I don't want to spoil myself but now we have 3 characters and dramas of xukai that will possibly air in 2026 to look forward to. For his newest drama that he is still shooting, it will probably have an airing date for 2027.

That depend on the character, this character express his emotion differently, if you like his character in arsenal military academy then watch once upon a time in lingjian moutain, dance of the sky empire, court lady or wonderland of love those characters are openly expressive and don't hide their feeling. In this drama he express his emotion through his eyes because the character is introverted and don't talk much, it show his maturity as he is taking on more mature characters and playing more complex characters that are much more harder to play. I love actor who can act with their eyes without any dialogues and xukai is really good in that department, i like characters who are guarded but still able to showcase their emotion across even without showing any expressions and this character gave xukai the chance to play such a character, this character is multifaceted he doesn't like attention and keep away from the spotlight and he only care about demon hunting before meeting the fl, but when he needed to show off he would be dependable when the situation call for it. The fl is the opposite she likes attention and is not afraid to show off her sexuality, that why it's call opposite attract because of how different they're from each other. Don't know what exactly you're expecting is he suppose to flip his character 180° to showcase his love for her? He became more demanding and jealous and possessive, those traits didn't exist with his character before he met the fl.

Not really he's just behaving like himself being focus during shooting of the drama. He's taking his role seriously and putting himself in the character. I don't see his behavior is any different than from other projects he has shot. What you refering to is bts when the actors are not shooting and relaxing and those scenes are not show until the drama is release. This made me remember something that was said about xukai by one of tsy fans when xk and tsy were shooting for as beautiful as you, she was putting down xukai for being cold and not friendly toward tsy and said she didn't feel any chemistry between them etc, but after their drama released there were many bts of them being friendly and having fun shooting and many thought they had so much chemistry after seeing the drama. Many of those who're not familiar with xukai often said that about him when seeing how serious he is while shooting his dramas but they're totally wrong about him once they saw the bts after the dramas released.

I don't know much about yoc but i heard good thing about his character so i'm looking forward to see it for shi wuming his character description also interest me plus from the leaks it look like it will be action fill drama so i'm totally looking forward to it ^^

I don't see it any different than a drama with him sharing screentimes with the fl, anyway it's all rumors that was not confirmed whether the drama will be a solo ml drama or it was alway meant to be a double mls drama, it's still not confirm since the drama also has an fl. I'm not that concern if it's a solo or a dual mls drama as long as it's a quality drama and xukai has plenty of screentimes because we all know even when he is a solo ml it's not guarantee he will have the most screentimes base on his past projects 😕

This one follow the novel and in novel ml also didn't have lots of scenes. It's an assemble casts, however i felt some supports don't need as many scenes compare to ml like prince zhou for example that only prolong our frustration because he kept butting into the main leads relationship like a third wheel 🙄

This is a good drama to watch but it genre is not xianxia but more supernatural/fantasy dealing with demons and humans, doesn't deal with gods or the god realm.

I thought the fl in court lady portray her character well, but i heard some said she was too preachy but i felt that is how the character come off not her fault, and she was an older actress so i thought she fit the part perfectly 🤔

Yeah but bce was a modern drama and not in the same year i think 🤔

I also heard the same rumor about lyf, but it was for a role that went to dw. All three mls in that drama got their big breakthrough however i heard yz turned it down and given xk sel instead. I think in term of popularity lyf would be a better choice if xk was going for that, but he isn't so maybe it's a good thing he didn't take that if that rumor is true 🤔

Who has always been arguing about who is the best seller, who are you implying when you said he? Are you saying both xukai and bailu are arguing over ranking, i don't think that is the case at all and probably has to do with their fans and even then xukai fans aren't the one who started it, bailu fans are the one who has always attack xukai and his partners and go into his dramas to make comparison, don't know why they have such low self-esteem to not believing her and keep having to put down others to make themselves feel better.
