So the two fuckboys can't get each other out of their heads. And can't keep their hands off each other. Fahlan didn't even try to resist, Sher tried and failed. Both know by now that what they are feeling is more than simple lust. Just the kind of angst I love!
The NC scenes are quite raw and animalistic in keeping with the characters of Fahlan and Sher. The two actors are giving it their all. A show like this would have fallen apart if either of them wasn't totally into the make out scenes. So kudos to them! 👏🏻
I am also glad that the rest of the couples are more innocent and everyone is not sleeping around with everyone.
PS. The product placements in Thai BLs are getting ridiculous. Well, they were always ridiculous but for Fahlan to carry his skincare in his pocket while daydreaming about Sher is 🤢🤮🤯
Well, that was interesting for sure (or as interesting as it is possible to be on Gagaoolala with constant streaming breaks even when I watched it on 480P).
I loved that both Fah and Sher are no innocents. Sher just seems to be more honest about his dealings while Fah shows fake fondness to his flings and plays psychological games with them.
The other boys don't seem as irritating as the second, third, fourth leads usually do in low-budget University BLs like these. Just that Pink girl is 👎
Overall it is better than I expected from the trailer. The makers seem to know what they are doing and the acting is satisfactory enough if not great. Look forward to the messiness next week!

Phayu sometimes seems like a spider patiently waiting to catch the fly in its web. So it was good to see him being both warm and practical with Rain today. And Rain is moving from intense attraction to genuine affection for Phayu. That he sought out Phayu when down and Phayu knew this without being told was sweet.
But something is missing. I can't explain what. Maybe Rain is looking less wonky and more irritating as time passes?
PS. I have accepted that we won't get the 2nd couple story till episode 7 or 8. It's a bummer 😕
Say what you will, but as a Mob boss Kamol > Kinn. In every episode he is seen working as much as romancing. And he doesn't randomly shoot anyone who goes against him, he keeps his cool and tries to negotiate. When he turned around in his chair with a cigar in his hand and gave his bodyguards the option of going to work with Evan, I totally (swooned) believed that they prefer to stay with him coz he is a good boss.
Did I just commit sacrilege? Well, here's another one - I like UN more than KP. I started watching UN to laugh at its trashyness but it crept into my heart, absurdities and all. I will really miss this cute little show when it ends next week 😥

By now Rain has understood how his body reacts to Phayu. He has moved past the stage of gay panic. So much so that he blurted out his heart's desire and then turned it into a challenge. And Phayu is already in deep. Of course Rain is too stupid to understand that. That's what makes it so delicious!
I was disappointed that the second couple wasn't shown today either and there is no sign of them in the next week's preview either. These two stories would be so much better off running simultaneously.
PS. I had no problem at all with the restroom stall scene, just like I had no problem with the bed scene in the last episode. Both times Phayu knew that the boy he is with is attracted to him, and both times he fuelled that attraction with light skinship. This isn't dubcon or sexual assault, this is two men with raging hormones playing the mating game. And this is BL - a fantasy meant to be enjoyed by 18+ people. We aren't here to learn life lessons from BL shows, thank you very much!

I think I am beginning to understand why UN appeals to the romantic in me so much. It's because Kim is such a girl! It really seems that the writer wrote Kim as a woman and later changed the gender but nothing else.

Watched the first 2 episodes and have mixed feelings. Actually no feelings. Coz this is a like a work of Art that you admire for its artistry but can't really feel.
All those metaphors, the theatre-like settings, the angst of 3 people who loved and lost that one man.....all very high art but not making me care for any of the characters.
The guy playing In is a terrible actor. Mol has too many dialogues and is delivering them like she is on a theater stage. Wang is the only one who feels real.
All that sexual tension is real because Wang is playing it organically. With another good actor, it would have been so much better. In is trying so hard to 'act' that it is painful to watch. That he walks around with half his shirt unbuttoned when in the company of a single woman and a young man who is openly flirting with him, makes me intensely dislike him. And WTF was that sleeping (half?) naked in the same room as the boy who was rubbing your used towel all over his body a few hours ago? That's predatory behavior but the show is trying to sell it differently.
I know this show is going to go the incestuous-relationship way. I'm not really icky about it. If I can accept rape somehow being romantic in BLs, I can accept a man having a consensual relationship with his lover's son. My problem is the pretentiousness and the bad acting. It keeps putting me to sleep.
Loved it! My kind of trash. Gave me all the feels that I want from a BL 😍
The production values are much better than I expected after watching the first trailer. The writing and direction are also solid. I wasn't bored even for a minute.
It helps that 3 of the 4 guys are so hot. Rain is too dorky looking for my taste but he is nailing the 'so good at being dumb' vibe. And Payu is hot enough for both of them 🥵 The chemistry between Rain and Payu is 🤌🏻
Bonus point - the girl Rain is chasing tells him off for calling her brother gay as if being gay is a bad thing. I'm loving the positive representation of girls in the recent BLs.
