Donβt forget his siblings who are sassy as well, and Pai is taking good care of them too π»As for Sky being…
Oh yes, his siblings too!
I understand testing his feelings but the guy has been taking care of Sky since he got sick - washing clothes, washing dishes, helping with assignments..... Did he have to make him clean his whole house too and that too while he lounges around in his bed? Just coz someone is devoted to you.....
Now I get why Prapai is able to take Sky's sassiness so well. It's because he has the experience of dealing with an equally sassy secretary at work π She is fast becoming one of my favorite female characters in BLs.
How wholesome was it that Prapai helping Sky change out of his shirt on the bed wasn't erotic at all. But NGL, Sky irritated the hell out of me by making Prapai clean his house while he lounged around π‘ And does he have to act all sassy even after the very loving sex? Why spoil Prapai's afterglow like that? ππ»
Seriously, Prapai is doing all the heavy lifting in this relationship and it is coming across as too one sided. Sky should do something now to look worthy of Prapai's devotion.
It was time they started making KBLs like Kdramas. 30 and 37 minute episodes respectively = proper time for character + relationship building.
Jo Hoon has become a better person since meeting Jae Yoon. It's like he had all this brilliance people see in him but couldn't find the motivation to channel it productively. He got that with Jae Yoon. And now he is actively trying to be a better person coz he wants Jae Yoon to think well of him. Jae Yoon hasn't changed much as he always was a super guy, and he has finally kicked that conman out of his life (the audacity to save his name as Pushover π€¬).
I guess that kiss was the cue for Ho Joon to accept his bisexuality. Now let's see you wooing Jae Yoon the way he deserves to be wooed π
First Roommates of Poongduck 304 and now this. KBLs are finally getting it right! π
Let me applaud the casting first - Choco gives the perfect adoring dog vibes, Milk is the perfect I-chose-this-human-to-be-my-slave cat, and Jung Woo looks like someone who loves both dogs and cats.
As a dog mom myself it is weird for me that Choco sees Jung Woo as a romantic partner and not a dad. But I guess they were alive when he was a kid so they saw him as a friend and not a parent. It's not clear when they died and if they were reincarnated or came back suddenly as humans. But I am all in for this ride. Let the chaos begin!
Do stay for the post credits scene - it was such a real pet dog/cat stunt π
No plot yet again this episode, but I am not watching this one for the plot. It's the Diwali festival here in India today and I was dead tired of all the festive chaos of the last few days. Got into bed at 10 pm with a slight headache but 40 minutes of Ai and Nhai's shenanigans made it disappear. The cuteness is enough to keep me satisfied but when they also give us Ai kissing his way down Nhai's torso.....π
This has become my most awaited show of the week π₯°
Gear is such a puppy in love! I want to squish his cheeks π₯° Why is Prince so soft with Sher but gives Gear so much attitude? π€
Fahlan and Sher went from fuckboys to head-over-heels to domestic boyfriends real quick. Sher is low key panicking at these sudden changes while Fahlan couldn't be happier. From the preview it seems that Fahlan is going to get into the jealous boyfriend mode - their pasts have enough fodder to keep both of them in jealous mode all their lives π
Tap and Ping continue their one step forward, two steps backward dance. The one who stood out today was Pai. He is so pretty and delicate, and still manages to convey a hint of menace. Wish he was cast in Sher's role.
PLEASE! THANK YOU! what even is this series atp? My whole thought process throughout this episode was just "is…
Yep, this isn't even unintentionally funny like Unforgotten Night (which I found quite romantic too despite all its low-budget trashiness). This is just boring.
I had given up on Big Dragon after the 1st episode but picked it up again when everyone raved about the 2nd episode. Not feeling it really. Yes, the 2nd episode was funny but it seemed to belong to a different show than the 1st. And now the 3rd episode seems to belong to another show.
Yai went from pre-planned sexual assault/videotaping in Ep 1 to clueless cutie in Ep 2 to mooning over the guy who blackmailed and humiliated him in Ep 3. What was that scene in the bathroom if not deliberate humiliation by Magkorn? Either get the blow job or don't ask for one. That shoving of the bottle in his mouth was akin to a slap in the face IMO. And then cut to a semi-philosophical date to show that these horny guys are developing 'feelings' and are not even considering sex/BJ/HJ for the rest of the night?
This show is getting by on shock and awe, but doesn't even have the guts to do anything actually shocking. And now an arranged marriage is announced without even consulting the guy and the girl? What the what?!
When Jae Yoon got the paper cut and Ho Joon grabbed his hand - who all felt that the vampire may suck the blood? π
Last week it seemed like Ho Joon is only into women but apparently that's not the case. It's good to see him developing feelings first and Jae Yoon not being interested in him at all. HJ has been too much of a jerk and JY has been in love with the oily salesman for too long for him to consider HJ a romantic partner. I want to see HJ stew in jealousy and work hard to win JY over.
This romcom is ticking all the right boxes till now. But Korea does desire so subtly that it is frustrating at times. In the scene at the beach, when Jae Yoon licks his lips, Ho Joon's lips part. That reaction is definitely intentional coz both their lips are the focus of that scene - but I almost missed it. There is subtle and there is too subtle.
Gosh, Nhai really is a handful, isn't he? Ai has the patience of a saint. And Nhai has nerves of steel. If Ai took care of me like that, looked into my eyes like that, told me in a hundred different ways that he likes me and that too wearing those white shorts, I would have melted into a puddle at his feet. I mean, the guy turns left, right, and back when Nhai introduces him to his transgender friends! God knows where Nhai is finding the will to resist him.
For all his super irritating habits, Nhai is such a baby that he brings out my mothering instincts. Just looking at his clueless face makes me smile. It is easy to see why Ai would want to coddle him. And how sweet is it that his fathers are guiding him how to go about winning Nhai's heart π₯°
I don't mind the lack of plot here at all. If the plot is these two pretty pretty boys falling in love and finding their way into a lifelong relationship, I am more than happy to tune in every Monday. In fact I say whoever decided to schedule this show on Monday nights is a marketing whiz. This super cute fluff is exactly what I need to relax after a long day at work.
It made me laugh so hard! I remember girls putting tissues in their bra for padding, but Iβve never seen a guy…
The sock wasn't to pad his crotch. He stuffed those tissues in the socks to make makeshift breasts for himself because the answers on google made him wonder if he is transgender.
After last week's filler episode, this one had so many developments. I am really enjoying Sher and Fahlan's push and pull. Sher tried to be distant but gave in real quick once he saw that Fahlan was sincere.
The Gear-Prince ship has finally sailed! Prince didn't look at all surprised and he obviously likes Gear too. Look forward to their romantic moments. I don't even need a kiss between these two, will be happy to see them just hold hands and smile at each other like fools in love π₯°
Come to think of it, I don't want to see Sher and Fahlan kiss either - they are both terrible kissers. But I like it when they serve angst. Fahlan's face is growing on me. It's an interesting face - the actor is 23 so the same age as the rest of the cast but somehow he comes across as a man among all the boys. Now if only Sher's face would grow on me too.
And now its time for the Tap-Ping ship to sail. Tap seems to have finally got the idea that he is not into girls and the way he dragged Ping with him to his date (to feel safe!) hints that he has feelings for Ping too but hasn't worked it out in his head as yet. So that sponge bath trope is most welcome in the next episode π
Pink continues to be useless and irritating. And 'Fahlan's body is a selling point'? Spoken like a true producer of a show, eh?
PS. During the confrontation on the street, the girl in the short pink dress walked behind them thrice - once alone and twice with different partners. They really are short on extras π

That left a bad taste in the mouth, NGL.

PPS. Namwan is super cute. So is Chana.
