I canāt understand this kind of behaviour . How does access affect the quality of a drama? Itās such an immature thing to do because it unfairly skews perceptions of the drama over things it has no control over. Just complain about it like the rest of us or send a (polite) message to Youku requesting it.š
How about Viki? Maybe we can request it there as well? Though most of their dramas are not available in my country.https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034633713-Request-a-TV-Show-or-Movie
It might be worth sending a message to Youku requesting this show for international audiences. Did that for another show with Tencent and it actually went from a side platform to the main platform. In the meantime I guess Iāll be trying to see if I can buy a subscription from the Chinese version of the appš
When did they filmed it ??Production values are mid + Zhou Ye looks so different
I think it was filmed the year before last. I remember when they released the first stills. Everyone in the show will probably look different than their usual looks. Yu Zheng is notorious for making beauties seem plainer than they are.
Yaaaaas! Here for my girl, Peng Xiao Ran! Canāt wait to see her on screen again. She looks so charming in the line-up posters even though itās just a cameo š„¹
When will this drama air!? Itās like every single other HDJ drama is airing but this oneā¦whatās the matter with it? People just want to see handsome men and beautiful beauties! Is that a crimeš
There were a lot of rumors about the ML and then there were some Reuters that also caused controversy. A lot of fans said they didnāt watch it but it got a 9996/9999 so thatās a lie- it was nearly a hit show. I think she fits with all her co-stars too and whatās nice is the chemistry is different every time. CCTV is basically the government channel. Itās like the BBC in a sense so itās seen as good thing for them to recommend you. And itās no problem. I think the more people who know about Xiao Ran, the better. āŗļø
Why don't they say anything about this drama? Is it from the company that employs Liu Xue Yi. (I'm afraid they…
It passed the review quite quickly so I donāt see why it wouldnāt be released. Some things just take patience if the leads arenāt first line. Iād estimate maybe next year especially considering itās TV.
Itās always awesome to find other shrimps. Most foreign shrimps have the same positive and low-key mentality so thankfully itās mostly good vibes around here. I actually started watching TV again because of Cdrama but sheās the only one who makes me pay for membership. I first saw her in GBMP and her performance really blew me away. I feel like very few people realise how hard Xiao Fengās character was. The audience needs to find her cute but not annoyingly so. She must have transformation but it must be believable. And she must cause an immense sense of grief in order for the tragedy of GBMP to be realised. Thatās a tall order for even veterans but not only did she succeed but Xiao Feng is a classic character who has her own mini tourism industry and who even CCTV recognises. And she did that with only one role, her first role. People mourn Xiao Feng as if she were real. Knowing this, I canāt imagine what her progress would have been like had she continued to get productions as sincere as GBMP. So many people would have given up in her place but she kept going. Jun Jiu Ling turned me into a fan. She got so much hate and ridicule but she took it all on with poise and grace. I too love that none of her characters feel the same. C-ent says itās a detriment but thatās ridiculous. An actor who can keep you feeling like youāve just met for the first time for every character is rare and itās a characteristic that should be treasured. Cheers to another shrimp! The first billing is PXR so LXYās company shouldnāt affect its airing but PXRās dramas do take a long time to air. If I remember right, it still doesnāt have an online platform.
Yes, she really is beautiful inside and out. Her looks remind of the golden era of film when actresses had very pretty eyes and delicate features. She doesnāt post much and gets criticised for not following the female star trend of marketing herself all the time but I would rather follow an actress who volunteers in their downtime, posts messages telling fans to take care of their mental health, and donates to charity than shiny photos every day.
I loved this. Any recs for a drama with similar high-level plot and pacing but same lightness?
I think thereās a drama about a female coroner that was also praised. Iām not sure about pacing tho. This director is pretty good about pacing in Cdrama. I might complain about other aspects but heās the only director who I donāt fast-forward.
A fan added back in the cuts that had in all the chemistry. Really out here doing the Lawdās work though itās a shame they changed the speed of some scenes. Still got be grateful tho.š„¹ https://m.weibo.cn/detail/4952614841352591
Put aside their personal lives, I actually think it's a very good drama with happy ending. And Feng Shaofeng &…
Itās a shame stars have to deal with this. PXR gets plastic surgery rumors too and itās awful. Not because thereās anything wrong with plastic surgery but that the marketing accounts prey on womenās insecurities making them think procedures will get them to look like certain stars when thatās rarely the case. Iāve also never understood the AB hate. She seems like a nice person in life. If people donāt like her dramas, just skip them.
That said, I hope they give all fans an official way to support the show. I really want to see Bai Luoš© Sheās really adorable in all the clipsš„¹
