The cinematography is so beautiful, as well as the acting. The youthful vibes with the entire friend group together really feel so wholesome. Almondprogress have such amazinf chemistry too.

Super duper cute. I really love the youth vibes and I always feel immersed into the series and into those 90s vibes when I watch this series. The characters are all likeable and so fun to watch.

IrenaK After this episode, I am starting to think that LeJun actually acted on her own, thinking she was protecting her brother that way. It looked like GT Xie wasn't aware of her plan, which might create some rift within the villain team, I think. 🤔I was a little relieved JiaYu actually had done her own investigation and scheming to find out who killed her mother, and along the way, she even managed to connect all the given dots and concluded that WuYi is Crown Prince WenXi. Clap, clap, girl! 👏😌WuYi's confession of his feelings was nice and took her by surprise, but she's not indifferent. She has feelings too, and she has shown that more times than I can count... even if she doesn't realise it herself or say it out loud. 🥰And now they are stronger than ever. She trusts him way more, and I love it. With WuYi standing next to her, supporting her cause and making sure everyone in the Xie mansion listens to what she has to say to them, to her father... Couple goals! 🤗💪Now she has publicly cut ties with the Xie family, denounced her father, and taken her mother's coffin away from them. What an aura they had during that walk through the streets! 🤩

This episode was a bit aggravating to watch as both Vincenzo and Cho seem to become barely competent and keep doing things either incredibly slowly, with no sense of urgency or else with frantic carelessness. Given how methodical and competent their characters have been up to now, this kind of put me off. Didn't completely spoil the episode, but it kinda made things flat. Hopefully this is a one-off deviation. I understand that this was done in part to shift the focus from the gold over to the Guillotine file. But it wasn't done with the same level of quality that the show has previously established.

KJ2025 WuYi knows JiaYu is exhausted and hasn’t eaten since kneeling before her mother’s memorial. He brings her flatbread and she immediately starts discussing her mom’s case. I don’t think they know that Cui Jun was a fake but the letter her mother wrote to Tutor Xie acknowledged it. Her mother hated his obsession with the case and it had driven a wedge between them she thought insurmountable, but as she pursued the truth of it for herself she found it had merit. She acknowledged he had reason and hoped they could remain friendly if not partners. JiaYu figured Tutor did not capture him or he would not have tried to make a deal for the letter. WuYi decides to use his own token to move things along. LeJun visits the Tutor and he is ready to choke her to death for killing his wife when she reveals Prince Wendi is alive and has the token. The very next day Empress dowager has a dream and wants them present at a banquet. Here WuYi shows his token and even has the guests pass it around to look. LeJun is definitely nervous and is ultimately accused because the token was slipped in her sleeve. Her mind worked in such a tragic way. She had no bottom line where her brother was concerned. She argued with Princess Yunzhao over a cliff and could not change her mind. She showed her ‘friendship’ by having JiaYu out of the carriage and taking her place. How would she not think her friend wouldn’t want justice for her mom as much as she wanted to protect her brother. It never once crossed her mind that if Prince Wenxi was still alive and hadn’t tried for the throne he might not be interested in the job. Her brother talked her out of killing the coachman’s family but when the wife showed up as a withness the lesson she got from that was she should have killed them all. Tutor Xie is still reeling from the loss of his wife and that Prince WenXi is till alive. Prince Qi is now officially at odds with WuYi over his sister. WuYi had a legitimate point that if he fancied himself a ruler to be, he needed to judge impartially and justly. There was no justification for his sister killing Princess Yunzhao. It was fun watching Empress dowager having to choose between JiaYu and Tutor Xie for the token she didn’t want pried from her hand. His identity as the crown prince is still covered because she didn’t know what the pieces looked like or understood the one was superior to the other three. Mao is going to be on the warpath now but so is JiaYu. She has found a site for her mother’s grave but the owner wants top tier prices. She assumes WuYi is wealthy and has no clue he gives most of his income to take care of his army. She thought he was begrudging her cash and took her sword back. He showed his love for her and respect for his aunt by selling his prized one of a kind steed and all his estate holdings yet still 200 taels shy. His wife brought these to her and informed JiaYu the lengths he had gone to to get as much cash as possible. Jia Yu gives him the coveted sword but he tells her what he really wants. They are moving closer as a couple as Mao moves closer to being their nemesis.

Bella This episode had me LoL at least four times and I was watching it in the doctor's office. So I was only slightly embarrassed. The action scenes were gratifying and fun with just the right amount of levity and humor for me. Idk why this episode is rated so low except for the people who are expecting this show to be something it's not, who h is serious and realistic. Yes the plot holes are there, but I think that's part of its charm.

a couple things, out of respect for Wang Xuan, I have decided for General Song. haha. but really this movie has several incredible male characters to admire. secondly, the scene where the general says "Lord, your princess is a perfect match for you." is the most authentic, beautifully played moment and i absolutely burst out crying. the way the general said that was so beyond time and culture, beyond script and role. when two people work together, it is magic and beauty. it is something to cry about.

and even former gangster (now travel agent) Park knows about it. I wonder if an actual balloon ride will come into play in the story at some point? At one point in this episode, Cha Young asks, "To kill that many people, they need to keep hiring and getting rid of hitmen. How do they keep finding criminal after criminal?" This is such a great 4th-wall question because it's something a lot of us viewers of various dramas always wonder! Later, Han Seo is so completely terrified of his brother, he has him point-blank at his mercy and just locks up in fear, hesitating until it's too late. So he fails to finish the job.

Just wow. GT Xie and Princess PingNing going to such lengths for the token... 😳 Was it the plan of them both, or just LeJun's? Because GT Xie's reaction to JiaYu's mother's death confused me a little... and oh, how it boiled my blood too! 😡 But that leaves me wondering if the reaction was genuine, or if he just pretended in order to have a reason not to have bonds with JiaYu, and thus also WuYi, anymore. 🤔 In his eyes, she probably has served her purpose and created that rift between the friends...GT Xie gives me the creeps, and I really, really don't like what he's doing with LeJun... 😨 I think she would have been better off with the Eagle King, not with this manipulator and schemer. 😓Also, I get why she is doing it, but I am quite upset that Jiayu already suspects WuYi of poisoning the horses. However, WuYi said it right — it actually doesn't matter if he's framed or not, but what is important is that JiaYu's mother died because of that. 😔 He cares for her, and he is sad because she is... I really hope they find some evidence soon so JiaYu can finally understand that she can and should trust WuYi. Always. 🥺

The princess who tried to set up XiHe found herself waking up in the scenario she planned for another. She was at least betrothed closer to home. Here the emperor proved himself a kinder father than peacekeeper. He had already decided none of his daughters would be sent so far away. He knew the pain of separation due to marriage alliance and refused to comply. When Crown Prince was asked how he knew the story he said truth could always be found if you looked hard enough. At the market XiHe finds a rare flower and a rare scented fan she wanted to purchase. The fan turned out to be already purchased by Changqing. He knew his wife loved the scent and said he purchased one every year in her memory. She declined his offer of the fan but then was rather forced to accept it or make a scene. The Crown Prince learned she was staying the night to watch a flower bloom and invited himself to her room. He then was surprised she was doing exactly that.🤣😂 After waiting to watch it open to its fullest the Crown Prince found himself as mesmerized by its beauty as XiHe. She promptly picked the flower, put it in a special box and was ready to return.🤣😂The princess is captured on her way home and both Changqing and Huayong go to rescue her. It is noted she had used knockout powder and was ready to leave when they arrived.😝😂👏🏻 She noted the tattoo on her captors and who was behind her kidnapping. Changqing took this opportunity to challenge Huayong and managed to injure his shoulder. Huayong leaves with Princess but his jade token was left behind. Changqing brings his case to the emperor and it is not without merit. He has rightly figured out who’s been removing corrupt officials and that the crown prince is not as frail as he pretends showing the Yong jade piece left behind. He is demanding that Huayong expose his shoulder to prove he wasn’t there. To his surprise, XiHe steps up to defend him claiming they had spent the night together. It was clarified that she was by his side offering aid. The emperor then suggests it’s time to get married but this time Huayong asks for a delay. When the brothers confront each other Changqing wanted to know how he could marry his brother’s wife and Huayong responded she had never loved him. The only way to earn her love was by letting her have her own choice. Changqing still tried to promote his suit of XiHe to the emperor but it was shot down. It was revealed that while the emperor favored Huayong in affection, Changqing was the son groomed for the throne. His determination to pursue XiHe claiming she is his wife, has put that choice in question. The emperor is no longer as convinced he is fit to rule when so willing to toss his position for love, not just once in Gu case, but a second time with XiHe. His punishment was to stand guard where two brothers chided him about not being loved or even glanced at by XiHe. Prince Ding’s wife was behind the attackers and he defends her. He proves it by drinking poisoned wine for her. The emperor is disgusted with both of them for different reasons. It was later found out that the prince was only knocked out and not killed. The episode comes to an end with the crown prince not believing he will live long enough to accomplish everything he had hoped. He no longer thinks he is best choice for XiHe, but he loves her too much to let go. He decides his best course of action is to pave the way with outsider support by having court officials in place that would rule in her favor. The next crisis is a scandal with exams and a bias against commoners trying to take the test. The crown prince surprises everybody by taking the case.🧐These two are making it more a habit to come to each other’s defense. They are talking enough to understand the other’s point of view much better. Their actions are seen in context rather than by bias. The Prince has long been smitten but it now seems the Princess is more interested in the Prince than just his short life span. It might not be love, but her trust is growing in him and that speaks volumes.

day I thought Mok and Rome having something going on is so cute, but I would like if they told us what exactly happened in further episodes because in Season 1, how did we go from them not even being a thing and not even having one kiss to Season 2 being them kissing? I honestly am guessing maybe their love is forbidden. Which is why this happened. I agree with Peach. I think the dad will eventually let Rome and Mhok have freedom, just like peach and Thee didNext is Tawan and Aran. I am still thinking about when Aran slapped Tawan and also how Tawan kept hurting Peach. It is clear Aran deeply cares about him. I am glad Tawan feels bad about what he did. Tawan went from red to Green. However, now in Season 2, instead of seeing Tawan, I see Perth. I also keep thinking about how when Peach asked Aran if he was thinking about marriage, it was obvious Aran was thinking of Tawan. Okay, but I never even realized Aran and Tawan didn't attend Peach and Thee's weddingOkay, I remember seeing in the trailer that That Titan Chayuth's character returns to give Peach the camera back, is this gonna cause problems? If so, what kind?Now, lemme talk about when Mira walked in, it kind of annoyed me how Mok basically said he didn't know if Mira was a good fit just because she was a woman. Um, okay, GMMTV, why? Why would Mok say something that sexist. Woman are stronger than men most of the times, Anyways, I cannot wait to see Mira and Lookplub together. Girl love is amazing.
