In the novel, the 3rd CP: the guy loves her, willing to let her drink his blood to survive. She already has someone she loves, and she’s doing everything to resurrect him. She is then used by ML to force 3rdML to work for him, that’s why he betrayed his household. And then she fought with YXW, got injured and die. But 3rdML got a part of her soul, so he nurtured it back, originally she’s just a fox, however, given time, she will turn into human again. But she doesn’t remember anything, he loves her, but from the beginning she only loves her old flame, though YXW believes she also loves him, she just wouldn’t admit to it. It’s a pitiful ending for them, as in YSW’s words: the fox loves him but more of a pet owner relationship and at this moment, the pet is more of a not knowing, not understanding the world kinda stage of development. Later on, would it like to stay with him? Would it love him the way he loves it?

I’m pretty happy to see the crucial scenes to the plot line, however, I feel TTJ is not cold enough! The book described him as stone cold, but LYX acts pretty soft in these trailer (could be they want to not follow the usual cold evil ML? Lol). Also not sure about the OST, it’s decent but not catchy like 10 miles, or Zhao Yao (the legends). But pretty happy to see the storyline is there! I’m ready for the angst 🤣🤣🤣🤣 bring it on 🤣🤣🤣

Wow, so many characters, and all with stunning costumes! Apart from the little girl at the end, which I’m guessing is their kid, I can’t figure out what each of character is!
It’s a yes and no. He kinda have feelings but he has a wife, and he stands by his wife, plus war, and what’s not, so he never acted on it. The only time he did, was when he went and rescue her instead of just go back. And the future him, her blood sworn brother, he likes her, but he understand her heart, so he just stands back and watch her, again, nothing out of the boundary. This is in the book, not sure how they will do it in the drama, most likely increase the romance between him and SFL

Uhm, I might have missed it. Though when he was half blind, it was only for a day, and the wound is still bleeding, I would think they would cover it up with some cloth? And not CGI/contact lenses lol!

I’m lowering my expectation lol. I had high hope for one and forever, and was kinda disappointed with how they changed the drama character that even until now, I haven’t managed to finish it lol. rewatching the trailer a few time, im a bit scare! MY cried when saying i never loved you! no he shouldn't be crying! he should be stone, hard A dude! unless they cut it to the second time she asked him (?), i only remember the first time though. either way, that tear worried me! and that plot line better be so brutal, that it push SJ to the point of no return (BL's makeup as evil SJ is just stunning!). and somehow there is no sneak peek of the time when he was half blind! better have that plot! i saw she has purple left eye, which is good, but they need to keep that plot! because its the first time ML learns and slightly put his guard down with her! and it's the first time we see the extend to which she would go for him! Then the plot about how depressed she is due to her being blind! Gotta hit those nails in, guys! Once they got the first part done brutally, I’m fine with whatever changes they make for the second part lol!
