I'm incapable of writing a coherent comment. Let me stop squealing and kicking my feet, and maybe then I will be able to......no, chuck it! I'm going to just go rewatch the dessert-tasting πππ
This is MESSY! Sukfilm has done it again. This small YouTube channel is doing what Korean production houses couldn't do for the last 4 years - create a BL that's real-life messy but still swoony. Ep 2 hit just as hard as Ep 1. The angst, the self-disgust, and all that sexual tension!! π€π»
Whew! His Man 3 was intense today! So many crybabies π
The makers really need to make it more than 6 nights if they want to continue this show. MyeongGyun and MinSeon had the potential to develop something real if they had more time. MyeongGyun needed some time after the two conversations with YoungJoon to be a able to move on and create some real bonding with MinSeon. If this show was 2 or 3 weeks long, YoungJoon wouldn't have been able to hide the fact that he is still affected by MyeongGyun (he kept his eyes averted when MG was walking around shirtless in front of him during the water sports). He isn't really into HanMin and knows HanMin isn't really into him.
With more time HanMin would have explored more options. Hwi and SeungJin could have had to opportunity to become more than friends. JaeSeung could have had dates with HanMin or YoungJoon and discovered a stronger spark with than that soggy vegetable.
Right now this show seems like the makers gave these guys 6 nights to make their mark, and they were all under pressure to deliver by the deadline. The pressure showed on the last day coz most of them are crying tears of regret. It takes courage for gay men to come out like this in a country like Korea - they deserved better treatment than what the show gave them. We felt it in Season 1 too but Season 2 hid this weakness due to the once-in-a-blue-moon phenomenon like JunSungHo. However, it has become obvious in this season just how inadequate the whole planning is.
What's with you show? Made me so giddy with happiness and then threw that scary nightmare at me π«£
That girl isn't Wad for sure. San's heart most definitely didn't mislead him. But I'm anxious about what Goddess Nu Wa is planning. The guy has waited a 100 years in agony, let him be happy now sweet Goddess ππ»
Now off to rewatch San's shy courtship of Wee, and his earnest confession, and their tender wedding night! πππ
I expected less basketball and more.......umm........ warm hands. The boys have just confessed, let them enjoy being in love with each other for some time before making them solve all the problems in the world π
I know right, all of their actors are good looking and good at acting, like in small production AMD small series…
Right? You can see in the first episode of Blue Boys that they were on a shoestring budget. The Cafe in the first scene was clearly not a Cafe, just a table in front of a wall. But when they started talking, it ceased to matter coz the writing and acting was both top notch.
I have a silly question,I am on 3rd ep so I could be wrong San said that some stone can extend human's lifespan,so…
The stone was tied to San's fate and cut in half. No one else can use it except San, unless San himself gives it to them. And no one expects him to give it to anyone since he himself needs to use it, else he will perish forever.
The episode started with heartbreak - the director has a wife and kids π No chance of the director-coach ship sailing π’
But it ended gloriously! Hope we are going to get more in the last two episodes - we know our boys are down for it π
Don't really care for the coach's wife or grandma's illness plot. But I guess with the Mob boss and Q gone, some drama is needed to push the story ahead. I hope we get to see Q again! What are the chances the Mob boss survived?
How is Sukfilm able to find such gorgeous guys who are also amazing actors? And then they give them such lovely writing ππ» I could feel every emotion they felt.
The first episode tells us clearly that this show isn't about romance but about romantic manipulation. One ML is a selfish jerk and the other is silently seething with anger. And they can't keep their hands off each other. This is a recipe for disaster and I can't wait to watch this train wreck happen!
This show should have been 8 episodes long. By pushing the non-existent story to 12 episodes, they made it a very forgettable show. The only thing it will be remembered for is establishing two amazing couples - GreatInn and ThorFluke.
I wanted to give MyeongGyun a tight hug today. Poor baby! He was on the verge of tears by the end of that conversation. YoungJoon really played a 21-22 year old kid in his first relationship. Was shameless enough to tell him that he was acting like a different person when they were together to impress him.
JaeSeung is kind of dumb. He could have had anyone. He still can. HanMin will jump at the chance if JaeSeung shows interest in him. So will YoungJoon. But he prefers to compete with a 22 year old over a soggy vegetable π€¦π»ββοΈ

He is the main lead in the new BL 'Bad Guy' from the same company

Also the 70s bell bottoms looked so good on him π
