Okay so watched till Ep 5 but idk the plot is unnecessarily complex I mean something just doesn't make any sense or logic. There are too many suspicious characters with weird antiques who to me are so frustrating like that Scum's psycho sister or the whole mystery of ML's sister and her disappearance. Then the mentally ill Mother of ML who idk why isn't at some asylum looking at the state of her mental condition. Oh, and there's Officer Ji too who also seems psycho and I think he is the child who sent that letter to ML after his sister's disappearance. The entire neighborhood is weird too and idk why that stalker thing even became this important for the plotline. It could've been ended by FL simply calling the Police but the writer wanted to add all the genres in the drama.
I'm tbh just watching for the sake of the ML-FL and their chemistry.
How's this? I added this to my PTW List months ago but then this month I got burdened under too much work that I haven't been able to catch-up with Dramas. I wanna watch this cuz of Yeo Jin-goo but would like to know about it's going on until now.
Sorry but how? He in the end was shown going somewhere with his bag after that fight with his henchmen who betrayed him. There wasn't even a hint that MJ and Mr. Gu ended up together unless I got it wrong?
"Okay I got late to the party". I was busy over the weekend couldn't watch any of the drama but I completed this one last night and I have mixed feelings now. It's more or less bittersweet for me. Even though this show didn't keep on the corner of my couch cuz it didn't have a lotta going on in each episode (I hope y'all get what I'm trying to say here) but anyway I nonetheless enjoyed that slow development but in the end it didn't move a lot far from where it started? I mean except that they learnt how and why they got in the situations that they are in right now, that too is based on their self-propagated theory. As a viewer I understood that it all ends when you cope and accept your reality but still why the hell exactly did the whole Liberation thing was highlighted is beyond me? And don't get me started with that ending 😑 It felt so rushed and I had to rewatch the last 10-15 minutes cuz I didn't get what exactly happened there? Tbh I thought there's one more ep to go but in the end it faltered IMO.
I even ended up lowering the rating from 9.5 to 8 stars.
And idk why people even think of comparing this with a gem that was My Mister? This show is nowhere near that masterpiece cuz in the end there, the characters actually had an outcome which made them grow in every aspect, their perception of looking at things changed, they somehow got things together and at least got near to be a better person unlike here where no character actually had any considerable development.
In the end I've decided NOT to Watch an On-air Drama anymore! Be it 2521 or BP or this I always end up unsatisfied with the ending.
