R u talking about the main couple? If you are then i have to say i understand his pov. She was force to work in the palace, and they were separated otherwise they would've gotten marry already. Working in the palace is not a good place to be, there is constant scheming and her life is always in danger. Even though he said he's willing to wait, it's not something he truly wanted, so when she went missing and he found her, it was a perfect opportunity for them to leave the palace. I understood her worry, and her being the responsible person in the relationship while he being the immature one in the relationship, but all he really wanted is for them to be together. I don't blame him at all for losing patience, if your girl working in the palace and surrounded by other suitors as well as being in constant danger, you would want to get her out too.

I wouldn't go that far and say people bumping the rating, you just have different preferences. Lots of people liking that drama because it's a fun drama, and easy to get into. I don't know much about e-sport but i still find it capture the team spirit and the relationship between main and support couples are relatable.

How far have you gotten? This is a feel good drama, just a stress reliever if you're in for a fun and lighthearted drama. Funny thing is i was watching ancient love poetry and falling into your smile at the same time, both has xukai as ml ^^

Did anyone here read the novel before watching drama. How is novel compare to drama? Do you think if there are differences, it has anything to do about allegation of copyright, i'm thinking if there are changes, it was done intentionally like changing the game they played in novel from lol to omyouji or personality changes of characters because of so many complains from e-sport fans about copying the lives of e-sport players from original novel even before the drama air, as well as cyberbullying the actors in this drama. I can't imagine an e-sport drama that doesn't take experience from real life and making it up as they go along, so i wonder how much more those e-sport fans will complain when they really disrespect the e-sport scenes compare to this drama where i actually feel they did a good representation of the e-sport world including the e-sport players and their fans, not saying i know much about it in the first place having only watch the king avatar and love 020.

I know about the cultivation thing i just think he was born with the power of chaos, that he inherited from his parent, that made him automatically god status. Compare with shanggu who has to cultivate for 1,000 years to gain chaos power that means he's stronger than her as a child.

R you sure about that. I love the sheng family father and sons, they're hilarious, and the three brothers became better people after meeting their other half. The scholarly friend of sheng chumo also a nice guy, he was so patient waiting for the girl he likes to return his love; his ending was quite tragic though.

In ep 23, when baijue awakened, he showed so much feeling with his eyes alone, while ignoring everyone else. What he said to shanggu/houchi was really romantic, never think baijue would be able to say such things. He used to be so shy, this just show how much her death affected him and make him value her so much more. That's why i totally understand him, he spend so much time to gather her soul, use his power to suppress the tribulation of chaos. Separate his original being in order to gather demon power in order to mix with his immortal power to gain chaos power to help her avoid her fate. No matter what i can't be angry with him, he has no choice but to keep it from her, otherwise his plan wouldn't have succeed. If she has known about his plan, she would've choose to do the same thing as she did the first time.

I wouldn't say it's on the level of alp, but while i was watching i was comparing it to aol because of the love story lol. Yeah it has the potential, but it still a low budget drama compare to alp and aol, maybe that's why it didn't get a proper development. I agree with you, this drama should be male centric rather than female centric, youlian is such a boring character and she's not charismatic enough to carry the show by herself, it's a loss opportunity that they didn't focus on lixuan because he's so much more interesting compare to yulian. I think the novel was male centric, but they didn't follow novel, too bad.

Agree on this, this is because they tried to add more eps when the intention was only to finish in 30 eps i think. The wedding scene could've been the ending and it would be a better ending compare to what we got. Make me dislike jiangwu in the process since his character was given a redemption arc, while other characters were ruin and not explore as much including the main leads. I also feel main leads in novel were stronger compare to drama.
