the way Nightwalkers showed up at the end, wow! i’m dead proud of this gang who put their loyalties as their first priorities. that’s what you got when you’re such a cold hearted chief— who put nothing but take care of the welfare of others. when it seems there’s no way for this dead end— the whole squad came backing him up. when everyone against him, this bunch of title-less people came saving the day— fights for what it worths. im crying when shangguan he ready to fulfil his promise, crying even more seeing nan heng contemplating on what to do and to say, bawling when the nightwalker showed up 😭
nan heng & shangguan he will be prouder knowing than behind them not only the Nightwalkers that go for lengthy to save them, it’s part of their future wifes plan too that try to save their asses! arghh, cant wait for tomorrow 🔥

no, both scenes were real. it’s the continuation of the first one. from my understanding is that, they got caught.. then nan heng said like why you disturb my privacy time like that.. then, they all waited outside as nan heng of course need to wear all his clothes (and bcs he’s the prince, they can’t just disturb his privacy). and when he carried her outside, yimeng asked why yiting fainted, he said she got attacked by bandits (as if trying to make an excuse why they’re together there).
am i the only one who feels so relieved knowing that the first person nan heng revealed his second identity is to song yiting? knowing yiting with her good smart mind, weighing pros and cons of the situation, as if having struck a deal with her is better than confessing to yimeng. at least, we can confirm that yiting isn’t the same charac like the original script. hence, i sense she’s the vital part in the new script who could perhaps help yimeng build a trust to nan heng.

exactly, atp im just waiting patiently and let the story unfolds. there’s no point blaming either yimeng or nan heng, they both trying their best to survive and trust their instinct on what to do and believe. they need to pass this hurdle and comeback stronger as a couple, for now.. let’s just us suffer a bit with the angst.

i think he perhaps thought that it’s much safer if he burns it— maybe to clear the accusation about him trying to find out the secret about the weapon forging. like i was shocked seeing he dared to burn the book, after all, it’s belong to CGH.
Liu Yuning as Nang Heng just so excellently portrayed. doesn’t matter if it’s Mr.Li, he embodies Nang Heng in every aspects. the eyes can’t lie and we can see how much his suffered behind the mask (if only yimeng knows the truth). his eyes shows all the emotions. the desperation and the lost of words, after time and time proving himself that he didn’t do what people accused him to do, yet no one believed him. my heart break for him. i hope yimeng will find out his identity soon.
