The hospital scene between Jerome and Jinn was such a soft punch to the heart. They’re still so young, yet the way they look at each other and speak with that quiet maturity feels overwhelmingly tender. When Jinn said, “Promise me, if something happens to me one day, I’ll know you did your best, so don’t blame yourself,” it was the kind of line that settles deep. Sometimes a single sentence like that is all you need to feel safe, seen and held, even in the middle of fear. And honestly, I completely understand the frustration with Farm forgiving Van so quickly. Imagine liking someone for years, carrying all that hope, and then finally hearing them confess. Your heart is wide open, you feel like you’re finally getting the love you’ve waited for… and then suddenly they get drunk and almost kiss someone else. Even with all the apologies in the world, that moment still shatters something.A pause can be healthy. Sometimes stepping back is the only way someone realises the weight of the person standing in front of them. You truly feel the value of someone when you risk losing them. If forgiveness comes too easily, the lesson doesn’t sink in, and history quietly finds a way to repeat itself.Just like raising a child, when there are no real consequences, the lesson never lands. For love to grow stronger, sometimes it needs a period of loss to make both people realise what truly matters.

Things about this episode. Shuan and her vulnerability. Recklessness? Lesson learned, in business everyone trying to get ahead no matter who you step over. Cautiousness and perception a must. I think I can understand the reservations Si Ting has in telling Le, but it was the perfect space, just three of them.

Good idea of that reporter to write about those kind of jobs and problems they face.I understand that father worry about her but parents need to understand that it is her dream, and no matter how tough work might be she still might find joy in it especially after what we found in the end of episode, she should have chance to try whatever she wants.About her brother...I understand her, my parents are the same, excuse my brother because he is sick, but they don't think about future when it I will have to take care of him.Hyunjoo is wayyyyyyyyy to stubborn, and she choose him at the end because he knows and she kept it as secret from everyone in Korea, I hope he is aware of that.

Started off uniquely and i totally loved how it’s building its LITC universe🦋🦋Great visuals, CGI. The intro is WOW…and that intro song is so good….I generally don’t pay much attention to intro but this one really drew me in….loved it ♥️…..also loved the costumes of all the characters. Thankfully i have Netflix cuz highest quality visuals✨ are such a treat to the eyes. Sad that the cdrama own platform doesn’t have that quality yet.

A Man Who Defies the World of BL Final Episode 5

Mob is hilarious as per usual, love how he pesters his younger sibling & love his hilariously ridiculous faces - he is so freakin funny. surprised no one else bursts out laughing at his antic's - but seeing Kikuchi end up with his ex from the 1st season was kinda ironic & fitting, as the dude will never run after Mob. he saw nothing & yet instead of trying, doing - something other then coming to a conclusion all on his own & giving up... yeah i for one am happy, as i never liked him for Mob. never liked that Mob for 2 season ran after Kikuchi at the end of each season, for it amount to a big fat nothing - so yeah i for one am a happy camper that Mob wont be ending up with Kikuchi. ******************************************************************************************one more ep to go - is Mob gonna end up with Hatano (who is still under age?!?) or alone as in every other season??? even though there is a part of me wondering if Mayama, the BL manga artist who knows Mob inside & out would be the one to write himself into the role of Mob's knight in shining armour, who at last will come to sweep him off his feet lol

Loved the battles in last two episodes. Changhe was spot on with his response— I will follow Muyu’s lead when he regains consciousness. If he doesn’t, both princes will die. Muyu was colder than Changhe when he thought Doc Bai was dead. I didn’t quite expect that even tho it was a reasonable response to his love’s death. I liked seeing the bonded brothers ride off in the sunset having both fixed and caused chaos behind them. The Prince of Langya had hoped for a different option than first Prince getting killed, but Muyu made it far quicker than what the Prince had done for others. He deserved to die instead of prison. In this I agree with Blood River. Even alliances with Langya Prince they would have had to deal with Tianqi politics.😝 That is now heading for its own turmoil and Blood River wants no part in it. I understand why the subterfuge with Doc Bai, but that did cause a different course for Muyu. I am glad they showed them meeting after 12 years wher I am assuming she is both healed and ready to be king of medicine with new martial arts skills taught and learned. The carved rabbit from Lianyue to Rabbit was very sweet. The various battles with nobles and imperial politicians made clear to these two that they needed to handle their responsibilities and for now that put them on opposite sides. I would have like to see a reunion with these two as well to give a clue of Tianqi politics after a decade. They gave such a sweet long burn with these two that a resolution would have been nice to see. The hint of a wedding on a certain pavilion maybe. I was disappointed that old geezer eunuch is probably barely alive somewhere because they would not commit to him being dead. 😝I am hoping for a season two with the actual happening of the other side life. I can say this is well worth the watch with no watching of peripheral stories. The music is great and the cast and production team did an excellent job of making us care about or totally despise the characters. Since all episodes released, I suggest favorite snacks and comfortable seating to binge at will.

Both sides are prepped for their heaviest battles prior to Imperial Assembly. All the battles were well choreographed but the best one for me is the one with that old geezer eunuch. Those gpa’s from Wuan tower should have been finished off from the beginning for all the trouble they caused. They deserved the fate the eunuch gave them. Changhe proved his truest loyalty when he came back to help MuYu with geezer eunuch. That old man was a leech to life in every way possible. He even had the audacity to approve their sword strikes as they sent them. Changhe’s devil palm came in handy to disrupt the battle but it resulted in a link of power draining that Changhe could not break free of. Muyu returned the favor by bringing out devil sword and making himself a willing sacrifice to free Blood River from their bondage as assassin blades. Right when he was ready to go full demon, Doc Bai arrives to cancel the effects with one of her wonder bottles. Of course right when everything seemed to calm down for a win, the puppet poison flared up in Doc Bai with no cure available. Muyu has got her to the door of medicine king healer but they are passed out in the stairs. Unfortunately night crow has a pretty good bead on Doc Bai’s condition because of the cures made. Since she used her blood to make the antidote, the cure would not work on her. She is wanting Muyu to kill her but everybody is hoping the king of medicine can cure her. Ya gotta smirk when Night Crow is surprised at how strong Lianyue was. She had no clue the abilities she was up against on the other side. I can only cheer that first princes heaviest hitters are out or down for the count with time needed to recuperate. Our guys are in similar shape, but for the sheer numbers they were up against, they did a damn good job of holding their own.

Changhe has left Tianqi. He still acknowledges that for now they are still assassin blades fighting as their boss dectermines. He has his subordinate think it’s to gain highest profits. But whatever his real game, he will not be there for the battles taking place tonight. The nobles’ sons have been given the antidote but it seems they must also take out whoever gave them the poison dose or kill them. Night Crow co tinges to be an annoying pain the arse. What I am a bit baffled by is why no one is going after the damn bell that orders the puppets. It seems that would be a useful deterrent in shutting her up. Doc Bai was smart enough to not go along and leave everything to LianYue and Rabbit. Her spiders managed to give golden puppet the antidote and the final battle of mentor/disciple took place with LianYue being ordered to kill his mentor. Night Crow is not happy her star puppet is destroyed, but she is not in the least deterred to continue the battle. Her next three in line are lined up to continue. Rabbit looks to have taken a fatal blow and LianYue proves phoenixes exist in their world. This reminded me of another fight where the sr brother used his best move to end things with an enemy. These battles were well done. The emperor has summoned the Prince of Langya and while he sleeps the Prince knows he has been poisoned again. Both of these eunuchs get on my nerves with their schemes. The search is still on for the final dragon scroll and I wish they knew old geezer eunuch has it. There seems to be equal losses on both sides but the stakes are very high in this city and the cost quite high. This episode brought back the Lianyue from earlier episodes. He has proven himself to his mentor and his love along with himself. He finally accepts the role he has to play and demonstrates his real skills.

Changhe has left seclusion and isn’t happy with how first prince and eunuch are running things. Uncle Zhe successfully transferred his energy, but that meant both incapacitated when first prince called for strikes against their hideouts. Leader Mu and XueWei stayed behind and fought flawlessly, but they were too few against the obstacles. It looked like leader Mu died after sweet words with his love, but their bodies have not been found. Whether they are burned, hidden or kidnapped, we really don’t know. This has MuYu ready to take the battle directly to the city. The Prince of Langya knows the odds are against him, but he still hopes to find the dragon scroll in time. The emperor notes first prince’s developments and hopes to save him. First prince uses a truth snake to determine Changhe’s loyalty. It is clear he has no plans to kill MuYu but he has not changed his allegiance to them. Muyu is now aware Changhe has made his own plans. Rabbit and Lianyue were making progress with the nobles’ sons but arrow guy killed the ringleader. LianYue caught the arrow but neither could get to the snake assassin in time. They are now all aware the Blood River is divided between the two prince’s and a showdown is coming as the powers that be want to have their choice on scroll as successor. The one thing worth noting is arrow guy was not impressed with the callous attitude of first Prince having his people killed. He fully thinks their job is to keep his head attached at the price of their own. I want to pity him because of his situation, but he and eunuch are so distasteful and I don’t see either as redeemable yet.

I realize how dangerous the love trope between Jihyeok and Darim since Jhyeok stll think Darim is married woman, but he still want to have Darim. Its toxic if it really happen in real life guysalso, Seonu please choose a girl that you want, dont be . I thought he finally open his heart towards Hayeong, but looks like he have a deep feeling towards darim and not as a childhood friend.Jihyeok want to married Hayeong immediately? Does it to make Darim jealous? Or to fill his broken heart?

what a emotional roller costar of an ep... at the start of this BL i didn't care for Shu Lang (& i don't mean i didn't like him, but to me, he was just another side character) i was focused on Fan Xiao. yeah he was toxic & hell bent on causing chaos everywhere he went, it was hard not to be entertained by him & even enjoyed this demonic, manipulative character. *************************but as this progressed Shu Lang & the good in him has shown brighter & brighter, have come to love him. not only cause he is such a green flag, but cause he is a very strong person inside & out, yet he has compassion & a huge heart not just for loved ones, but for total stranger's. he is unique in this day & age where people aren't just jaded, but very self centered. where if they can avoid a situation, that doesn't involve them - they will - Shu Lang on the other hand goes out of his way to help. so seeing him broken by the end, just cause he followed his heart & trusted the lies Fan Xiao fed him. makes me sad & mad. *******************************************************************************************************************************************************Fan Xiao on the other hand isn't just a moron, he is a sociopath & maybe even sufferers from a spilt personality. wont be shocked by this, considering everything he went throw as a child & how he grew-up. dude says one thing & thinks another. he doesn't realize what he wants. i am sure he started hating Shu Lang cause of how good/proper/genuine he was, how he went out of his way to be helpful & kind to total strangers. Fan Xiao needed to "out" him as a fake, cause he didn't experience that type of person in his life (ironic that he forgot that his mother was a good, kind person too) & the more he tried, the more Shu Lang's kind-heart got under his skin. think the fact he fell hard for Shu Lang made him hate Shu Lang all the more. that's why even though in his heart he loves him more then he loves himself, he can't admit to this fact out loud. he is angry that Shu Lang is touching a part of him, he thought long dead. *************************************************************************************this sad & yet i don't pity him any more then i pity Zhen. they both had a gem in their hands & instead of cherishing it, tossed it aside like it was nothing & now they r crying - big whoop. the only one who my heart goes out too, is poor Shu Lang. he Doesn't deserve this heartache. he keeping doing good & getting back bad - the world is a f*cked up place & this is why good people stop wanting to be kind or good, cause there more people ready to take advantage & abuse their kindness. *************************************************************************************************************************************************************Fan Xiao mistook Shu Lang's kindness for weakness, he thinks cause someone got a soft heart they a pushover. i am so ready for Shu Lang to show him that he not one to be messed with. this is also what i loved about Shu Lang - everyone going on about power bottom's like enough with that moronic trope - it means nothing. a person can top or bottom regardless of gender, same goes for personality & Shu Lang in spite of being softhearted, was NEVER a pushover! ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note: found it kinda funny the show these guys were putting on for the old man living in front of Shu Lang.

There’s something so sinister when parents are the culprits in their children’s lives. Especially if against their wishes. Feng Rui deserved to be with his love. His girlfriend deserved to have her child. The parents could have fostered support. Instead? Betrayal? Now twelve years later instead of mending, still sabotaging. Sad.

There’s balance in the story so far since ST and FR returned from their trip. Screen time goes to support plot so that story continues to make progress on the lives of this group. Not sure how this can be rated a 1 but it’s definitely not that bad if you’ve invested in the story as a whole rather than just what you want. I like that Peiyan has made peace with ST and has closed the door on FR. I hope she’s not totally out of the script but maybe writers will give her a good alternative????
