the one thing i can say, is that the mains…

the one thing i can say, is that the mains got chemistry in spades.. & Yai was jealous at the end, but is he ready to admit that he has developed feelings? & the better question, should he??? cause Mangkorn not trustworthy IMO. the fact he is attracted isn't shocking, as after having sex with Yai i am sure that memory wasn't a bad one & even if it was mildly good, it would non stop be luring him back... for one more taste. & if he's attracted to Yai, then he would be doubly motivated to explorer all these new feelings that r consuming him. but that doesn't equate to love. & if Yai is just a curiosity, Yai being weary is smart, as jumping headlong into something unsure, will only bring him more heartache, as he is very lonely & vulnerable as is... ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************also it's all good & well Mangkorn's mother being understanding, but both she & the other mother should've put a stop to their husbands stupidity, the sec they got a chance. they both know better & weren't rejoicing as they knew what their husbands were doing was f*cked-up. so i hope they don't wait until a confrontation with the father occurs, cause the mother telling Mangkorn he should have a conversation is moronic, as given his fathers mentality in his eyes his children don't have a right to an opinion & they for sure have no right to contradict his decision. as his children they need to follow his orders - blindly. so idk WTH she was going on about, if anything it seemed like she knew that there would be no point as it would be the equivalent to bashing ones head against a brick wall. so she is basically passing the buck. ********************************************************idk who Nine is, but i didn't detect any one side attraction between him & Yai - yet i wish he came back & took Yai out of this situation. cause there is a part of me that wants Mangkorn to work for Yai - to woo him....

i didn't expect the turn around after…

i didn't expect the turn around after the Yai get's caught by Mangkorn, from him making him kneel & then shoving that soap bottle in his mouth "jokingly" to him driving him to his favorite spot, for a heart to heart - not expected to say the least. for sure didn't expect Mangkorn to offer friendship. from the moment they met there wasn't a sec where Mangkorn was hostile - openly so, towards Tai. so i don't get that, that was his way of making friends - but at last the tension has been broken & this has stopped being a toxic harrasment BL. so will take what i get & am just happy they could be more then civil towards each other. *****************************************************************************************************************************************also liked Da the dominatrix, who i thought was a good friend - guess she's someone Yai uses not just for sexual gratification but as a therapist. as i said in the ep before, there is something very lonely about him, even though he is surrounded by "friends" he is all alone & that's very sad - so idk if their relationship is monetary based or more the friends-with-benefits kind, but i like that he reach's out to her for advise or when he wants company & she is always there. even if they not committed - just the fact he has someone is reassuring. cause my heart aches for him - idk why the more i watch this the more i grow to like this character... maybe it's that deep down he is a very sweet, hurting, lonely child (cause he is immature). **************************************************************************************************************************************************************Mangkorn on the other hand really rubs me the wrong way - but after his trying to befriend & open up to Yai doesn't seem as toxic or narcissistic, let alone sadistic. so am hoping we see a more likeable side to him. *******************************************still didn't except that engagement announcement at the end - who does that to their children?!? ironically both kids where unhappy with the news, even Mangkorn's mother was shocked into silence. which day & age r we that a parent thinks this is ok.****************************************************************************************************************************************side note: i get that dumb & dumber r here for comic relief - sadly they not funny, if anything they annoying & incompetent ugh

the only way i could get though this ep was fast-forwarding the majority of it. everyone's making my blood boil - i don't get why dumb & dumber r still employed, nor do i get how Yai can keep his composure around Mangkorn. not only after what he did to him but the fact that he is now blackmailing him. i would be out for blood. but Yai is veryyy passive about it & the scene where Mangkorn just walks into the doctors offices made me wanna flip the table - how that acceptable?!? in which country & still Yai sits there & takes it... like WTF - ******************************************************************************************************& even though Yai has brought a lot of this stupidity on himself, i feel sorry for him. he looks like he has the world & is this spoilt brat - but he is very lonely & alone.

Bonds Tested by Death

Episode 6 of Dare You to Death raises the stakes in a way that feels both thrilling and unsettling. The challenges move beyond physical danger and begin testing fear, loyalty, and emotional endurance. Every decision feels heavier this time, and the tension is constant, making the episode gripping from start to finish.A major highlight of this episode is the development of Jade and Kamin’s relationship. Their growing trust adds emotional depth to the story, especially as the pressure intensifies. Watching them rely on each other in such a high-risk environment makes their bond feel genuine, and it also raises the emotional stakes—what happens to one clearly affects the other. This trust doesn’t feel forced; instead, it builds naturally through shared risk and vulnerability. We also get a surprise development from one of the kids that is genuinely shocking and completely changes the tone of the episode. It’s the kind of moment you don’t see coming, and it leaves a lot of questions about what this will mean moving forward. The episode ends with that uncertainty hanging in the air, making it hard not to immediately want the next episode.Overall, Episode 6 stands out as a turning point in the series, combining intense suspense, emotional character growth, and a twist that has us eagerly waiting to see the outcome.

two wrongs don't make a right - neither…

two wrongs don't make a right - neither guy is likeable. but what happened was r*ape. the fact Yai was planning to r*ape Mangkorn doesn't make Mangkorn flipping the tables ok. so this has started off f*cked-up the main reason i put off watching this a while back. this wasn't that much pf a better viewing this time around, but pushed through somehow. the fact Yai employing dumb & dumber didn't help this none - cause i didn't find them funny. **************************************************also Ajo came off like a player that loves guys fanning over her. so for a 1st ep there isn't 1 character that i like - wonder how i will fair & if i will survive till the end or drop it.... time will tell

sadly this is turning stupid - 1st off what…

sadly this is turning stupid - 1st off what was Kram's plan? did he have one??? cause i think dude is just winging it - why he even try & take Phupha back??? & sorry, but him telling Phupha live ur like normally - me & Thai got this, is a bad joke . he got what?!??? what can he do?? if he had any type of training, i would be like - ok, at least he capable of defending himself. but he can't walk without tripping over his own two feet, like come on & Thai has done him one favor after another, now he wants Thai to endanger his own life, pushing him into a life-style he had left behind him, cause he gotta save Phupha??? *********************also Kram missed his chance to go back - yet since that moment, no one mentioning the other universe - why? Kram now planning to stay? until when, until he saves Phupha? even then, the Phupha in his world is dead - so what difference did he really make. **************************************************************************************************************************plus he knew who Phupha's biological father was, let alone how he found out - the hemophilia thing & that the last person Phupha went to meet, was the man he thought was he real dad. all this isn't info wasn't important to share with Phupha??? just live normally & we will take care of sh*t??? genius plan - not. ***********************************************************************btw wondering the locket Phupha had given Kram - where it go?!? was it the price paid to travel back to a world where Phupha was alive?!?

“Strong, Gentle, and Called ‘My Hero’ is Episode 10 in a nutshell of Spring Fever”

Episode 10 of Spring Fever continues the emotional warmth established in the previous episode and feels quietly confident in its storytelling. The deeper look into the ML’s family background adds just enough tension to raise the stakes without disrupting the gentle flow of the drama. Everything unfolds naturally, allowing emotions to surface without forcing conflict, which is something both Korean and global reviewers often praise about this series. One of the most delightful highlights is the FL’s mother and her initial reaction to the ML. Seeing her instantly clock him as strong, handsome, and dependable—and then proudly calling him “my hero” adds humor and charm while also signaling acceptance in the most heartwarming way. It’s a small moment, but it carries real emotional weight, softening past misunderstandings and reinforcing how the ML’s quiet reliability leaves a powerful impression not just on the FL, but on the people around her.The episode also continues to beautifully trace the FL’s transformation. She feels lighter, more open, and visibly happier, no longer hiding behind emotional walls or dark colors. Her relationship with the ML grows in easy intimacy and mutual comfort, showing love as something safe and healing. Episode 10 doesn’t rely on dramatic twists to shine. Instead, it lets warmth, trust, and steady emotional growth take center stage and that’s exactly why it feels so satisfying. Can't wait for Ep 11 to show us how the story of the scars, the house on fire and the reconciliation will happen between the ML & FL. With Spring Fever i feel we can always bet on a quick reconciliation and unfolding of event in a positive manner, which keeps it true to the identity of this drama with the warm, positive healing tone of the show!

In which we find out something important about our female lead

This might be a pivotal episode, as Kang Yun's ex-wife makes an appearance and our female lead, Tang Ying Ying, reveals something important and painful to Kang Yun about her childhood that impacts her adult life, and to her surprise, finds instant acceptance and understanding from KanygYun, who she has been holding at arms length. Kudos to the screenwriters for not descending into the usual, boring, "scheming ex wife" tropes. This is handled with class, which was an unexpected treat. In fact, there are few tropes in any of this drama, and I almost feel like I'm watching a reality show because the characters are people I can identify with.

The acting in this drama is incredible

So we are at the halfway point and the we're learning more and more about the FL and her motivations. I'm not familiar with her previous work but she's doing a terrific job. Lin Yushen is a standout as her boss who is developing feelings for her but is being rebuffed ... or is he? The writers and director aren't rushing things, and the framework of using legal cases to allow the characters to deepen is fascinating. Truly one of the best dramas I've watched.

1st off - even though this is time travel,…

1st off - even though this is time travel, it's back in time to a parallel universe - which i don't get - what's the point... cause like Kram in this universe is already dead & Thai is a different person. so who says Phupha is destined to live the same life here too? i get that it's kinda hinted at, that his new step-mother is the one behind the assassination plot. but why does this universe have to be the same?!? *************************************************************************************************************** a parallel universe IMO is the same people living different lives or making different choices, that leads to different lives... like Thai that chose to leave his family & the family business, is leading a totally different life then he was in Kram's world. *************************************************************************************************************************************************btw Thai's aunt Lu told Kram he had 3 months, before he could go back & then we get a 3 month time skip(?), but Kram decides to take this Phupha to the world where he has been murdered ? like what?!??? ****************************************************why not find a way to save him here & then leave. what is the point of taking him back - i get Kram loves Phupha & their budding relationship got cut short, before they could actually be together. but who says this Phupha will love him like his Phupha did?!??? maybe in this universe Phupha is straight. *************************************************************************so taking him back is such a weird choice. especially when he doesn't have a clue what is going on & will be in danger the sec he wakes up. as he & Kram don't have the power to stop anyone trying to kill him - so i don't get this train of thought. how is this saving Phupha. the sec this Phupha appears in Kram's world the old Phupha doesn't disappear. i don't get the logic behind this ep or Kram's conclusions as to how he should solve his problem. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************the fact Thai went along with this crazy plan is more cause it hurts him too much to be around Kram, who isn't the Kram he knew & loved, so he just wants him gone, so Thai can continue healing & let Kram go.
