Wow so Cha Seung-won is paired with Lee Jung-eun? What about Uhm Jung-hwa then? So manh questions already in my mind and am eagerly waiting for that star studded drama to air.
Wow 😳 As a person who isn't into BDSM or haven't watched or read Fifty Shades (perhaps there are more people like me) this movie opened up a Pandora's box for me. I had just a vague idea of what BDSM is and wasn't actually interested in knowing what it is since I think I am an "asexual-ish" person (heteroromantic). I never imagined that I'd ever see a Girl's Generation Idol doing such a movie. But wow Seohyun has improved her acting so much. And kudos to the team behind this movie and Netflix for making a movie on such taboo topic that too without any explicit scenes or nudity which makes it even better. Overall a really good watch.
The lineup looks promising but what is the use if they don't make their content available internationally with…
I think they should perhaps collaborate with any international OTT service like Viki, iQIYI, Disney+, Netflix or Amazon Prime. Netflix and Viki already carry so many Kdramas where they have no influence over the creative aspects of the dramas and those dramas air on regular TV channels in Korea.
I liked it and it's not bad but could've been so so better had they showed the romance in the initial if they at all wanted the romance which I feel should not be written in scripts for such dramas. Like they could've made this so much better by focusing more on the Survival and Disease part besides the length of the show could've been reduced too 12 Eps were rather unnecessary. They had fillers in between which felt a bit draggy. TBH I just watched it cuz of Park Hyung-sik, Han Hyo-joo and especially Jo Woo-jin who seriously nailed his role.
This is an enjoyable drama. I like slow dramas so I didn't have any problem in that regard just that Seon-gyeom's Dad made me so angry. Siwan did a great job and this drama actually changed my opinion about Shin Se-kyung. It's not that I don't like her but she can't act (I mean I used to think that). She has definitely improved a lot... although she still appears quite stiff but still. I was more invested in the SML and SFL story. Tae-oh and Sooyoung had such an amazing chemistry and I was satisfied at how their story ended. I have to say that show is quite realistic. Also one thing that should be highlighted is that they have LGBTQ+ characters too which aren't used for comic relief by stereotyping them rather they're important part of the show which is commendable since Asian Dramas and society over-all misrepresent or mock cuz majority in Asia are narrow minded.
Hoping for it to air on tvN or jtbc since then it can get more dark and perhaps not fear about the Content Rating which is an issue with Public Broadcasters like MBC, SBS and especially KBS. Wish if it airs on OCN but then I think CJ is streamlining its business by making tvN only channel for dramas while keeping OCN solely for movies perhaps cuz more people are watching content on Streaming Services nowadays.
I feel that PPL or PPC isn't a problem unless it's shoved through my throat at every other minute. Like sometimes that's the problem when the Production Company of a Drama is owned by a FMCG or Chaebol. Like with Studio Dragon they are owned by CJ and CJ owns every food or cafe brand and then they'll show their own Instant Coffee or Fast Food Restaurant how they did in Goblin where except Subway and Cosmetic Brands, it was all CJ brands. Or how Samsung is just literally everywhere whether the phones they use or the Refrigerator in their house. Chinese shows go even further like in JoL they had "999 Pharmacy" in Mediaeval Times of a Future Era (small spoiler, would be understood only if you've watched the show).
Okay a couple of questions... Do I have to watch the S1 first to watch this? (I dropped that years ago idk why? Also can I watch this solely for Kim Min-jae? I don't really like Ahn Hyo-seop (No Offence).

I thought so when I started watching Run-on that how much she resembles Hye-young.
