The same goes for acting, there are plenty of both talented and good looking people around. People who rely on Ai to find out how to boil an egg will one day turn into technology-dependent vegetables.
The bits with the real-life actors look good. The CGI monsters on the other hand look incredibly fake and tacky. As a company that wants to replace actors with Ai muppets, I would have expected iQiyi to put in a little bit more effort.

I think dancers’ outfits depend on the dynasty the drama is set in. In some periods they were probably more “buttoned-up” but I agree, since this is fiction, they could’ve been more daring.
No idea. Crime dramas are difficult to get through review in general. I saw that they recently released quite a few of crime dramas which had all been stuck in review for a while. Maybe some restrictions were softened or the cold winter of the entertainment industry is increasing the pressure to get a return on investment.
