Unlike MDListers who are allergic to melodrama genre, south koreans tend to actually like the great Melodrama genre, they are wiser that way with more developed taste than just silly romcoms :)

My takeaway from this is when Nam Ya Jeon met her hater for the first time, she already uncousnciously liked him ha ha 😂😍 (well he is handsome can't blame her) , that's why she projected him as leading man in her dream.
Meanwhile No Gain, No Love will be rewaching material for the supercute 2nd Lead Pairing, but this meh spinoff short, I find to desire to rewatch.
Eh, I didn't really like it. Found it just unfullfing to watch, when FL Nam Ya Jeon will already have a cute devoted boyfriend soon, why ship her with an imaginary person?
7/10 Would've worked much better as just a Romance between Leads in her webnovel, no need to make FL travel into the novel & try to force viewers to ship them when Nam Ya Jeon already had Bok Guy Hyun and Seo Yeon Seo has Kang Ha Jun.
I'd rather they'd given us a continuing of Nam Ya Jeon and Bok Guy Hyun as GF & BF and their married life.

And about Goblin leads, you were generious with that "at least 20 years older", since not only a high schooler but she acted childish like a 10 year old 😅😅🤦♀️ Even later on when she's like 25 and they actually hook up, it's still creepy because it still like a Groomed a high schooler, who was almost like a 10 year old. 😅🤦♀️
And YEAH The CHEMISTRY. NONE between the Goblin Leads. 😅😅😅 I remember watching the Goblin trailer before it all, then noticed the lack of chemistry but wa sall "oh well, it's just a trailer, let's not worry", while everyone else was all excited after trailer 😅 Still today, I think of the Goblin Leads as the Ultimate LOWEST Chemistry ever Pairing LOL 😅😂

Han Hyo Joo is one of my biases, just wasn't in the mood for action drama when this was airing. Well, at least her last drama Happiness was great and she has upcoming promising Food drama.
Like you, I'll continue watching...Maybe will do some crafts/draw at the same time to pass through the eps.
Hopefully it's just a slow start like The Fiery Priest 1 and it actually gets really good...
