When Ji Ling died the first time Li Jie brought a new puppet for the dragon diety to breathe life into. He knows the dragon diety created Ji Ling as an extension of himself.

I absolutely loved how Dragon diety held that sword blade to save Li Jie and Li Jie couldn’t bear to see him hurt and chose to sacrifice himself. I love strong brotherly love in dramas.

What do you mean? Li Jie knows Ji Ling is a puppet made by the Dragon diety. He was the one bringing the puppets to The dragon diety to awaken.

My favorite scene is when Ji Ling found out he was a puppet and then the scene where he went to confirm from the Dragon diety. I cried when he called the Dragon diety his beloved\favorite person. He felt betrayed. Kinda weird as they are the same person.
