Does anyone know meaning of the last scene? The scene where past life Jang Shin Yu had the spell book in his hand.
It just showed that Jang MuJin successfully protected Aeng Cho's spell book, that the royals didn't manage to get hold of it. To further protect it, he built a shrine and buried it where Hong Jo found it, and made his descendants guard the shrine.
I dropped this when they started being together because I just couldn't stand Dilraba's acting style. She used the same style she had during Ten Miles of Peach Blossom. While that suited her character in the latter, I didn't find it cute for this drama's character. And it didn't help that after their characters here became a couple, the story delved deeply into their relationship that it lost other interesting layers. It felt like there's nothing more to watch or to learn.
As for Yangyang, he acts like how he did in Love O2O so yeah, there's nothing new to it.
I love these actors and I remember being so excited for this project in 2021 but it just failed my expectations.
I loved it from start to finish :D The perfect love story... though the first episodes weren't very realistic.…
It would be a lot weirder if he knew that she's been crushing on him.
What I like about DJX is he's not the pervy type of guy, and values his time and thus devotes it to studying and earning money to support himself. He dotes on his friend's younger sister because of the circumstance, that he was her pseudo brother and her tutor for sometime. And that's about it. He just continues to live his life. Imagine how weird it would be if he knew all along that she likes him romantically and still sends her gifts as rewards for studying well. It would feel like he's reciprocating the feelings of a minor. He'd be a total creep.
The best thing about this show is that everyone fits their role. The leads look natural, like they're really who they are portraying. The OSTs slapped too! I will always remember this as that C-drama that made me want to watch C-dramas again. Thank you for creating this wonderful show.
hello, can anyone spoil me on the ending? Does it have a happy ending? Did the main couple end up together? also,…
Yes, it has a happy ending and the main couple ended up together. You might be turned off though at how they portrayed their relationship at the last episode too realistic of any couple. It was a 180 with the rest of the episodes but cute nonetheless. The love triangle wasn't heavy. It's bearable.
I don't know how I managed to finish all this in one weekend when I'm already so busy as it is!
Thank you, Kiss Sixth Sense. It's been a while since the last time I binge-watched a kdrama because of how whipped I am for it.
The execution was great. It's rare for me to enjoy a pure office rom com but this was one managed to change that for me. The leads also had good chemistry and while I'm tired of the childhood connection trope, the one shown in the drama actually made sense.
The last part of the finale ep, while a complete 180 to the rest of the prior episodes, was a breath of fresh air. We don't often get the realities of being in a serious and long term relationship, so thank you for that bit.
I voiced my opinion few times that I thought Song Ha Yoon was the best actor in this series, but I also started…
PMY has been in several hit dramas before she chose to get stuck with office rom coms. The genres of her previous projects were diverse that's why people she can deliver the same acting in different style and people wouldn't notice but her streak with office rom coms made viewers realize that her acting style has been the same. And that's why she has gotten hate this recent years, aside of course with regard to the guy she dated in 2022 who happened to have defrauded a lot of people.
Because he deserves to live his life? He also deserves to move forward? This was after he even presented himself…
Not trying to argue with you, allow me to just share that your take was already presented in the drama.
That for at least 5 years, DoHa felt like he didn't deserve to live or be happy. He avoided getting entangled with new people like he has severe allergies to humans. Not until he met Solhee. They say, there will always be an exception, and in DoHa's case, that was Solhee. She allowed him to accept his past wholeheartedly and learn to move forward.
But remember, things didn't go that fast. The falling in love phase took a while. He had to process a lot of things in his head to come out of the dark He basically needed a friend while reopening his wounds to heal and coincidentall, to also solve the mystery behind his ex's death, and thankfully he had Solhee.
I actually resonated with her though. Having grown up with that kind of background may have contributed to her low self-esteem and less regard to self (which annoyingly makes her a damsed in distress). With that kind of ending, I'm happy though that she'd get to live the rest of her life secure and no longer alone.
I don't know why he left singing for acting i didn't finish like 3 of his dramas sorry for his fans am also fan…
If you've been diagnosed with slipped disc early on in your career and was instead told by the company to suck it up and continue performing, then one day you'd find yourself hating your whole being for no longer being able to perform like how you're supposed to. Rowoon was one of the top dancers even back in their trainee days. He's always loved performing. Imagine having to leave that all behind just because you have a bad back. Pursuing acting surely wasn't just his sole reason. He simply just couldn't dance without being terribly in pain.
Question: if he really believed that it was his fault then how is he able to stay with her even though he feels…
Because he deserves to live his life? He also deserves to move forward? This was after he even presented himself to the police that he's guilty for killing his ex-gf but they let him go because things didn't add up. So imagine the emotional and mental turmoil. After all of that, since the authorities themselves said he's not guilty then he should at least live and follow his heart.
i've always loved shin hyesun's work but this time round her acting seemed way unnatural. wonder if she found…
I am proud of where Shin Hye Sun is at now, career-wise but having seen almost all of her projects, I was a bit disappointed at how she portrayed Samdal. It was very reminiscent of her previous characters in Oh My Ghost and Thirty But Seventeen. I can see a bit of her too from Mr. Queen. Perhaps the characters were just so closely defined? Anyways, Ji Chang Wook used a similar acting style too with his character for Lovestruck in the City so I guess, it's a tie?
To further protect it, he built a shrine and buried it where Hong Jo found it, and made his descendants guard the shrine.
