finding her own colours
Introvert meets art club meets emotional therapy. 10/10 would join Spirit FingersSe Ra and Tae Seon deserved more screen time :(
I really loved their club the drama captures the painful yet beautiful process of an invisible high schooler finding her "color"
he series excels as a whimsical coming-of-age story that balances quirky humor with genuine lessons on self-worth.
It’s those moments that truly elevate the show from a simple romance to something much more profound. Nam Gi-jeong is the ultimate "hype man" because his advice never feels condescending; it’s rooted in a genuine, uncomplicated belief in Woo-yeon’s worth that she hasn’t yet found for herself.Gi-jeong’s advice usually boils down to: "Who cares what they think? What do you actually want to do?"

Dont judge a book by its cover
I usually enjoy some thriller, deep intricated plot. But watching *Boyfriend on Demand* gave me nostalgia of romcom era of kdrama in a perfect way. Like that 2016-20 era of drama.Have been a really long time since enjoyed romcom this much. I was gliggly, blushing and laughing throught the series. My teen self would've devoured this and fricking loved this so much. As Jisoo said *Classic, not Clićhe*. This drama has almost all the classics, Chaebol love, high school love, Office romance. And I want some of that me romcom.
I totally enjoyed this. Hate train is....... as always unecessary.
Watch and try yourself keeping aside the usual hate perspective. And also people saying they hate Ai and hence hate this drama, Like where the heck is AI?? Do they not understand the concept of Virtual Reality? It is understandable people hate Generative AI but lol.... atleast get the whole idea about something you hate on.
If you want to watch a lighthearted series with not all those unecessary plot twist and drag the shit out of drama, You will enjoy it.

Boyfriend On Demand (BOD) is surprisingly addictive. The chemistry, visuals, and light but engaging storyline make it easy to binge. It feels fresh, fun, and comforting at the same time. If you’re into rom-com vibes with charming leads and cute moments, this drama is definitely worth the watch.

Review: Candy
What I LikedStrong emotional core
The biggest strength of Candy is its emotional sincerity. The series doesn’t treat its
romance as superficial fan service; instead, it focuses on how relationships can
become a source of safety in an unforgiving environment. The quieter scenes
between characters often feel more powerful than the dramatic confrontations.
Several moments in the show capture vulnerability surprisingly well. Characters who
initially appear distant or cold gradually reveal layers of fear, regret, and longing.
Because of this, the relationships feel more grounded and meaningful.
Two different romance dynamics
Another thing I appreciated was the presence of two GL relationships with very
different tones. One focuses more on warmth and emotional healing, while the other
carries a sharper edge shaped by ambition and past conflicts. This contrast helps
prevent the story from feeling repetitive and adds variety to the emotional landscape.
The second relationship in particular stands out because it explores the tension
between career, power, and unresolved feelings, which feels fitting for a story set in
the entertainment industry.
Industry atmosphere
The drama also does a solid job portraying the darker side of celebrity culture public
scandals, manipulation, and the pressure of maintaining a perfect image. Even
though the series is short, it effectively conveys how fragile fame can be and how
quickly public perception can turn.
What Didn’t Work as Well
Rushed pacing
With only eight episodes, the story sometimes moves too quickly. Major conflicts
appear and resolve rapidly, leaving little room for certain emotional developments to
fully breathe. Some character motivations would have benefited from more screen
time and deeper exploration.
Overly dramatic twists
At times the show leans heavily into melodrama. While emotional intensity is part of
the genre, a few twists feel exaggerated compared to the more grounded character
moments. These moments can slightly disrupt the otherwise intimate tone the series
builds.
Underdeveloped side characters
Some supporting characters play important roles in the narrative but don’t receive
enough development. A bit more depth in these roles could have strengthened the
overall story and made certain conflicts feel more impactful.
Overall Thoughts
Even with its flaws, Candy stands out because it focuses on emotional vulnerability
and complex queer relationships rather than simply using romance as decoration.
The performances carry much of the series, making the characters feel believable
even when the plot moves quickly.
It’s not a perfect drama, but it’s a memorable one especially for viewers interested in
character driven GL stories set against the harsh reality of the entertainment world.
⭐ Rating: 7.5–8/10
If you enjoy shorter dramas that mix romance with emotional character exploration,
Candy is definitely worth watching.

A feel good series just right for a weekend binge watch
I absolutely enjoyed watching Boyfriend on Demand. Light, funny, not too complicated yet very relatable. Just right for a weekend binge watch. JISOO portrayed Seo Mirae so well. I was impressed that she was able to handle all the diverse settings, the different characters that she needed to play and all the emotions that came with it. Plus, the insane chemistry she has with all the actors that played as her “boyfriend”. We saw many sides of actress JISOO through Seo Mirae and she absolutely nailed it! I would definitely watch it again. Was this review helpful to you?

cute
In some scenes I got Butterflies in my stomach. The drama was sweet, but I would have liked the following things:-A ending with a kiss, or rather, inot an open ending because you don't know what happens next with the two of them.
-that the drama focuses more on the relationship between the two
Or they should have made the drama longer. (only 17 min)
but it was kinda cute

BOD Honest Review
It’s actually refreshing. The concept feels light, a bit quirky, and different from the usual heavy K-dramas. The story doesn’t try too hard to be dramatic...it leans more into charm, fun moments, and easy watching.Kim Jisoo (Mi-rae) carries the series with a very natural and warm presence. Her acting feels more relaxed here compared to her earlier projects, and you can tell she’s more comfortable on screen. She fits the tone of the show well—soft, slightly awkward, but very charming.
Meanwhile, Seo In-guk (Kyungnam) brings a grounded energy to the series. His character feels more layered compared to the playful premise of the show, which balances the tone nicely. He’s very good at subtle expressions and quiet reactions, so even simple scenes feel engaging. His presence adds a bit of maturity and emotional weight that keeps the story from feeling too gimmicky.
Their chemistry also noticeably improves as the series progresses. In the earlier episodes, their dynamic feels a bit tentative, but in the later episodes the comfort between them becomes more natural. The banter flows better, the emotional scenes land more strongly, and their interactions start to feel more genuine rather than just scripted romantic moments. By the later parts of the show, their pairing feels believable and adds a lot of warmth to the story.
That said, the pacing can feel a little uneven, and some scenes are clearly designed to be cute rather than deeply developed. If you’re expecting a super complex plot, this might feel simple.
But if you watch it for what it is...a light, fun, slightly cheesy romantic concept with good chemistry and a fresh idea...it’s genuinely enjoyable.
Overall: Not a masterpiece, but definitely charming and worth watching if you want something easy and refreshing.
⭐ Rating: 8-9.5/10 (I enjoyed it as a fluff romcom lover)

Outstanding performances from the cast!!! Nakakatouch ung philosophy at yung commitment nya to the well being of his people at ung belief nya for peaceful transition, then yung pagascend nya sa throne to become the historical and last ruler of the Wuyue Kingdom (Zhejiang Provinxe, including parts of Jiangsu and Shanghai) until they surrendered to The Northern Song Dynasty to reunify most of China! Reigned from 947-878 AD. "For the greater cause - regional stability over personal power." 👏
Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys meaningful historical dramas.

May everyone find their own Fang Muyang
To be honest I had no intention of watching this drama when it was first announced. So I had zero expectations when I decided to randomly pick it up since I had nothing else to watch. I didn't even read the synopsis and the only thing I knew was that it was a love story set in the 1970s. But then I got unexpectedly hooked and I couldn't stop myself from waiting everyday for the episodes to release.I think what appealed to me the most was how realistic the story felt. You have regular people living simple lives. They don't have big, dramatic aspirations. They just want to live a happy life with their families and that convinces you to believe that this is real. Each character has dept, the side characters don't just exist for names sake. They have their own hurdles, their actions have reasons behind them and this applies to the antagonists as well. They aren't just plain evil without any motivations, and no matter how much you hate them you can still see where they might be coming from.
Now I'm not Chinese, and neither am I old enough to have known what China in the 1970s must have been like. But I think that they did a really good job at educating us about this era, while still making it entertaining and interesting for us to watch. The color grading and everything makes drama appear nostalgic and I think that helps so much with making us connect with the drama.
Chen Feiyu's performance in this was also just top-notch. I've only ever seen him in Lighter and Princess, which I unfortunately didn't like a lot, but he really made up for it in this. Fang Muyang's personality suits him so well and Feiyu just looks like he's in his element in this drama. Fang Muyang and Fei Ni are also asbolute adorable. They are the perfect example of pure love and just watching them makes you happy. Overall it's a drama that doesn't disappoint is definitely worth checking out.

their chemistry
Just finished Revenged Love and it's BTS and I honestly didn’t expect to get this invested and what stood out the most was the chemistry between Tian and Ziyu. they has this perfect mix of tension, intense and everything was filled with unspoken feelings. Their dynamic feels beautifully complicated. Overall, the story itself has a very emotional, almost poetic atmosphere that makes the story linger in your mind. Definitely worth watching if you enjoy strong on-screen chemistry. Was this review helpful to you?

Not my cup of tea, but might be yours?
I wanted to like it so bad. So many aspects of each character were so enjoyable. I actually didn’t mind the cruel to caring ML, he was my favorite character for the most part. I didn’t have second lead syndrome although I did love 2nd male leads character development. FL’s quirky outburst & giving nature were enjoyable for me but she had NO BACKBONE. It’s like she barely made any active decisions for herself. Her bestie was insufferable to me…falling in love with you friends man? It’s a no from me dawg. With the amount of episodes it had, I feel like character development and plot fell to the wayside while so much air time went to useless side scenes? The actors/actresses were great but the plot just lacked in my opinion. I can see how this would be a great drama for some, it just didn’t deliver what I needed to keep me going.(bonus points for Siwons INSANE ab scene. paused and backed up a couple times because wowowow lol)

Why so hate lmao.......
I do understand people might feel lacking on jisoo's acting but honestly she isn't supposed to be the best yet, she's still a new actress. Considering its her third drama, i feel she did a good job. Some expressions feel stiff but other than that great acting! I don't like how some people are comparing her with great actresses with a lot of experience like go younjung. Like girl bfr......Talking about seo inguk, he's an amazing actor, in less screentime he still shines. I loved his acting i can tell why people call him king of romance lol.
The best part about the show are the cameos and the stories revolving them. The CEO couple and the campus couple (so much chemistry on this one). The most underrated one is the EX couple. They had so much potential to be the leads, they were my most favourite couple in the show so far. (Petition to make sungcheol and jisoo main leads in a drama plss I'm begging) Some of their scenes broke me literally, I was crying my ass off lmao. And also I lovee love the singles inferno references as a big SI lover.
Some things I didn't like:
- could've had more episodes, it was too short.
-the main story around jisoo and inguk kinda felt lost bcs of more focus on the AI boyfriends. I mean i liked every scenes of the AI part but isn't inguk the lead.
- (this one might be underrated) they could've given more background on the ex. Like the missing of a birthday cannot be the only reason bfr, could've shown more.
- sometimes jisoo's acting felt stiff. I agree , when she acted annoyed or was crying loudly, she feels a bit unnatural but ig there's time for her to learn!! She's a beginner actress and has some flaws in her acting. But she still has room to improve.
Overall: great drama !! I can rewatch again after finishing it. I cannot bear the low ratings it didn't deserve. Some of the people even started rating it low after 1-3 hours of its release writing they watched the whole of it and how they hated every thing. Idc though, I liked it and I would definitely recommend yall to watch!! Don't listen to haters lmao you'll like it if you do but that's okay if you didn't. Everyone has different opinions and remember constructive criticism is okay but hating is not :)
Have a good day.

Darker Than I Expected
I honestly didn’t expect Intercom ga Naru Toki to affect me this much. When I started it, I thought it would be a typical revenge drama, but very quickly, it became clear that this story was something much darker, deeper, and more emotional than I expected.
The deeper the story went, the more invested I became. It wasn’t just about revenge. It explored the psychological side of people when they are pushed to their limits. The emotions felt raw and uncomfortable in a way that made everything feel very real.
What I liked most was that the revenge itself wasn’t loud or overly dramatic for the sake of the drama. Instead, it felt quiet but INTENSE. It felt less like a dramatic fantasy and more like watching something that could actually happen in real life.
The characters also felt very natural. Their actions were driven by emotion rather than exaggerated drama, and that made their decisions feel believable. Watching them slowly unravel emotionally gave the story a very dark and heavy atmosphere.
By the end, I honestly felt drained. The drama pulls you so deeply into these characters and their pain that it becomes emotionally exhausting at times. But in a way, that’s what makes it so effective. I needed to watch something light-hearted because this drama was so draining
It’s a very unique drama, and I think it works especially well as a psychological story. Dark, intense, and emotionally heavy but incredibly interesting to watch.

Great drama but bit rushed towards the end
I really enjoyed Would You Marry Me. It’s a light-hearted drama that was easy to watch, and the casting worked very well. The actors fit their roles naturally, which made the story feel warm and enjoyable from beginning to end.
My only real issue with the drama is that I wish it had a few more episodes. Toward the end, everything started to feel a bit rushed. The story had built up some interesting conflicts, but the resolution came too quickly, which took out the fun.
What I actually found interesting was the way the antagonists were written. They weren’t obviously evil from the beginning, which made their actions more surprising. They managed to fool everyone for quite a while, and that made the tension in the story more engaging. However, when the confrontation finally happened, I felt it ended too easily. After all the damage they caused, their arrest felt too quick and almost too simple. I think an extra episode or two could have added more suspense, maybe a bit of a chase or a stronger buildup to their downfall.
Another reason I enjoyed the drama so much is that I’m a big fan of Jung So‑min. I’ve always liked her as an actress. She has this natural way of acting that makes her characters feel very believable and genuine. Nothing ever feels forced when she performs.
So far, I’ve enjoyed many of her projects, and since watching her in Love Next Door, I’ve been even more excited to see her in new roles and new pairings. She always brings a certain charm and sincerity to her characters that makes the story more enjoyable to watch.
