Ep 28 - you're going to love it!

From SHZ's brilliant trap to trick the villain mastermind to the really sweet conclusion of HaoDe's and SHZ's romance, plus the expected chaotic start of Le Shan's story with Yang Xian. Poor guy, he has no idea of what he got himself into. Le Shan can give as good as she gets!

Le shan looked gorgeous and her floral headgear was really pretty.

I wish Qiao Du had reformed, he did seem like a good match for Qiongnu...oh well...

Ep 27 - it may seem that SHZ caved in so quickly but it did take a few months of Hao De's aloofness that finally make him go to the sons-in-law alliance for help...lol. I wished they showed the guys discussing and giving advice to SHZ (I miss Chai An especially!).

Love the mutual confession by SHZ and Hao De - they are really a perfect match! Both too honest and upright to do the usual schemings like the other couples.

This show just does not let us rest! From blissful moments to stressful situations - that's when the scheming is the most fun, watching the Li women and husbands gang up to trick the villains!

Now onto ep 28 where I hope we can watch the resolution of the current case, and we can go back to some sweetness between the 4th couple, and the start of the 5th daughter's story.

Agree, I remarked early on then the novel writer obviously focused on the romance and human relationships, and did not spend time on details otherwise.

Urgh, I was really hoping Ji Yun would stay strong and not bow down to the pressure of that chairman but seeing how she is, it is not surprising for her to make that decision.
Now all I want to see is the evil CEO being taken down. Nothing will happen to the Chairman of course but no matter, as long as that vile woman is being properly punished!

I think this is where the bad writing rears its ugly head - the doctor was trying to convince Luo Zhan that Lizan has shown that he was ready to tackle the trauma of his PTSD with the video of LiZan being able to play the war games. I was shocked that she just accepted that as evidence that he was ready to go back to a war zone.

I think so too. Like the doctor said, facing the trauma headon could either end very badly or well. I am afraid that for melodrama sake, the show will make Lizan completely break down.

Ep 10 was so uplifting in every way - the romance between both couples, the familial relationships with the children and the competition with the evil rival company. Even though there was more drama towards the end, it was used to spotlight how the ML was the FL's solid ground.

Great writing about matured characters who are actually reasonable and even the use of typical tropes unfolded nicely.

Now I want to learn how to prepare the drinks like Gyurim-shi ;D

He obviously does not want to burden her. Even when he was applying to go back to the East country, he didn't want to tell her until it was confirmed. Like he told Luo Zhan, why make her suffer along with him if he did not pass the volunteer test...
I think she will find out when the ticking timebomb in him explodes...when he has no choice but to reveal it all

I think we will have at least see a happy reunion like we did at the end of the SH’s and DYX’s story

Having watched the Korean version, now I want the Thai version to do a different adaptation where the ML hurts less. 😥

Oh yes, they were very enjoyable but I did find myself wanting to see Chai An and Kang Ning pop up for a quick bro-in-law or sister intervention 😊

Perhaps - that or he will die because he let his emotions take over, and the FL will use Ling Xiao which is a piece of him to bring him back...All the possibilities...

Perfect comparison - the mixing is done so well! My favorite is still Chai An, so I hope he and Kang Ning will show up soon. These past episodes featured DYX more.

Never fails - when one husband causes trouble with his wife, then at least one of the other son-in-laws is kicked out of the bedroom by his wife lol...this time, it's DYX's turn

Not sure, but I have a feeling she will end up waiting. It's a Xianxia so age never matters :)

I like the writing and the pacing of this show -mixing the beginning of one sister's story with the end of another....the show has been non-stop entertaining.

We never know with Xianxia dramas....just have to enjoy the process and hope for the best...

Majority of the xianxias have SEs or open ones because the screenwriters want the angst but don't know how to resolve the plot holes 😂.
I am willing to forget plotholes for a HE... LOL
