Septemberis a month for self-improvement and this is the 3rd drama for adding or reinforcing certains aspects in my life. Stopped at epi.24 after reading some comments and watched the last 5min. of the last epi. Perhaps the writer wanted to say that after making a decision, you should work hard to make it in your direction whatever the wind blows for otherwise it's like being a traitor to yourself.
However,I would like to know if the male homeroom teacher married his junior and also did the girl that was forced to quit schooling have a happier ending? Thank-you in advance.

FL was strong ,kind and too forgiving. She can overlook being thrown into the street after being a savior and double standards where a brother sacrificed own soldiers to make his ½ brother look like a complete idiot in battle. Forgive and forget.

From my understanding of the ML wanting the war between Liang and Wei to continue was because Liang has invaded his country(Yuelio) and made it their territory hence if the war continued, both of these 2 countries will be weakened.That will give a chance for country Y to rise up and regained independence.

Perhaps change speed to slower- 0.5 for some scenes? ( I do that to catch some words at times).FL teacher was 1 of the Yan sisters which both ML and 2ML were searching. FL for now was a village girl.( I don't read novel,)

" Nirvana” in Buddhist terms means a state of enlightenment,end desires and suffering which all Buddhist strive to attain. Tibet is the heart of Tibetan Buddhism. It's also the heart of 8 major rivers of Asia. A river holds the fate of many countries as stated by the Emperor(Chairman Mao) to the ML hence China will never willingly give up Tibet. FL's fate changed when 2ML aligned with Prince Z ( Deng) to get the heart elixir. Deng changed the fate of China when he mixed capitalism to modernize it. For Tibet to have some prospect for freedom is to pray to have another leader like Deng again and to be seen as neutral like Switzerland. Maybe the writer is a Buddhist and his drama is a mass media message to fellow Buddhists. As a Buddhist, I will do my tiny bit to add in my daily prayers to be of some tiny service to Tibetan Buddhism. Thank-you drama .

"World peace," the drama's most recent cue to consider it in a larger framework. Water rights, dam construction, hostilities between two powerful states, buffer nation -Yuelio/Tibet .China annexation of Tibet for it holds 2.5% of global water resource. For world history bluff , the situation FL was in , was like Switerziland in WW2 , between Axis and Allied forces. Another inteesting aspect of the drama is how some people like the writer see their past leaders: Mao.Jiang Qing. ,Zhou and Deng. Enjoyable and intersting drama.

See negative emotions like hatred, as a cripple which is crippling your life. Treat it like imprisoning you which you have to throw away like old shoes;, walk to new experiences and meet new people. SL didn't fully know and understand the husband and bestie for they have weaknesses which overtake them. Her husband grew greedy and selfish when her scripts made him famous so that he thought he came to have both a wife and a mistress. Besties was a damaged child.full of jealous hatred when her career was stagnant while SL grew more famous.(Implied that her childhood was similar to that neighbour's daughter who was neglected and abused when a son was born.Flashback would have helped! Drama felt like director and writer were in different directions.Writer was more for psychological depth while director was for a super heroine fighting baddies!!!) She did choose them by herself and was partly responsible for letting them hurt her; the buck stopped there. Her blurred vision of them made her their easy target. By taking part responsibility she made them regret their actions and released her own pain hence she was free of the past.
“Script-writer should write their HE”. How to do that when SL was surrounded by black liars and white liars or ½ truths?! Adopt a give and take attitude.WG did make her see the hypocrisy and toxicity of the black liars. So if her repayment was in money, give it to her.Same with the new assistant, for he did save her. SL has said”live your true self and I will support you”. Being your true self is also supporting yourself in finding happiness in life.

Don't know if it was deliberate or not, as drama finished airing in September.September is Self-Improvement Month; a time to improve yourself, set new goals, and eliminate the negative things in your life that are holding you back. One of the best investments that you can make in your life is to invest in improving yourself physically, spiritually, and mentally. -a month for self-improvement.(from Google ) Thank- you drama for such a life lesson in letting go completely.

Thanks ,for now I have a rough idea of the plot and ending, so will be skipping!!! For I see script-writer , writing ML as potential son-in-law!!! If he still want such a rotten jerk-its his family business!!! Its not my business anymore for I'm not wasting my time waiting to see every epi.!!!My way of practising “Shun qi zi ran”!!! LOL!!!!

That's why I don't read novels as script writers will change them.Some don't even know theme like TTEOTM from HE to SE when ML had changed to become good but still bad fate!!! Or TPR ,wanna give 2ML the limelight and made ½ of it , was his story!!!. Thanks to my friend who advised me to practice this idiom “ Shun qi zi ran/Que Sera sera” (what will be, will be) when watching adapted dramas!!! Anyway, I get the theme as- “what does it take for her to get back?” ( I always try to get the theme to understand and enjoy the drama). I still may get my dream ending of the ML stayed in his timeline when she get back to hers and will meet LG !!! LOL!!!

The ML is a big -, he was such a jerk for ; 1) hypocrite- demanded she told all her secrets while he kept his ,2) murderer- sacrifriced his soilders to punish and make 2nd prince looked such a fool and 3) spoiler of her reputation- afer using her as anti- poison ,dumped her unconscious in the street !!!What utter callousness!!!He married her and made her princess consort. Big deal! Its his responsibility and the very least he can do. He can't now publicly proclaimed her as a virgin to restore her tarnished reputation, can he ?

I looked thru. his unaired dramas and now waiting for “legend of Ning” another idol drama with Ren Min, who can emote like him unlike WCR. Though she is more beautiful, she is a newbie and don't act well.I don't really blame her for the writing and directing are also to be blame as most of the time we don't feel her thoughts and her feelings thru words(writing problem) and emotions (directing problem).

I concur. It was her first time being FL, therefore she lacked experience improvising for without the writing and the director input she can still made the viewers felt she at sulking stage(its her perogative) yet she still cared for the ML . For instance, she would have smiled harder at Ziyu and smelled his flowers when she glanced sideways and saw ML stalking. Alternatively, when she was pushing ML ,he wobbled she make as though to help him but stop. .

For me, I see it as ZWY wanting to hone his skills , so far he has not done a cute and clinging lover in any of his earlier dramas . (I support anyone wanting to go out of their comfort zone. ) He has played 2 different characters at the same time ; in earlier episodes, he was the weak and genteel scholar type but in front of his family and subordinates he was the strong and decisve leader. In Beizhou, in front of the general ,he was the cunning and scheming Emperor's man and the lovelorn lover in private.

For people like Spring , they were unwavering in fighting the Japanese and willing to die for their country. Their blind faith in KMT as the true party made them killed the communists. Its unfair to be labelled as traitors for they did died for the country.( I glimpsed some mainlanders views from this drama on unitification with Taiwan.Its the best solution as the situation stands. Near yet far away) Its was just that their top echelon s were realists like ZZF, power and money were top priority at the expense of being thought of as traitors/collaborators by the general population..

XRT was the first love and childhood sweetheart of GYZ yet she didn't understand and knew him well. In his darkest hour ,she wavered and pulled a gun to his head. She forgotten that he lobbied hard to be included in that mission and she was the one who persuaded her brother. Hence he can't a traitor to put in himself in that killing range. On the otherhand, Haimo was smarter and got that figured even though she only knew him for a short time. She supported,cared and believed in him from the very beginning. Glad that he realized that in the end ..Behind every sucessful man/spy stands a woman.

Thanks for that info. as was wondering why so many dramas like OE as its used here (Malaysia) to look down on anyone who cannot or do not complete a project or just any work.( My mother would used this idiom often if any chores are ½ done and not completely finished!!!)
