I really love the insert song but sometimes it blending in with the substitles when the characters are speaking. Would have like them to translate the ending song and then when they're speaking to leave it as just music.

Because he's using xukai to promote other actors/actresses in his agency. Xukai dramas are mostly fl centric could be also because he was offer only those types of dramas and not that many ml centric dramas like eight hundred or once upon a time in lingjian mountain. Fi and tale of tiandu i believe are ml centric dramas.

I'm watching the drama and i'm wondering what are all the criticisms since it looks fine to me, or is this only in later eps i'm on ep 8.

I didn't read novel but i heard drama changes a lot from the novel.

The intro kind of reminds me of ancient love poetry intro with just the music and cartoon drawings but it still evoke emotion and giving us hints of what's to come. I also like the ending ost with zhou shen the singer, the ost also sometimes got insert into some of the scenes in the drama when the main leads are together, i thought the lyrics really decribes the feeling of qy towards yr well.

Qy was able to bring down that nanny servant with the help of yr and she was also able to solve the money problem with the farmers and pointed the finger back to the one truly responsible. 2nd madam was able to worm her way out by buying nanny's lover to betray her, but she can't escape yr extorting money 😂 I have a hard time believing they're lovers, she looks like his mother. I kind of feel bad for the nanny betrayed by her own lover though, qy finally gotten her revenge on the nanny for beating her and her mother. What i don't understand is how a servant can do what she did and not been punish before, what kind of leverage does 2nd madam has that her servant can be that arrogant. Finally that nanny is dead.

So qy enter the xie's mansion not just for revenge but also to investigate and clear her mother's name because her mother was accused of murdering 3rd sister's mother, she gotten close to 4th sister so she can get her to open up to her and talk about what happened back then. This is not just a revenge drama but also about family conflict, the xie family is hiding something and they will do anything to protect their family name.

Congrats xukai, zhouye and the team, but can you explain what does it mean to being added to yunhe's S+?

I have not seen the ep and only respond because the poster was criticizing the fl for not knowing how to fight. I'll have to watch the ep to comment more, but throwing a rock would definitely put her in more danger.

When yr ask qy to team up with him he gave her a jade pendant i wonder what is the sinificant of that pendant, qy didn't agree to work with him, but later in the ep they both team up to fool the nanny so does that means she agrees? That nanny faking that cat meow is too funny 😂

No it's not a low budget drama, and the clothing doesn't look cheap beside the servants outfits maybe.

That's what i thought too, in those days having a son give a woman legitimacy and rights that she wouldn't get if she has a daughter. So she has another son?

You made it sound like being a sweet urchin mean knowing how to fight bandits with real weapons, would a rock has help other then turning her into a bigger target, and it's not a crime to not know how to fight and being scare when you're being threaten.

The sceneries when yr and qy standing on that mountian talking is so beautiful, i love when they use real shooting location like this, and this is not the only one, i think all the outside sceneries use real shooting location and what a difference it makes ❣️

No i haven't can't wait to see it when i get to that ep. I like the actor when he played the ml's father in court lady ^^

It's a revenge drama but also has other conflicts, they waited for a long time for revenge so it's only right to find the perfect time to exact revenge, the anticipation for when they finally get their revenge i'm already seated for it ^^
