this is not a perfect movie but this one just resonated with me damn much...that i feel like i want to cry right now (help, i'm still at the restaurant)
The webtoon is different, this was changed, and it became better, a masterpiece.
Indeed, some cannot view this drama without their initial understanding of what was in the webtoon (where the characters seemed to be more textbook definition of red and green flag). The drama creators took a different turn from the webtoon and did an otherwise sensible show.
Genuinely not a bad drama but rather good with sensitivity — I haven't read the webtoon but it would help everyone to know that the producers / writers of this drama added additional layers to make the characters flawed and real. To understand / appreciate this drama, you need to stop boxing each characters into green or red flag.
Each characters are flawed, but they're all growing (of course except that shithead which is Nabi's ex).
Most likely to find your roots and where you came from
Joining to the discussion — I think people who grew up still do it because they feel something is missing with their life, and second because child birth is a serious matter. You can't have your child adopted without having a feeling that someday it will not come back to find you — it's just such large and complicated matter.
If people who put their to adoption, I guess they should leave a note giving a reason for adoption or something that at least will give closure to the person.
Also most of the time they were put to adoption because of hardship / pressure, so I guess it's not a bad thing that they still get reunited years later.
I don't think it is selfish of the kids to search for their original parents years later.
Why is Yeon Woo Jin is so cute and hot here. I wasn’t quite impressed by him in either Thirty Nine or Daily…
You should also watch him in Marriage, Not Dating tho his character is the classic jackass fro the start (but to be fair, he was hilarious from time to time on that role and the writing was actually good — so I think you might like it!)
Hmmm...I kinda enjoyed this episode, but I'll be keeping my opinion regards the another *dark* subplot until episode…
Yeong-bok and her husband tho was indeed main highlight and I truly truly feel bad for the both of them. The scene that night when she was waiting for his husband to come home, then him taking care of their children to saying sorry to her and saying he only wanted to be a good husband broke my heart. Sigh, the show doesn't need to be dark pls.

I also felt a bit sad for Geum Hui...her decision not to have children is not bad, but sometimes time gives you a different perspective on things and you start to long for something / and regret some decisions you did.
Hmmm...I kinda enjoyed this episode, but I'll be keeping my opinion regards the another *dark* subplot until episode 9.
Anyway, I really enjoyed Do-hyeon and Jeong-suk's teamwork this episode — also, Do-hyeon is just so good with words. On the other hand, Jeong-suk is so goal-driven and detail-oriented whether in her work or this case, I adore her.
I had a small giggle while watching Do-hyeon checking out himself LOL after Jeong-suk described his features.
I love the friendship of our best ladies and I hope things will not become dark. The friendship and real life issues are already enough for me.
