My fave Korean actress ❤️ Hope to see more of her soon! Hopefully, opposite Ji Chang Wook or Hyun Bin ? or…
Anyone can be paired with her, but please not Song Joong Ki (even if I like him as an actor) or Hyun Bin if we don't want her to be bashed by another actresss's fans (you know who I'm referring to).
I guess we can just wait for Baeksang. That award show seems credible to me^^
It's incredibly hard to root for it to be honest, competition is tough and there are a lot of more popular shows. So unless you got high ratings like CLOY or DOTS or Mr Sunshine, I'm not sure if we would get anything at all. It's so sad as a MCW fan but I am accepting it already. I'm actually expecting the leading lady from the other popular show in the recent few months to get all the awards that I want MCW to get. I still have faint hope that LJG will get at least nominated somewhere, and I just hope that MCW fans would not bring it against him if he's nominated and she's not.
Everybody seems to love this show so much and i really wanna get into it because i love LJG but i've tried to…
the romance is really great, please try again. It's an interesting story. The leads have great chemistry (for me they surpass every other couple in kdramas chemistry),
I looooooved this show!!!! Can anyone suggest dramas as good as this? or almost as good? I've watched a few dramas…
If you want to see more Moon Chae Won acting, here are some suggestions: 1. Princess Man (2011) - this is a sageuk, but this has a lot of good reviews (not like DOTS good reviews, the story is really good). Romeo and Juliet love story but with of course some additional twists. If you want to see Moon Chae Won's outstanding acting, this is the drama you should see first (since some people who watched Innocent Man think MCW is not as outstanding there as Song Joong Ki) . She and the male lead here also have great chemistry, just like this one. 2. Innocent Man (2012) - most MCW fans would suggest this one. It's a melodrama and this stars Song Joong Ki (of DOTS). You'll get a newfound appreciation on him. I am not one of their shippers, but MCW and SJK also have great chemistry here, that many people shipped them when their drama came out in 2012. 3. Painter of the Wind (2008) - also a sageuk, might not be for everyone. MCW is only a supporting character but her role is interesting, she's a gisaeng (female entertaine) who falls in love with a woman pretending to be a man. They even won best couple award. Also this drama gave the lead actress a Daesang (highest award) at 21 years old (this rarely happens if ever). 4. Good Doctor (2013), War of the Arrows (2011 movie) - haven't seen both, but both are still great to try at least. Good Doctor even had a remake in the US while War of the Arrows is the highest grossing movie in Korea in 2011 (this movie gave MCW lots of awards). For Lee Joon Gi: I've only seen Iljimae clips (but his performance there is really good), you might want to try watching clips from youtube first. The other works of him often suggested are: Moon Lovers, Lawless Lawyer, King and the Clown, Two Weeks, and Arang and the Magistrate.
This show is badly robbed at APAN. It's so freaking unfair. As a Moon Chae Won fan, I'm not expecting her to win anyway (because I noticed that the shows that got hallyu recorgnition are the ones most awarded). But I'm really surprised Lee Joon Gi wasn't even nominated at APAN. Please, I really need them to win their awards. And I also want them to win best couple, as this is Chae Won's best chemistry of all her costars (and her chemistry with other costars are also good, considering she and some of her other costars won best couple).
But i cannot find any male actor at her age that is at her level. She is a very capable actress, every time she…
I just want her to pair with Lee Tae Ri (they really had good chemistry in Moon Embracing the Sun and especially their 2010 underrated drama Grudge the Revolt of Gumiho)
There is no need to make her and Kim So Hyun rivals, both are capable great actresses. I just wish the two of them (along with Nam Ji Hyun, Seo Shin, Shim Eun Kyung, and other former kid actors) will get way more good roles and popularity than kpop idols trying to act. They are really great actresses, they are my faves in their generation just like how Moon Chae Won and Moon Geun Young are my faves for theirs.
Almost everyone in this drama has my utter respect. It's not easy to make a sageuk that is 81 episodes long and is not pre-produced, yet they manage to succeed in making this one.
This drama introduced me to many of my favorites from Song Il Gook, Han Hye Jin, Song Ji Hyo, Jung Ho Bin, and Bae Soo Bin. Also a special mention to Oh Yun Soo, Jeon Kwang Ryul, Kyeon Mi Ri, Kim Seung Soo, Won Ki Joon, and Heo Jun Ho. The rest of the cast also did well. This historical drama is among the best Korea ever had.
I loved him in Ho Goo's love which I watched while it airedPark So Dam his co star in Parasite was also great…
you are so right. Korean entertainment is so unfair for the ladies. That's why I actually stan more actresses than actors. A lot of my favorite male actors are actually seniors (45 and up).
