Am i the only one who actually likes the action packed episodes recently? I mean the show set its premise quite perfectly and the action pieces were marvelous. Maybe I'm the only one who likes the "John Wick" genre. I hated Vincezo's final episodes for the same reason as people complaining this show should've had; unnecessary fillers and nonsensical plot points to fill the episodes and then ruining the action pieces in the process because why not, fight sequences are far harder to make than nonsensical plot. I personally love this show, till now, because it has everything. I hope they can pull their weight through the finale because most korean shows fail at it.
Well the genre is attractive because it set up to bring in character development which i think is the most attractive trait of a character. In "Autumn's Concerto" the FL is the toxic one i think especially after the initial phase the ML goes through and changes. His presumptions weren't an act of toxicity but an act of necessarily fillings he had to fulfill in order to answer what she won't. I mean the guy was lied to for years and it's completely normal that he wouldn't wait for someone (FL), who is clearly a liar, to tell him everything.
Do people really not understand why KHN is boring and why people are siding with KDG?I don't understand the hate…
Wow! That's pretty heavy and true. We don't need to stick up for a set of systems that are failing at what they were established for against someone, ML, who's pretty much doing what the law is supposed to do. My heart broke for the mentally handicapped female who was sexually, physically and psychologically assaulted and i with all my senses wanted every last one of them to be killed by the ML, same goes for the other criminals. Vigilantism maybe isn't the solution but a corrupt system for the powerful to use as a shield definitely isn't. Like you said, we need people who will fight for the truth and not a set of rules used by the corrupt to harm the innocents.
For me, I don't like the female lead personally. Both male leads have their own reason for feeling that way for…
But he changed. That's what's beautiful about their relationship. They are not perfect and they work on their relationship for the sake of each other. No relationship is perfect and never will be realistically, what matters is the efforts which goes into making the imperfect work for each other. They did and that's basically what a real relationship is.
Wow. There are so many shows here that i loved and admire. "True Beauty" (since i watched it recently) is surprising. The comment below mine explained it perfectly but I'm still processing as to why SH is considered "Worst ML" when i was the most interested in his character and loved his relationship with JG.
That's what a good show will become if the writer force it to be as long as it should never be. Dragging an already…
Thank you. People are acting like there's nothing wrong with it when there's tons of clear flaws and mess ups here and they literally will eat you if someone happen to have constructive criticism!
Obsessive? I thought they explained it clearly how it was more of insecurity than obsession. Insecurity that bred…
Jealousy as a result of insecurity is very different from obsession though. Jealousy is an innate evolutionary feelings of keeping our partner attached to us in a relationship while obsession isn't and is far more than that. Anyway he didn't carry on with it and changed. That's all that matters.
Obsessive? I thought they explained it clearly how it was more of insecurity than obsession. Insecurity that bred…
Like i said, all of that looked to me more of his own insecurities because he's afraid. It's his first relationship and he's a teenager who knows very little about human connections and relationships because he always was a loner shutting himself to the world. His trauma, past and lack of socialising is what leads him to feel insecure to that extent. He later acknowledges that and apologise too (i think). Obsession never is a word i would explain a scenario like that. Insecurity and jealousy was more like it, for me at least. It's okay for you to have you own opinion about it though.
On ep10 and although I ship Joo Kyung and Su Ho, he seems weirdly obsessive- he needs to know everything she's…
Obsessive? I thought they explained it clearly how it was more of insecurity than obsession. Insecurity that bred jealousy for obvious reasons (he knows SJ likes her). "Obsession" doesn't in anyway explain what is going on from any angle. It's okay to be insecure (he's human after all) and he works through it with her later.
I am sorry but how could she possibly pick cha eun woo instead of hwang in yeop??? idk if it's because his character…
Surprise us? Romance depicted in a drama or love realistically never is a surprise. You can feel when people love each other when you see it. A good and proper romance is supposed to be predictable and obvious. You can't just pull a twist and say that a character doesn't love the other character all of a sudden and call it realistic or interesting. If you look at it more in depth and not superficially, you'll know why she loved SH and not SJ. They literally saved each other and became each others protective shelters where they could just let go and be just themselves. It was obvious why they would come to love each other. The only problem here is that they didn't let SJ move on which they should have because he deserves his own arc that always didn't involve JK.
As a character, yes but as a person suitable for the FL, absolutely no. Baek had multiple characteristics to his characterization while the ML was pretty much just there to help and love the FL. When it comes to the love triangle and a person suitable for the FL, the ML is literally leagues above Beak.
It's because there's going to be 2 spin off episodes focusing on bareum and his past.
I'm really excited for that, more than the main plot line actually. I'm literally squealing (don't judge me, i like to see complex characters dissections of the past) and i hope they don't ruin it.
If you are generally interested in serial killers topic and/or watched Mindhunter (I highly suggest watching if…
Mindhunter was a masterpiece and Ed Kemper is incredibly complex and disturbing. Although i like this drama, it's nowhere near mindhunter and the complexity of characters they had especially post episode 10 of this show. I still like it though.
Another good script that is suffering from the painful draggy screen durations of unnecessary clichés and useless scenes. If this drama was 16 episodes long, it would have been so much better.
I don't think our VinCha/Chayounzo (whatever you call it) ship will sail further guys. She seemed so bothered and scared after Vincenzo killed the guy. I mean there was very clear contrast as what they are as people in episode 17. Brace yourself for a shipwreck, folks. Or maybe I'm just pessimistic about all this.
