I have been commenting about this and put my theory in spoiler thread in the discussion post above. That Husui…
Is Luo Luo referring to the Immortal Princess maybe? The sister of the Immortal ML? ( I may be confused, there are soooo many prominent characters in the support cast that names are really hard for me to place)
I'm sad that Greedy Assassin shard didn't get as much character development time as Fiery did, but maybe they…
The writers and actors are doing such a great job, so far there hasn't been any draggy bits and the plot is booking it in warp speed...when I saw 40 ep I was a little worried about it, but honestly this one could go to 45 and I think there'd be enough material. Really enjoying the ride even though we're already at the half way point.
I'm super curious how Ye Tan is going to explain Fiery to Assassin and vice versa...is she going to take them meet each other or stash them in separate locations?? Wouldn't that make it harder to keep both of them safe?
I am curious what soul shard are you guys liking more, so far, heartless or fiery?
I liked Fiery the most, he was so pure and innocent. Assassin had his good moments, but we didn't spend as much time with his development in my opinion...he went from greedy and closed off to suddenly goofy and missing her in like a day?
Second shard arc is done.. i wonder how they’re going to handle those 2nd prince voidwalkers in today’s episodes
I'm sad that Greedy Assassin shard didn't get as much character development time as Fiery did, but maybe they need to leave more space for the third shard, perhaps he'll be the most difficult?
Yeah, me too, I never connected ALP. It just another high quality (BUT boring) drama. Anyways, it's not Tencent…
I hope that they will do a flashback/summary, that will make it easier. I feel bad about not connecting with ALP cause soooo many people praised it and it looked good in the clips but every time I tried I just could not get attached to the character we were supposed to be rooting for. :/ idk why.

Everyone complaining about editing, it was super minor pauses and glitched for like 5-15 seconds, I guess I'm more used to it since I watch a LOT of online content, so if something has a weird pause for an ad or a sudden jump from one scene to another it's a little jarring but its not the end of the universe...it's not like it happens every single scene.

I mean as much as I understand from a human point of view her learning he murdered someone is horrifying, but from his point of view it is literally what he is sent to do on Earth every 99 years. He up (until she stopped the voices) had zero choice on the matter...he either committed the murders or was in unimaginable agony and torment that would only stop if the bad guy died. He's the god of death that the higher level god controls and forces to kill on his behalf, it's not exactly like he can refuse the order?
I haven't paid enough attention though, ever since Kokdu has escaped the agony...he has wanted to kill and he has punished/injured bad guys...but has he actually killed anyone directly since then or has he started using the human justice system to try and bring down the bad guys who deserve it?
I think Kokdu stopped killing as soon as that was an option, not because he cares about a little justified murder (yet) but because he's slowly starting to change and want to find other ways to get justice instead of just going for throat.
I wonder if this last mission time on earth is to turn him back into a humane human? Even though that doesn't guarantee him the happy ever after, even though he's not guaranteed to get justice, even though he'll still die in a month, even though there's no hope for him to be rewarded...to have him make the decision to still do good anyway?
episode 9 both broke my heart and made me laugh a ton. FL under hypnosis was so sad and touching, the writers did an amazing job with creating that dialogue.
I love how despite the heavy overall topic of the drama, they take time to create a lot of humor to break things up and give us breathing room in between the inevitable endgame for this drama. I think too many of us got used to HE and I don't feel like this one can really give us that. Of course we want it, but we know ML is on a deadline....
So... a young woman can become a top model AND fashion designer at the same time... but also she can infiltrate…
yeah, how can a well known person disguise their face well enough for no one to notice, also why on earth would you want to give that up? The best revenge is living your own life happily.
I rewatched this and still find Zhang Yue Nan as Li Fu Zhu/heavenly girl adorable, I cried on ep 8 and had to…
Her acting was phenomenal. The script itself was sh*t but she did a fantastic job and basically pulled the entire thing along to make it watchable, without her making it work so hard, I would have dumped it at the halfway point.
The ending is a mess that tries to make up for everything being ruined in the book world. It's supposed to be a happy ending but honestly doesn't really work that way, or at least it didn't to me.
This is cute and silly right up until it's not and the last few episodes basically destroy all the joy out of the series. The sole purpose is to reinforce the idea that the past was awful and only the present is good but also at the same time you need to study the past? It's a mess of propaganda and takes the fun out of it being for entertainment purposes. If I wanted a documentary about the good and bad of the past, I'd watch that...I came to watch a drama about a girl who travels into a comic book and maybe finds true love and this in the end fails to deliver that.
I just don't understand why there isn't more online information about Jin Xian Zheng other than his age and name and the Seasons of Don't Spoil Me that he's starred in, it's like he just popped up out of nowhere. What acting school did he study at? Is this really his first project or did he perform on stage before? He's just so natural at it that its hard to believe he's never been a pro before.
Fan Wei pulled off twin villain roles amazingly in My Uncanny Destiny, one was conniving and power hunger who went slowly off the deep end to her own detriment when things didn't go her way and the other one was just pure crazy super smart but EVIL from head to toe. Fan Wei really poured her heart into this performance!! She's someone to watch, I expect to see more great roles from her in the future!

Just my random thoughts.
