great show, i liked it a lot, im just begging they donāt ruin season 2 with romance. i love the family dynamic…
Oh, I know what you mean! Also I think they already kinda showed how minhye likes him since he saved her, but I would argue that at the same time it was implied that jinman doesnāt like her back. So I am hoping this theory would be reality š
Anyway, is it only me, or is the male lead kinda neurodivergent coded? I really like Minki in this role! I also…
Idk I just meant to say heās not that young/student age guy and I really like it honestly (if they were together when he was about 23 for example, he could be 33 now which is early thirties, but thatās besides the point)
if he is some hidden genius or trying to not show his true character like the lead in 'MOVIE : Hit n run squad'....then…
I donāt know, but I have a feeling like they were going for a neurodivergent vibe with him, heās really intelligent and has a lot of knowledge (the āgeniusā trope), heās not very good in social situations, has patterns and routines he follows and pays attention to sensory things (like not eating specific parts of the meat because of texture). Itās really like basic, and doesnāt have to mean anything, probably the production team just wants him to be quirky. Itās just that this could explain his behaviour, he acts like that. Personally, I didnāt read his recklessness as being overly suicidal or desperate, I think he just wants to get his work done diligently but he doesnāt think about any consequences regarding himself or his safety before getting into those situations.
I see some people in the comments having doubts.. but for now Iām pretty sure that Yeonho called the father…
Anyway, is it only me, or is the male lead kinda neurodivergent coded? I really like Minki in this role! I also like that although the ML is new in the police environment etc, heās not a fresh out-of-university type of character. He seems to be at least in his early thirties (I donāt remember if they mentioned his age at all tho).

Iām not sure, but at the end of the main trailer there is a shot of another person driving a car (itās not the female lead, who we already know is a good driver), that person seems to be male and younger than any other guys from the police team. It could turn out that he is also a very good/professional level driver, but doesnāt drive due to trauma etc. However this is a very loose theory build upon my inability to recognize the person from that specific part of the trailerā¦
I'm very excited for this! Especially the younger cast, really want to see them in this drama! it's kinda sad that they censored the bl parts, as if BLs could only be low budget/lower quality short series... it's pretty troubling and we need more serious approches to this type of stories (although it all also depends on the source material, a lot of the manhwas etc that BLs are based off also are short and/or not so well developed - when it comes to the plot). But in the grand scheme of things, I don't care much. I just want to see them boys being good friends that help each other lol. And the story overall seems interesting. So I hope there won't be any more issues with the broadcast etc...
Yeah they BETTER BE REALISTIC.If they absolutely have to write a quick cure, make it a huge TIMEJUMP of "some…
What would be good to show is a relapse. It was getting better but suddenly it crumbles, and he has to start again. Because itās a very real situation.
definitely not for just one episode... and I doubt it will be more unrealistic than Tomorrow, where suicidal people…
I watched Tomorrow, but honestly I totally wasnāt focused on that aspect of the drama and more on the supernatural elements (funny after-life concept), dynamics of the main cast and Yun Jion, and Lee So Hyuk⦠as far as I remember. So I liked it but wouldnāt watch it again. But I agree that the depiction of dealing with mental health issues wasnāt that good in many cases. Anyway, itās not about Tomorrow but about this new drama. It seems like the supernatural elements are less invasive (than a whole concept of haven&hell as corporations) and a little more of a metaphor. It looks quite promising for now, I guess.
I guess itās also wishful thinking on my part, because the idea of plot being that she was his partner (and probably was pregnant too) but died in that accident is very entertaining to me, I havenāt seen similar storylines in any drama while at the same time having this type of male lead (one that isnāt strong, leader type) that Minki is playing (Iām a huge fan of his character already, heās painfully awkward sometimes but also very smart, I like this type of characters). Iām getting really engaged in this possible storyline š . I guess everyone tries to prove their theories
