I LOVE THIS DRAMA but I agree with certain parts of your comment. I noticed in episode 1 as well during the fight scene after the wedding how all the demon hunters and fox demons seemed evenly matched which was just weird to me. All the fighting seemed more like a dance rehearsal than a real fight. And the mannerisms and speaking of the fox sisters is so cringe and irritating. Is this how to portray seduction?? That’s why i always prefer bromance over romance like in Mysterious lotus casebook. But for now the writing and plot is progressing well to me.

He did not disguise his face. If you check the cast names here you will see this actor is playing different identities. Either he is the Leader or the twin or doppelgänger of the leader. But his face is not a disguise.

I love how Wu shi Guang told the two fls fox demons in episode 5 to sit up straight.SMH. They were also starting to piss me off with the constant seductive acts. lol! I hope they make the mls break their hearts and composure. Lmao.

There is nothing wrong with African features. Hé looks great to me too. I am simply saying he doesn’t have the typical delicate features of some Chinese male leads. There are Chinese actors that when i see them they remind me of other countries. Like Dilraba who is gorgeous but looks Turkish to me or Meng Zi Yi in Blossom who reminds me of Angelina Jolie.

For instance his face perfectly fit his role in Mysterious lotus casebook. He does not have delicate, sculpted features of the usual Chinese drama male leads but he is handsome. If you are exposed to the beauty of different races you would see his beauty bcos his features look a bit African.
