prudish romance common in Asian dramas. Title is wrong as it is not "Marriage…
Plus, if you consider the difference in grammar structure between English (SVO) and Korean (SOV) - the English title would be “Perfect Revenge Marriage”.
With a Joseon beginning, jump to modern time, time freezes, and collections of antiques - this is giving me a “My Love From the Star” vibe - my very first K-drama.
It's ok that I'll be in the minority when I say this...something about Charlie & Babe is off to me. I'm not feelin…
I agree something’s off with Babe and Charlie - but I think it’s intentional to peak the mystery. Clearly Charlie’s up to some deception. My issue is that with Babe’s acute senses why hasn’t he felt it before. I do think Babe genuinely likes Charlie and perhaps that’s what clouded his judgement. Maybe he likes Charlie’s boldness and innocent look - representing what was robed from him in his painful and manipulated upbringing.
Yes Alan is a snack! I hope Jeff turns out to be a good guy and ends up with Alan.
I guess Sonic and North are supposed to provide the comic relief - sometimes it lands and sometimes it doesn’t.
I’m enjoying the series, but most of the actually volleyball footage is pure comedy. No one on the team is any good so I laugh every time they accuse Zee/Sprite of not playing well.
I’m enjoying this so far. It’s a bit odd, but that’s okay. I’m watching a few over-the-top dramas right now so this is a bit refreshing and relaxing. I love seeing Tim Chang again as the comedic sidekick!
Does anyone know if the bluebird book is a real book?
So, so, so, so good. Bae In Hyuk 🥰 . It’s all a bit crazy fast with lots of unexplained jumps, but it’s a fantasy so it works. I suspect they’ll eventually discover that her stoned/jade tasseled heirloom (I don’t know what it’s called) is a priceless Joseon original - and maybe that will get Tae Ha thinking she might not be crazy after all.
There's nothing entirely new here, but it all works very well. Acting, scripting, direction, cinematography are…
Agreed it’s all well done and Ohm’s acting has improved. I particularly like the cinematography! They used a great camera and generally the lighting is perfect. There is an outdoor night scene 30 minutes into ep. 2 that is just beautiful - perfect lighting and great bokeh background.
