I'm on ep16 and gotta say this is the first time that I'm seeing a Lucy's drama and I'm begging pleaaaaase let it stop. 8.3 score for this drama is tooo much.
cui shi jiu is not a good person. she must be punished for all the crimes she herself has committed(even if we don't consider the crimes of her family), BUT I know for sure because she is a woman who is fighting against the patriarchy of that era she is gonna have a happy ending. THIS pisses me off.

when you see a drama like king the land score above 8 in mdl(which should be below 5 in my opinion) it doesn't make sense for this drama to be below 8

is it feminist drama? in the middle of drama the girl says no I need no man?

why this drama doesn't have a romance tag? the romance of this drama is waaay better than most of the kdramas and cdramas these days, especially when romance dramas have become tooooo cringy

I feel like the summary is a spoiler on it's own

the good and interesting part is that the main villain of the drama (which in my opinion is Mu Haijiang, father of Mu Yao) died before the drama even started, this is the first time I've seen something like this, and he died very bad, he watched his entire family getting killed and he himself got killed by his own daughter, it was satisfying.
the bad part was that the sibling relationship between mu Yao and ziqi was not good enough, I saw in the entire drama the affection ziqi had for MY but I saw almost nothing in return, I know she did help him but 32 eps I saw ziqi constantly being worried and caring for her.
I didn't see even near something like this from her

the drama was so good and there are too many good things too say about it, but I'm gonna say one good point and one bad point

I'm on episode 30, gotta say I'm tired of idiot FMLs in Chinese dramas and MLs saying oh no everything is my fault when it's not, (spoiler) the whole break up thing was idiotic. so he sent you away for yourself to be safe, in your opinion it wasn't a good idea, fine but breaking up with him and getting engaged right after that? what kind of plot is this??

I'm on episode 14, women in this drama(except SQ) are really scary. I can only imagine how the ratings would be IF the roles were reversed. a man who despite being in a relationship for years doesn't want to get married? and now after four years of being apart when they finally get back together doesn't want to admit being in a relationship, just wants a friends with benefits kinda relationship:)
I know this maybe a shock to some women but as much as you value your life and mental health, men do too. what men mostly want is a peace of mind and respect, he should've forgot about her long time ago, but as some character said: men do stupid things for love

the victims family doesn't know, daon knows.he knows she is a demon_ he knows she is a judge and the 3rd most powerful creature on hell_ he knows she has a special mission straight from hell. knowing all these and he is still arguing with her about moral code.
But even so at the end do have a point about the real world scenario, they would feel disappointed, yes.

it's like a fact, a fact is rejected when you give one counterexample. so tell me, do you think will there be one victim, just one, who wouldn't want his/her murderer to get punished (exactly like what I explained earlier)?

what are you talking about?? what victim could possibly not be satisfied when they know that their murderer felt THE exact same pain they did, the exact same fear they did and were killed and went straight to the depths of hell, no it's not that I don't get to decide something, it's common sense

a demon came to earth for a especial mission and is going around killing criminals not just any criminals but the murderers, it's not hard to guess what the mission is

let's look at the facts once again, shall we?

ok, considering all these he argues with her about some moral code and even wants to put her behind bars, isn't this funny to you? really??

daon is not right, because IF the victims family understand what really has happened to the perpetrator Thay would definitely be satisfied. unless they are as naive as the old woman at the end of the episode 6 who thinks someone who massacred his own family would beg for her mercy because of a trial.
look the concept is that we have a judge who came straight from the hell. and now we want to create a romance_fantasy drama with it, there are thousand ways to do that which wouldn't make it boring IF you have a good writer so he wouldn't write a idiot ML like this one here

1_you believe she is a demon
2_you believe she is a judge and the 3rd most powerful creature in hell
3_you know that she has a mission literally from HELL that's why she's come to earth

tooo boring, usually when the leads get together the dramas gets boring , I'm on ep10 and I'm already skipping through lots of things
