This drama shows two imperfect people, their trials in navigating romance amidst trauma and emotion, and requires viewers to ask WHY do they do what they do here and to seek to understand them. No perfect boring character in sight, but real humane ones.
...This is why you should always read dark/scary stories involving human messing up to children and not just wholesome books so they learn empathy and don't grow up into adults stuck on human perfection and judgementalism. Your parents did you all dirty and you don't even realize it.
