He's so underrated. To be honest, he didn't look all that good when just quickly saw pics of him, but then saw him actually moving and act and I realized the man is gorgeous 😍 and can act. His charismatic Manners cannot be spotted in photos.

Dynamite Kiss had very unrealistic buildup for the OTP. He wen't from anti romance to totally into her right away just because of a kiss lol. (contrast with PY where it built gradually) Female lead's feeling for male lead also seemed very unclear. And the moment the office part of the drama started it slowly started to become boring.
In PY, the leads actually talk and bond over their trauma and troubles, they don't just automatically like each other in unrealistic manner... That said, ep 5-6 was Definitivly a mess in PY. I only got my hopes up again for at least an ok story since ep7 end & ep8 aired.
I get it now. I am seeing Hollywood watchers comments. Saying that ep 6 7 8 whatever it was had too much side…
The OTP is adorable, but writing for ep9-12 better improve..... Halting progress for leads, character growth and ALL of plot in Middle part of the drama (where usually big twists & PROGRESS happens: that format is often used because IT WORKS) - Was definitely extremely stupid desicionmaking by the writer & director...
Now it won't matter if rest of story is actually good & progressess well since lots of viewers already dropped out due to frustration.... 🤦♀️
To me ep 7 end + ep8 saved the show somewhat, but it all comes with the bitterness that if rest of story is good...any rewatching for the cute OTP (if the rest of the story is good enough) would require skipping lots in the drama in the middle because of incompetence of makers....
Why they are casting this ML in such good projects is beyond me. He neither has any acting talent nor any chemistry…
They had chemistry together in Mr Queen, and noone could've had chemistry nor done anything good with that total crap script of Motel California lol.....

It showed the OUTWARD CONFLICT.
But the outward conflict IS what will PROGRESS THE LEADS...I don't believe in that breakup talk. They basically can't be alone, because outward Conflicts will force them to deal with it all together.
It will likely follow ep8 pattern of leads withdrawing in insecure way at 1st...which leads to them opening up to each other & committing more.

The 5-10 minutes applied to ep 2-5. (0 minutes to ep6... that ep was pure horror 😓). Ep 1 was amazing. The vast Majority of ep 8 was enjoyable, the whole 1st half was focused on the leads and Last part finally progressed the outward conflict, showing she CAN improve after downward spiral...
the question is WILL SHE improve on it enough to make it worth to watch or not....or will it go down again lol
....I do think it's too late to make this a 10/10 drama now lol,
but will it become a. 7.0 or 7.5 or 8.0 or 8.5 (or if miraculously good writing for rest of eps a 9.0 lol) kdrama in the end DEPENDS....

vs Positively Yours is curve is like a "V" right now. Great start....Went downward in middle JUST LIKE DK...BUT ep 7 end & ep8 fixed it... but who knows IF up ep9-12 will hold up well....

Imo it's better than Dynamite Kiss, it shows a more natural buildup and dealing with trauma of the leads. You see the leads actually become vulnerable and bonding, Societal concerns of Rich man-poor woman Pair also way more realistic....
BUT unfortunately the screenwriter focused too much on sidestories in ep 2-7,5. And added a super toxic weird 2ML (really tries to go between leads who like each other AND ARE HAVING A BABY?!? WTF?!) and triangle for ep5-7...
Only end of ep 7 towards 8 did the leads' love story start to pick up again.
Ep9-12 Haven't yet aired, so it's hard to say RIGHT NOW which is better or worse overall...need to wait...

Also the drama reminds me of Park Gyu Young's "Celebrity", which was a good drama, centered also on a mysterious woman.
