Deeply disappointed with the basketball challenge

YJS made an error in judgement in the basketball challenge. The rule and tradition was for the Whenever Friend to choose who they will replace during the bonus round, instead what happened —based on the scenes—it was YJS who made the decision.Pyo YeJin volunteered already and tried so call the attention of the Whenever Friend. But YJS stepped-in and insisted he should be the one who should leave and YeJin must continue playing.Why? There was no doubt the Whenever Friends would've chosen Pyo YeJin as well. She was the most logical choice.Did YJS set them up to fail? If so, why? Budget constraints? He got disappointed with the Whenever Friends?Or, was YJS trying to save YeJin's face because she hasn't made a single point?Here's the thing. No one will blame YeJin. That's just a fact of life, we all have strengths and weaknesses. There is nothing wrong if YeJin wasn't able to make a basketball point up to that point, most people can't!If that was YJS's objective, the reverse happened. YeJin probably quietly blamed herself. Audiences who did not see YJS's misjudgment are probably blaming YeJin.I was very disappointed by that incident.The Whenever Host made a decision for himself instead of the Whenever Friend, as per the rule and tradition. (Again, based on the scenes in the final cut, that's what happened.)The Whenever Guests are there to bring more fun and variety, as well as, to show that celebrities are humans too—which many have forgotten—and thus have shortcomings like everyone else. It is fine not to be good in sports and/or in any games.In addition, making the Whenever Friends choose who to replace in a bonus round is an indirect way of saying, "this is your strategy". It's their only chance to be directly involved and increase their chances of taking home the prizes.Remember, Whenever Possible is about the Whenever Friends. It is to give them memories to cherish of having met and interacted with celebrities they otherwise would've never experienced.I hope the kids were compensated for this misjudgment. It was supposed to be fun, bet that misjudgment will instead dominate their memories once they realise it. (Assuming the editing showed us exactly what happened.)

this ep went more or less as i thought it…

this ep went more or less as i thought it would, Minato is great at throwing himself a pity party (& i am at a stage where i don't give a damn that it's cause of his traumatic past - everyone got sh*t they need to deal with, that doesn't justify using innocents as mental punching bags to deal with said trauma!), while Shizuma (as per usual) bent over backwards trying to understand an accommodate him. *******************************************************************************************************************even Minato's "confession" felt like he was doing Shizuma a favor, cause of all he said - i.e promised. is that a confession? idk but i aint a happy camper - Minato isn't worthy of all the wok Shizuma is putting into him or the relationship. if anything Minato keeps taking him for granted. ********************************************************************************************************& i get that Minato (who has always been the younger individual in the equation) is used to being taken care of, by everyone around him - they baby him. but isn't it time he grew the f*ck up?? he said' "...he also worries he would hurt the person he loves..." WTF would u call what he has been doing to Shizuma, since they met??? actions speak louder then words, so wish he started acting like he cared (& no, f*cking at the end, doesn't make up for how he has treated Shizuma until now & sadly will keep treating him & it for sure doesn't mean he cares, as we know from the start of this, he has no problem bed hopping)... idk - what to say, this toxic & Minato not worthy! ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note: for a house that's been closed up for over a decade it's spotless - just saying...

enjoyed how this was resolved & loved…

enjoyed how this was resolved & loved the ending - even though i hoped Sullivan didn't die, cause yeah he was a bad-guy but he wasn't any worse then Na, Kim, National assembly chairman or his son. if anything he was a victim too & Na got off scot-free cause she cooperated with National defense vice minister Lee to get Kim. so sooner or later she will be back to her old antics - so i for one hope Sullivan is alive. ****************************************************************************************************enjoyed this, it had a little bit of everything funny, sad & everything in between - loved how they came together to save the day & how they were always there for each other. it was a fun binge watch. if there is a 2nd season - i'm in!

I have so many problems with this show..

Now, in genreal, I really liked this show. They way they started out by portraying the omegavese and the different characters had me hooked immediately. You could tell that they had put so much thought into the worldbuilding, with their business language and the consistent issue of pheremone gland cancer and Sheng's familiy issues. The actors are also amazing and do a phenomenal job! But with its perfections, this show also has a lot of flaws, which kind of ruined the experience for me. A lot of my dislike lies in the two main couples. I'll start with the second couple, Shen and Gao Tu: This show would've been so much better in my eyes if Shen had more character development. I don't understand how Gao Tu had a crush on him for severeal years, especially when Shen never respected him, and hated omegas. I think it must've been an internal thing for Gao Tu, but still, I feel like it would have been more interesting to see Shen start to question his ideals and thoughts. Instead, I just found him incredibly annoying, since nothing really happened with him, and he didn't really change. Overall I just felt bad for Gao Tu. He deserved so much better than a man who constantly disrespected him, and also raped him. (seriously, the amount of rape in this show is...)Now, for Sheng and Hua Yong. Hua Yong is an incredibly well written character in my opinion. The actor plays him perfectly, he is obsessive, eerie, creepy. But there is just no way that the show tried to get me to root for a rapist and his victim (same as with Shen and Gao Tu). I know that rape is normalized in omegaverse, and BL in general (which I am so mad about) but this felt extreme, even as someone who has read a lot of manwhas and seen a lot of BL's where sexual assault is casually included and romantacized. Hua Yong is constantly overstepping his boundaries, he has no basic respect for Sheng, and he sexually assaults him multiple times. They show Sheng being incredibly traumatized and scared, they show him constantly asking Hua Yong to leave, yet Hua Yong stays. (me personally, I would've called the cops) I was so sure the show would take a drastic horror turn when we saw Hua Yong glueing a bloody picture of Sheng back together, but it didn't. Now, if they HAD gone that way, this show would've been at least 8 stars instead of five for me. No, instead they happily end up together. Sexual assault is NOT romantic, and I am tired of it being constantly portrayed that way.
