but i rather the script had the happy ending, because i just dont want yimeng to go back to her real life and leave regret causing so much harm to the people in storybook. arghh, i just wish they managed to change the plot and bring minimum harm to everyone involved. certainly, dont want any innocent fictional figures died. for CGH & emperor, they can go to hell for all I care.

hahah ikr. like fr, he’s so excited getting some food, he forgot his own storyline. and the way he almost got heart attack when CGH gets suspicious of him. he’s damn seriously unserious.

omg, me too. I had experienced the same wreckage with the dramas you listed above. FOF & LIP just destroyed me beyond saving, i stared at ceiling questioning my life after watching the endings. well, i guess that’s all that matters. i am ready for the pain as long as they deliver the HE to us at the end.

the way nan heng remember the word ‘abandon’, man truly a has good memory. after knowing the meaning, im sure he’ll want to unlearn and forget the word 😭

i love that Nan Heng & Song Yimeng is not a typical couple who just get married and being lovey dovey all the time. they both just like an old married couple who keep bickering with each other, went to bed and ended up discussing about the script and whatnot. so cute, so heartwarming, so funny, so interesting these two. and the way, yimeng is so comfortable living her life with nan heng and refuse to go back to real life. arghh, i feel sad for whatever about to come soon.

i can just sense that the more they dragging the iconic scenes from happening in its own way, the more it will be backfired Nan Heng. so, perhaps at the end, SYM has no choice unless to follow the rules and forced to leave the story.

yeah, ikr. it’s honestly good to have a drama that can makes us all offer our broader thoughts and insights. Iike wow, it’s unique and interesting someone think it that way, while others might disagree with it, and offer theirs. it’s a healthy discussion and above all, it’s something that surely bring joy and fun to it.

indeed. im the latter. but i love different insights and opinions towards the drama. we all can coexist even with different perspectives towards something. we can agree to disagree and the otherwise, as long we’re keep being respectful and not trying to force our ideas to someone else. the end is getting nearer, all this heated discussion going to end soon, i will miss the feelings reading everyone comments.

yes, this! that’s why his choice and song yimeng counter measure are different. he couldn’t imagine another life outside of his, so why bother thinking this is all not real. while, song yimeng knew she’s coming from a real world, the one she’s living now is just a storybook. ppl in the story for her is not real. but somehow along the way, she tried everything not to bring harm for the people in the story.

exactly. and isn’t this the drama is all about? FL is not created to be likeable, she full of flaws. even in her real life, she had this prejudices about the ori Nan Heng and she keep criticising about how ridiculous and absurd the script were written. she keep getting the ‘ew’ moments when she read the script, not knowing that soon she will transmigrate to the story. so her plan is just to keep on living and getting away from the ruthless nan heng. and i think she did quite well in that part until everything collides and she get involved with him. and i think, so far.. the story flows quite smoothly. yes, she’s annoying and seems dull with certain matters. but we can’t deny, she had her reasons, and she’s in the unfamiliar setting, with no one knows where she’s coming, her fears are valid.

plus, song xiao yu is not from the same world like nan heng (who went through all his life in the storybook), the moment he wander around the city and contemplate what to do, he already knew the answer. it’s his world, he have the power and means to change everything.

and i won’t say yimeng just sit still and do nothing to change the script, she just let her fear control her actions because she already read the script and thought that when the script done being written, it’s impossible to change (because the iconic scenes keep happening either way). so her fear and worries are understandable. and so many times, she tried to run away in order not to be included in the story (but of course fruitless, and she took courages to save nan heng and slowly trust him).

yes, exactly! that makes this drama more unique and interesting. how unpredictable everything is. and honestly, i can’t even imagine ‘the three way stabbing’ would be done that way. it didnt crossed my mind, because the moment i saw nan heng was forced by the scriptwriter to take the sword from the guard, i am 100% sure he will stab yimeng.. but walla, how genius he is to counter the scene the otherwise. man, i have huge respect for the writer of this drama. the script written, ridiculously brilliant.
