The strongest couple imho has the strongest special...
Arthit and Daotok move together after Daotoks grandmom passed away. Shortly after the bracelet grandmom gave him broke, Daotok sees all the ghosts again and Arthit has the worst nightmares imaginable. While being cute this special has also a bit of story and not every superstitious thought might be wrong. I think this was especially Ngerns best performance in the whole series. Of all the special this one stands out the most. And of course this special also had the perfect ending with a marriage proposal, so everything a fan would like to see.
Production quality was impecable, everything had a nice flow and while the ghosts in the main-story did not have a satisfying end, here it has. For all the fans this is a must watch!
Note: I would wish MDL would have a consistent naming policy. This is "The Sun from Another Star Special Episode" while the special with Tonfah & Typhoon is called "Fourever You Part 2 Special EP: Beside the Sky". This is very confusing and when you don't know both names you will not find it easily because "Fourever You Part 2 Uncut" also has the arcs not listed.

One of the best kdramas
Most kdramas I've watched fall into this pattern of establishing a story in the first few episodes and then backtracking on all of it to create a very milquetoast end result. The Glory is not one of these shows. While theres a bit of this in the first episode and the way the narration is implied to be set up, the overall pacing is building a coherent story that delivers on all of its set up.
For anyone who loves revenge shows, this is a must-watch. The actors, the storytelling and the stakes are so well done. Really cant recommend it enough.

Pretty decent but underwhelming
The show's first half is a really good watch! I enjoyed the suspense and the way the backstory is slowly communicated to us. I think the reveals are also mostly well done. The highlight for me, is definitely Anzu and Yuzu's relationship. It adds an emotional anchor that helps the story resonate.
But I feel the ending is so...half baked. Like it severely underdelivers on the ending. Some stories benefit from sticking to the premise and being straightforward, this is one of them.
Edit: read another review that reminded me how classist and elitist the show is and I have to concur. This show really hates poor people and is very uncharitable in its depiction on the impact of living in poverty.

Its a very wholesome slice of life show thats perfect for a nostalgia kick. I miss when shows could be so simple and have clear, meaningful plot progression.
The show is made with so much love for the main three characters and even the "makeover" aspect is done in good faith. Something you rarely see in shows like this.
And another refreshing aspect is that it doesnt devolve into endless love triangle drama. Its a show about the importance of friendship and how it adds value to our lives.
I will say though, I wish we got to see more of Mariko, I really liked her. And the resolution to the bully "mystery" plot was pretty underwhelming. Otherwise though, love love love!

where every colour held a secret
somehow this tiny drama managed to give me more to think about than shows that are ten times its length, and i REALLY need to talk about whythe biggest thing for me was how complete the story felt. usually when a drama is this short, you can immediately tell where the cuts were made. characters dont get enough time to develop, the plot jumps from one thing to another or the ending feels like they ran out of episodes and had to wrap everything up as quickly as possible. but this drama never really gave me that feeling. everything moved quickly, but it never felt like it was moving too fast. i especially liked how the mystery was handled. instead of throwing a bunch of information at you and expecting you to keep up, the drama lets you piece things together alongside the characters. there are little details and conversations that dont seem particularly important when you first see them, but later you realize they were actually setting something up. it made me pay attention to everything because i knew there was probably a reason something had been included
and the whole republican era shanghai setting?? genuinely beautiful. but what i liked wasnt just the visuals. the drama uses the setting to influence the story. the difference in wealth, status and power is constantly present. the costumes and production design do a lot of storytelling on their own, and the whole thing has this slightly mysterious atmosphere that fits the plot perfectly. i also think the drama benefits a lot from how restrained the characters are. nobody feels overly theatrical just for the sake of making the story more dramatic. people keep things from each other, make calculated decisions and reveal information when they actually have a reason to. that made the tension feel much more believable because you never completely knew who could be trusted
dai luwa and tang shiyi also deserve so much credit because their chemistry is INSANE. even their quieter scenes had this underlying tension to them. you could actually feel the characters becoming more comfortable around each other as the story progressed, which is crazy considering they had such little screen time together
then we get to the ending, which SHOCKED ME as i never expected that. no spoilers but the reveal about who was actually pulling the strings this whole time completely recontextualizes everything you thought you knew
if i had to describe where colors dream in one sentence, id say its a drama that knows exactly how much story it needs. it doesnt overstay its welcome, doesnt waste time on unnecessary side plots. and thats probably why three episodes were enough to leave such a strong impression on me. it felt intentional from beginning to end. theres a clear atmosphere, an engaging mystery, characters you actually care about and a central relationship that develops naturally
i went into it expecting a quick little watch and came out wishing there were at least another 10 episodes 😭 genuinely one of the biggest surprises of the year for me!

Why does this gets a MDL page?
Ok, I thought this was the special episode... not the special of the behind the scene with interviews of the casts.MDL is very confusing... Maybe I should have read the synopsis but I never ever read it :) I just assumed.
So, this is episode 0 of "Beside the Sky" :) You get snippets of the story and interviews with the cast and that is interesting when you have seen the series. I did watch this after the series aired and it's nice enough to gain some inside of the process creating this series. I guess a must for fans :)

Push and pull, an emotional roller coaster
I love this drama, i just re-watched it again. The time it came out i watched every episode 3 times before the next came out. At first it seemed like it would be a bit of a spicy drama, but it turned out to be a very heartfelt and emotional drama. I think that's why a lot of the reviews are "slightly" negative, i think a lot of people were disappointed it wasn't more spicy.I loved how i got to see more of the real Minato further in the drama, that he was not so carefree like he wanted people to see him, but in fact still a scared little boy who was afraid to love and trust. And there came Shizuma, the trustworthy guy he needed. I loved seeing the development of their story together.
The mains have amazing chemistry and their kisses and NC scenes were sweet.
I also really like the second couple, they also had great chemistry.
The series had great visuals and good music. The production did a great job.
The acting was great and the actors were very likable.
I really recommend watching.

Inquisition vibe | Frustrating to see so many stupid doctors
The vibe that the prosecutor and the lady that accused him of murder gives is persecution, Inquisition. Witch hunting... so, if you have your own opinion your own judgement you are a threat for others. Omg... cant belive the modern with hunt that is also transferred under own eyes also in 2026....hope this prosecutor and the lady are the one burned at the stake... or maybe to see a door in order to see the truth , the love, the healing.
I can't stand FL. She has a look of pity, non-stop as if she's in pain... she acts as if ML is stupid, helpless and she's quite obsessed and emotionally disturbed, she is a pushy and intrusive ,,, she is there to remind him all the time that he is ilseek... she is so insistent that i want to vomit.. just skip the moments with her... he keeps telling her to snap out and relax... and she insists omg... she is super gross
I would have really liked him to move on with his life and find another partner.
she's not in love, she's obsessed, attach, saviour behavior and carried by the wound, by the trauma that her father almost died. She doesn't laugh, she doesn't live, she doesn't enjoy... non-stop you say she's suffering and on her deathbed... would a man really fall in love with such a woman... I don't think so...
I would like that they did not remain togheter.
Is so strange to watch how people love to destroy others and focusing on negative ... I think this is the way koreans still destroy celebreties, ordinary people ... focusing on destroying them with all they have, because they dont know love, they are unhappy and full of trauma.
Only the weak people, like to destroy others.
This doctor saved more people then the weak others. Is the same like in The trauma code... only the doctors that dont love, understand the patience and are not to good at what they are doing, or they are nit devoted to their work are nit there to work and only whant to destroy the doctors rhat loved their work, to save people.
Why cant be a doctor if he doesn't feel pain. Like what?!?! Omg this is crazy... I cant stand anymore the korean bullshit... he saved so many lives and know all the tupid doctors feom that hospital exclude the goid one. Yap, because the good maked them envy becouse of theirs box brains.
starting slowly slowly to dislikes korean dramas... to much toxic behavior ... bullying everywhere misogyny, luck of privacy , of boundary s, emotional immature, the behavior of intimacy at 35 in played like innocence, shy, the females are anorexic and behave like teenagers and men enjoing this... like pedophiles profile... and so much more... not il all k dramas... but starting to notice the patterns and the illusion is dropping... and all that I see als on online is more and more a no.
I loved the ML acting and character and all his team. It was a 9 for me if the romance wasn't part of this but is 6.

A Refreshingly Chaotic and Utterly "High School" Vertical Drama
*MILD spoilers for the ending*I was actually surprised when I saw how low it was rated on MDL, because I had an ABSOLUTE BLAST with this one haha.
— snappy & quick editing -- felt very fresh + upbeat and kept me engaged, NOT impatient
— pretty solid acting -- the actors did a fantastic job with the comedy and were able to still switch over to more raw performances in the more emotionally-weighted scenes
— HILARIOUS -- the chaos and crazy antics had me actually laughing - classic high school boys
— one of the only times inner dialogues enhanced a vertical drama -- the back and forth between all the characters' thoughts while they each spiral into inner chaos made it 10x funnier hahaha PLUS the actor's facial expressions? PURE GOLD.
— I don't know how to explain it, but most high school verticals lean too heavy into "drama" and make the characters feel WAY too mature and serious for actual high school students. These characters, however, felt like actual teenage boys with hilarious misunderstanding, obvious relationship inexperience, and unhinged inner dialogues only boys going through puberty would have. -- it just felt utterly "high school"
— it may be a little thing to some, but the fighting felt fairly realistic -- punches held weight and characters actually had injuries (with decent make-up) afterwards
— sure, the plot was simple, left "unfinished," and a love confession would've been nice, but that honestly didn't bother me much because of the script's quick wit and chaotic playfulness -- I was just in it for a good time and it really paid off
(I would love to see a sequel though!! Turns out I have a soft spot for these flawed yet endearing boys <3 )
Lots of the reviews I saw were criticizing the ending or taking some of the script's satirical choices on comedy. HOWEVER, if you go into it without any expectations and just to have fun, you'll really enjoy it. These characters are hilariously unserious, and this one may be one of the few vertical drama's I could see myself rewatching start-to-finish.

violence against the violent
Bullied students, terrified teachers, gangs, drug dealing, tough guys...Once I learned the series was based on actual events, I got goosebumps and viewed it in a whole new light.
Faced with teachers who are powerless and lack the tools to combat this deterioration, alongside students who feel untouchable, an organization that defends victims rather than protecting the guilty would certainly be welcome.
True, the methods used here are questionable, but the results are immensely satisfying.
The series has sparked debate over its violent methods, yet there is now serious consideration of establishing a service like this to tackle violence and bullying against students and teachers.
In my opinion, the series deserves great credit for revisiting real-life cases, highlighting similar situations in the present, and advocating for future change. I hope to see improvements within the school system.
The cast was absolutely spot-on.

Absolutely loved it
I went into Our Sticky Love with basically no expectations and honestly… I have been completely blown away since episode 1. 🥹❤️I laughed, I cried, I suffered, I got angry.. I felt EVERYTHING. This drama was such an emotional rollercoaster and I genuinely loved every second of it. The two main leads were absolutely amazing and I fell so hard for both of them and their chemistry.🥹😮💨
It had everything I could have asked for: romance, action, humor, emotional moments, and most importantly, a found family that was just PERFECT. 🥹 I genuinely loved every single character and found myself caring so much about all of them.
And the villain storyline?! At some point I was SO angry and frustrated, and by the end I was just sitting there thinking, “Maybe in another life, things could have been different…” 😭 It broke my heart in the best and worst way.
I cried multiple times while watching this. This drama touched me so deeply and the ending was honestly beautiful. ❤️
I really didn’t expect Our Sticky Love to become such a highlight for me, but here we are. Absolutely loved it. One of those dramas that stays with you even after you’ve finished it. 🥹✨

Overall, I really liked this drama. I honestly didn't expect to get THIS attached to it ?
The acting was amazing. Min Thanakorn and Toptap Jarukit were both incredible, and their chemistry was one of my favorite things about the entire series. Their relationship felt intense, complicated and believable, and I could genuinely feel the tension between Sun and Jay in so many scenes.I also really enjoyed the revenge storyline. I liked that the drama wasn't just focused on the romance, but actually gave us a whole story involving revenge, betrayal, the entertainment industry and characters with their own motivations. There were so many moments where I was completely invested and just needed to know what would happen next.
The characters were another strong point for me. Sun's journey was especially interesting to watch, and I loved seeing how much he changed throughout the story. Jay was also such an interesting character because of how calm and calculating he could be, while still having so much going on underneath.
And THE CHEMISTRY. 😭 Seriously. The tension between Sun and Jay was insane. Their scenes together were easily some of my favorite parts of the drama.
The pacing wasn't perfect and there were definitely some things I wish had been explored a little more, but honestly, those things didn't take away from how much I enjoyed watching it.
The production, cinematography and overall atmosphere were also really good. Everything fit the darker revenge storyline really well.
Overall, Payback was one of my favorite Thai BLs I've watched this year. It had a great revenge plot, amazing acting, insane chemistry and characters I actually cared about. I definitely recommend it if you like darker BLs with revenge, drama, complicated relationships and a lot of tension.

The scheming!!
I just completed this drama and I'm happy I give it a fair chance because I enjoyed the politics, the scheming and acting a lot. The way how it was all schemes and it felt like a game they were playing and only one person will be the victor.I also realised after finishing this that this felt like the FL was a graduate who had no work experience and landed her first job not as an entry level but much higher, and though she had the qualification she did not have any actual experience, thats how the first 5-7 episodes felt to me and that's probably why I felt like so much was happening, because she joined a game with veterans, but after she went and got experience, she came back formidable, all that hidden talent without the experience to back it up started fshowing, and she was on top of the scheming game.
The lead FL acting was well done especially in the first few episodes when she was reborn, anyone in their right mind would act like that, and I think it made this a bit different. The ML he did his part well, but I honestly wanted to see more of his fighting, when they first introduced him his fighting scenes were great, but they did not give us a lot of it. Now lets go to our Prime minister, gosh I am impresssed with Daddi Tang, who knew he had it in him, I've only scene him in comedy but he stood out the most to me. The young emperor actor he is going to do big things, he's already so imposing, I look forward to see him even more.
The romance had a lot of yearning and staring into eachother eyes, some kiss scenes but based on this type of drama and the story, it was enough. I feel like they had the first half to hash out everything and formed this unbreakble bond, and then the second half was to focus on whats at hand... I definitely enjoyed the second half a lot more than the first half though.
