I dont know the point of htat injury and I sincerely dont know where the show is heading. Its not a full love story and its not a full sports story too. Only 3 episodes left so not unless they really designed it to have a season 2, it looks like everything will be rushed in the next episodes.
They had one practive match and theyre heading to playoffs? Really? Are there no qualifying matches?
And oh, marking River as a Main Character is just so wrong, all his scenes so far could have been shot in a day.
First. Cinematography is excellent. Good production design too.
Second. Acting is top notch. I expect nothing less from the Dyosa Anne. Joushua is really good too.
Third. Considering they mentioned Matmat as 35 years old, that means Joshua and Anne are both playing characters in their early 30s since they are kababata. There is a little bit of mismatch. For now it is ok, but Im not sure it will translate later when they are all lovey-dovey. Joshua looks too young to be a 30something. The character fits Anne perfectly but not as 30 something. Seperately, it may be believable, but when you put them together side by side, ,its kinda distracting. If they wanted Anne for the role they should have casted the male lead someone near her age. Or if they really wanted Joshua, they should have paired him with a younger actress.
I cant get over the fact that TaecYeon is so good looking in this drama. The maturity fits him so well. He isnt my fave from 2PM but damn, i cant keep my eyes away now
But that too was not completed .. I mean it shown upto the breakup scene of Chi cheng and Yue yue .. but what…
OMG i think you are right, Im sorry I forgot that show was unfinished too. I barely remember that series because I watched it about 7 or8 years ago right after i saw Addicted, and just just because it was adapted fron the same author. The production value and the humor of that one is so low so it didnt really register. When i started watching Revenge Love and found out its an adaptation from the same author that was when i was reminded that they have made it before.
To be perfectly honest, i will not be surprised if we dont see the rest of the episodes anymore. I will be devastated, but this has happened before.
If the shit really hit the fan, i do hope they can sell the rest of what they already have to some streamer. We need closure.
By the way, im not sure if people are aware that there is an adaptation of the same novel 10 years ago titled CounterAttack or Falling in Love with a Rival. It isnt as well made as Revenge Love but if you need closure and want to see how the story goes you can watch that.
wowww, im glad to find out thatpeople are still watching some of these classics especially now that we are oversaturated with BL contents. Looking back at it, although i didnt quite enjoy the messaging of the show back then, i would consider this now as a gold compared to all the trash that has come out in the last few years.
No entendiste nada. Tú querías un drama/película de zombies sin ninguna profundidad. Sólo quieres acción/sangre/violencia/agresividad,…
i respect your opinion and im glad you find the time to comment in my review even if this was posted more than 3 years ago.
its not that i wanted an american-style zobie drama - no, what i meant to say is even if the story isnt good at all, i would have liked it if it at least has common sense and a lot of gore. A lot of this defied common sense.
I am glad though, becuase this show has introduced me to Lomon and OMG i am inlove
10 min episode where they start with 1 minute song intro and a one minute recap an then a minute and a half outro. Slow pacing and progress with really awkward acting. The 2,000 year flashbacks shows Pak in the same colored hair-style. Story could have been unique and intriquing but executed poorly.
Could some one put Pak in a better series? I thought when he appeared in Eclipse that he finally made it inside a big studio and will finally get good projects.
