I really liked the acting and the atmosphere of the series. Plot wise it was also quite good, even though there seem to be a lot of things that haven't been revealed yet.
It is generally a slow paced series, so have that in mind.
My huge problem is that it is frustrating to watch it on Youku. It is one of those series that you can appreciate best, if you watch it in HD due to the visual aspects that the series can offer. I am pretty sure that Youku's 720p resolution is definitely not 720p. It hurt my eyes.

I have put it on my on hold list now, but yeah it did. At least until episode 3 English subs where available the moment the episode got released.

I love how I still check the page of this series, even though it's been many years and the possibility for it to air gets lower every day.

The scene between Si Won and his mother was so emotional. I started shedding tears and I was like ''why are you even crying?''. It had an emotional impact on me that I didn't know it was there, until I started crying.

Great description of how the directing managed to show so many things about the events that were happening or were about to happen.

I thought it was in my imagination that some scenes were dubbed. To tell the truth, I only noticed it in the first episode, but I thought I was just seeing things.

The political subject is a huge conversation that I don't want to open. As far as I am concerned, if the series is good, I will watch it and Being a hero is good.

It takes a while sometimes. All edits are being checked by the admins and most of the times they are quite a lot a day, so it is natural to be late.
Most of the times they send a message, if the edit is rejected or add contribution points, if the edit is accepted.

The updates are mostly done from people using the site. In other words you can edit the page yourself, if there is anything like this happening in the future. Admins check all edits before they appear on the page, so it is natural to take a while.

Was there ever an official confirmation about this adaptation? I only heard that that there were rumours.

This will need some great CGI to work and the only heavy on CGI series of netflix I can think of is Sweet Home, so it better be much better than that...

I don't know, but I don't think this will be a BL. Most probably there will be a same sex relationship in the series that won't be the main focus like it happened with another recent series of VIU.

I like the cast, but I am having 0 expectations for this one. The previous VIU original was a disaster and this one seems to have similar characteristics to that one...

And who knows when the second part will air. At least, I hope that the last two eps will be eventful and the second part will be more exciting to watch.

The series is dragging in the last few eps. I doubt this will have a satisfying ending, since there is also the part 2. I just feel like it doesn't need that many eps as a whole.
