Soft progress… then trauma knocks at the door.

Episode 7 really highlights how hard it is for the ML to navigate feelings he doesn’t know how to explain. He admits to his friend that he doesn’t understand the FL — and honestly, it must be confusing for him. She rejected him, he thought the best option was to stay away… and then she shows up at his doorstep anyway. There’s clearly a misunderstanding between them, and it’s one of those situations where neither of them is saying what they actually mean. Until the FL turns into a tiny thief and steals his record — a song that has a connection between them — and it becomes a lightbulb moment for the ML. He’s frustrating, yes, but it’s starting to feel less like he’s cold and more like he just genuinely struggles to translate his emotions. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t have them. It’s also becoming clear he’s no longer stuck pining for his crush… and just when you think their romance might finally start moving forward, the drama hits us with a curveball: the FL’s uncle appears. We get glimpses of her childhood and more context for why she behaves the way she does, and suddenly her reactions make a lot more sense. The ML worries about her and goes looking, only to find her “fine” at a photoshoot… but she’s not fine. The past trauma resurfaces, she can’t cope, and that’s when her character appears again. It’s starting to feel like something much deeper is going on — like a split or dissociation — and it’s unsettling. When she turns up at the ML’s home again, he immediately knows something isn’t right. And honestly, neither do we.

They Delivered.!

I'll be lying if i had to say i noticed a few things since EP1. I had to go back and watched again, just be sure. I've been praising the casts and crews for so long that i omitted the Hair and MakeUp stylist. What does have to do with DYTD? Well everything.! Kamin is one exhausted Cop. He hardly sleeps and is always putting work first. Maybe he never had anything else to focus on? Maybe he has some deep unsolved trauma from his childhood? The more i watch him, the more im convinced something is up. I dont know his background story, and i cant wait to read the book. EP4 had showed me how much Jade has and is impacting his life, with something little as sleep, laugh. Making him smile. I really really love Dunk Natachai for the role of Kamin. He's exceptional. He plays it beautifully. His expression is always on point. And the way Kamin notice the small details around him is very crucial to the case. He doesn't voice it out loud but he does pick up on things quietly. Joong as Jade is pretty much playing himself, lol. I adore him. I love his cheekiness and the love he has for his brother Jay. Yes they bicker alot and its fun to watch. But the love between those two runs deep. I love how he was there for his brother and how worried he is that he rather have Jay with him everyday than attend school. The murders are concerning. Again, i am not against the murderer here. Yes its wrong for them to play God but Goooosh. Those kids, man! My hope now for the rest of the series is to get a new OST. We need more diverse music to be use and play in certain situations. While i enjoy the little sound effects they use in between funny scenes, we need more. Favourite Quote: -Fine. Three days it is. But when we're on duty, try to be professional, okay? -I can do that, of course. Watch yourself. You might be the one who cannot handle it.

what a sh*t show. Jimmy is disgusting, there…

what a sh*t show. Jimmy is disgusting, there aint a thing likeable about this character, i seriously want a piano to fall on him & take him out. ironically Toh no better, leave the fact this pathetic moron (after realizing that he was used) still wants to make Jimmy fall for him - like talk about a bad joke. but he is lying to his brother knowing full well that Jimmy is forcing him to say away from the person he likes... so u telling me ,Toh is so desperate for d*ck he is ready to f*ck his own brother over??? & i am supposed to root for whom?!?? Toh & Jimmy - really? yeah when hell freezes over or pigs fly... ************************************& have to say Teh is also annoying me - 1st off if anyone i considered a friend, tried quarter of the sh*t Jimmy tried with Toh - we wouldn't be friends no more! & after the text with the pics, i would come for Jimmy with a bat. dude wouldn't be able to walk away... here by the end Teh like a good little dog, was sitting & staying on command... while Jimmy continued to be his sh*tty self. talk frustrating. moron even asked after his cat - f*ck Jimmy & f*ck his god damn cat - OMG i am p*ssed!!!

was wondering if every ep gonna end with a kiss & it did. 3rd kiss & the best of them all, as until now the kisses were kinda bland - Peach or maybe it's Phuwin - either one, doesn't seem comfortable in any scene with showing affection, heck even with his sister it felt like he had to force himself to hug her. also the only thing this dude has to say to his sister is " shower & go to bed" almost every interaction - the same line.... glad there times where she offers more. yeah am being petty but idk Peach is a bit standoffish & likes to keep people at a distance & Thee is doing all the heavy lifting, even though Peach does try. so i am nitpicking... ***************************************************************************************************************************also idk why i though Trend would be an issue & would try & come between the mains, but nothing so far, if anything this character has blended into the background.

Can this Kdrama be translated?

FL experience love and crush so innocently. She and ML paired well together. I like how the 2nd FL wasn’t used as someone who would go between the leads. FL’s family back story was a bit anticlimactic and I was hoping for better on screen closure than her just flying somewhere and everything happing off cam. P.S. is this a squid game back story for the cheating ex? Hahaha kidding.

i really like Kritdanai & not just cause…

i really like Kritdanai & not just cause he is paired with Mok, i liked his personality & as much as he is different from Thee, he is also very similar. plus Thee looks so lonely, that watching the group of 4 celebrate the birthday together was so wholesome & heartwarming. i want more of those scenes for Thee more then anyone else. ******************************************************also find it ironic that Mok, that almost never talks has no problem holding long ass conversations with Peach. wonder why that is. as u can see he is Thee only friend - which again ironic, given Thee's father's motto of never having friends or lover cause they either can't be trusted, or they become a weakens that can be exploited. i know both Peach & Mok can be trusted, but Peach for sure is a weakness & he makes Thee weak with his making an issue about the gun - his reaction to it is kinda absurd - now if Thee was going around with a golf-club it would be understandable as he has past trauma related to it. a gun is a gun & can be lethal in the wrong hands, but Thee not crazy & isn't waving it around for the fun of it. so i hope that doesn't put him in unnecessary danger.

A Tough Beginning in the Corporate World

In the first episode, we are introduced to Ryan, a final-year university student who begins his internship at a digital marketing company. From the very first day, it becomes clear that the corporate world is much tougher than student life.I noticed how nervous and unprepared Ryan feels when he steps into the office for the first time. He meets strict seniors, competitive interns, and a very demanding work environment. He is assigned to a challenging team and placed under the supervision of a cold and highly professional senior, which makes his work even more stressful.Throughout the episode, Ryan makes small mistakes but also shows creativity and sincerity in his ideas. This episode mainly highlights the pressure of office life, first-day anxiety, and the struggle of proving yourself as a trainee.By the end of the episode, I felt that the drama is not only about romance, but also about growth, learning, and survival in the real world.

Heartbreak — kisses, confusion, and walking away

Episode 6 is a proper tearjerker. I honestly love how the FL keeps following her heart, even when it ends in rejection… but at this point she’s been rejected so many times that she’s starting to believe the ML simply doesn’t like her. And I can’t even blame her. They share a moment and she kisses him — and he doesn’t pull away. That alone is enough to scramble her brain, but because she’s conditioned to expect rejection, she panics and runs off. Afterwards she acts like nothing happened, and it’s pure self-preservation. She can only take so many hits before she starts protecting herself from the next one. What’s frustrating is that the ML clearly feels something, but he still hasn’t verbalised anything, leaving her stuck in limbo. Then it all gets worse when it comes out that his crush has cancelled her wedding and is now single. The FL immediately assumes he’s going to choose her. Devastated and convinced she’ll never be picked, she pushes him away… and he lets her.And then — in the most painful timing possible — he finally admits the truth: he likes her. And then he walks away. Again. He’s always walking away. We never see him actively pursue her, and it’s maddening because his feelings only seem to show up after the damage is done. After the fallout, the FL is on a plane back home looking like an actual zombie, and who does she bump into? Her co-star. Something clearly happens because the story skips two weeks ahead, and the co-star has come to Korea without telling anyone. I still can’t fully read his feelings — he keeps saying he doesn’t like her, but is that really the truth? And just when you think the awkwardness can’t level up any further, we get the reunion: the FL is at a concert, the ML is the interpreter… and the empty seat beside her is obviously his. Of course it is.

Misadventures continue

They did a good job of intermingling their stories and encounters. They correct each other with actions. She is admonished about facial expressions and posture. He is reminded he is not the prince and needs to act more humble. As the widow, the prince sets the sons straight on how the female head of household is to be treated by law. As the Prince, she finds out what herb is used in the incense they are drugging the prince with. She rescued the damsel in distress and shared favorite romance stories. He has stepped in between second son and his abuse/feelings for her and is glad to accept the job as guardian of the Prince. She shares her story with him and he snuggles her under pretense of appreciating his beautiful face. They are slowly learning about each other while forced to literally walk in the other’s shoes. The Chief secretary has no depth he won’t sink to. He has second son put in a position to investigate the Prince and his first son after Hong Si for a confession to being the thief. At this crucial time the bracelets swap souls back to their correct bodies. I find this an interesting twist and the story continues to be well paced with all the players in place with good or evil intentions

The Cat’s Out the Bag — caught kisses, close calls, and fresh misunderstandings

Episode 20 is pure “the secret is not staying secret” energy. The ML and FL are caught mid-makeout thanks to their best friends walking in, and the teasing begins immediately. The FL’s best friend decides it’s the perfect moment for the FL to move back home… and she drags the ML’s best friend out with her. The timing is chaotic, but honestly hilarious.💋We get some genuinely adorable moments after that, including the ML literally falling while carrying the FL to bed. She’s clearly awake and waiting for him to make a move, but he stays a gentleman, untangles himself, and wishes her goodnight. The restraint is sweet… but also mildly painful when you’re rooting for them.💋They try to keep a low profile at work, but somehow their colleagues start clocking the vibes. They manage to deflect suspicion at first, only for things to spiral into an even more awkward situation later. Low profile? Not on this show.💋Meanwhile, the ML’s mother seems to have some kind of epiphany and decides to make him soup, planning to deliver it herself. The RL, sensing an opportunity to see the FL, jumps at the chance to come along. He even prepares a lunch box for the FL, and that single action triggers new misunderstandings with the ML’s mother and puts the FL in an uncomfortable position with the ML.💋The ML’s annoyance doesn’t last long though — because, unsurprisingly, they’re back to making out again. At this point, the cat isn’t just out of the bag… it’s doing laps. 💋The romance is finally open and real between them, but the outside pressure is ramping up — and it feels like the next big challenge will be managing misunderstandings before other people weaponise them.

Foodie and crime scene 🤣

Right when things heat up Zhou and Gong have to interrupt. Gong has just told Zhao all his womanizer ways in game when an employee brings video of Yu and Xiu in alley. Both besties have to investigate……and….kissing interrupted. 😝 The guys head upstairs and Zhao applauds Xiu. Her not wanting on couch because a crime scene a hilarious line. 🤣😂 She immediately starts packing her stuff to give them some privacy. Not sure if Wang has truly moved his stuff out yet, but she’s using that as her excuse to leave. She is fortunately there to take Gong with her because Mr can’t read the room was going to trash their evening otherwise. 😝Yu and Xiu skip the movie and pour over the designs he gave her and she is drawn most to one his dad drew. I am thinking it was a plan for the stadium since it had much to do with acoustics and unique uses of space. She fell asleep when he wanted to hint about his dad. He carries her to her room and she pins his arm under her. Xiu is quite forward trying to get him to stay with her and snuggle, but when she went in for the kiss the gig is up.😂 As much as he wants to stay he chooses to be the gentleman. This turned out to be well timed because his uncle has confirmed that a company was dropped by Zhuling so would not be on financial report. They think this is the one that noticed and conspired with Pei after collapse. I am trying to understand Yu’s mom but I’m failing. She did not investigate to see if husband was innocent and she settled for safe rather than love ever since. I am thinking this is how elder Pei trapped her by promising a safety net for her and son when it was nothing of the kind. Even his flesh and blood doesn’t feel safe and secure in that home. That is probably the night Yu tried to open the safe and was made the family scapegoat. I am sad Yu didn’t accept his mother’s soup and that the meal carrier has made Xiu with Pei in her mind. I can’t completely dislike the mother because of her trauma, but I don’t really like her either. She is another piece of Pei’s collateral damage. The uncle is more excited to expose Pei now that evidence is finally showing up. He at least recommends himself as the investigator. While Yu shows jealousy over the designer meal Xiu received, the only portion she allowed herself was cleaning the carriers.😝 She noted he hadn’t touched his lunch either and encouraged him to make things right with his mom. His trick of pretending sleep😂🤣 As they chat she lets him know as a foodie he is best aware of her choice. 🥰 She cannot make it any plainer he has no reason to be jealous of Pei. What she hadn’t been aware of til lunch was how her little act of kindness impacted a son that grew up without those niceties. While these brothers’ machinations with each other over Xiu is determined to make yet another wedge between them, I am wanting her to be the bridge and ballast that joins them to work together against the evil dad that put all this in motion 20 years ago.

In a blink of an eye...quite literally

Do Ra Mi is doing what she thinks is God's work, and Mu Hee could not be more confused by Do Ra Mi`s actions. This new dynamic is really interesting, keeps you on your toes. I have not mention Hiro in my reviews this whole time, but the poor creature is being misled (first becuase of language barrier, then his delulu mind, and at last because of Do Ra Mi). Meanwhile, Ju Ho is somehow stucked in the middle of it all.Let's continue to see where will all of this end.
