Even mentioning a Rape crime in France. Have you done your research on that? did you know why that man was able to do the crime to his wife? There's always a reason beyond each crime. It's easy to judge a person because he did bad. Yes, that's a henious crime and so brutal. Nobody would want such to do that to anybody. Have you ever thought what triggered him to do that? He might be a victim himself that no one listened, no one cared to listen that clouded his mind and made him do such evil things. Yes I feel so sad for the victims, they don't deserve it. But, who are we to judge this person? Are you a perfect person who never did wrong to anyone? There are laws applied for such crime. Let the law punish him for that. what I'm trying to say here, Ruo Chen's character was mislead. His parents died and was abandoned. He didn't choose what he has become. He find his own ways to survive in the desert. A child being misguided will always think what he does is right. No one was there to correct him that what he's doing is wrong. He never felt love from a mother that probably led him not to respect women from the beginning. He paid for his wrong doings in the end but he was also a victim. He didn't want to be abandoned. He could've grown up to be a great leader just like the ML if he grew up normally with his parents. And could've not be a bandit if things turned out that way.

I just hope people won't judge others only by what they see. Learn the truth and find ways to make people a better person.

Since you were satisfied with the ending you were okay to watch the drama till the end. Why make a big fuss on Ruo Wen's character? You should have dropped this from the start if you're not comfortable how things were presented with Ruo Wen's character.

You don't know me as a person, so you don't have any right to tag me as a person who I am not. Besides, if you don't know what you're talking about shut your narrow mind in this forum. Try to understand first the character before judging people as if you're a perfect person. I hope you're as righteous as Saints before you make that kind of statement here.

Ruo Wen portrays a role of a Bandit. Am sure all of us knows that Bandits follows no rules. Yes, they are rough, yes, they rob people, yes they get women they want, and all crimes you could ever think of. That's why they are portrayed as people who wanders in the desert. They are not as civil as people in the city. Just like pirates in the sea. Would you expect people like them to welcome guests and entertain people with utmost courtesy? Besides, Ruo Wen's character here has been polished. He turns to be a real good guy. Sometimes, it's so easy to judge people without trying to dig in what made a person be what he is today. It's easy to say why the need to show rape if that's what you believe in, simply the writer wants to convey reality, this is reality, it's not that the drama is promoting it but just wanted to show how such story is depicted. Let's set aside real issues in the society, this is a drama. So, that will depend on the viewer if they're okay with it. Then, don't watch this if you have a different perspective on it. That simple.

For a spoiler, yes it was a HE for the MC. Not satisfyingly though.

I was attached to this drama from ep. 1. Thought it had a strong start. Story and romance was quite fast paced. But, yes it kinda went downhill midway. First time to watch Hankiz Omar as FL. Very beautiful face. I just didn't felt connected to the MC. Their character seems bland for me. I sticked to this drama because of Ruo Wen. I really liked his character. Way better off than the ML. It would really have been better for me if his character was given a chance and he's really better off with FL tbh. I would have felt the chemistry better I guess if that happened. Basically, there would have been a balance of roughness and being a gentle woman as the FL portrays.

This drama had a good potential. Wrong choice of ML I guess. But, I have to commend Guang Chang's great acting as well. Being the 2FL, she did great better than the FL acting wise. Overall, it's a 7.5 for me. Steaminess were better executed by the SC than MC.

Just some thoughts, based on what I've seen in this drama, all steamy scenes between couples are consensual. I don't understand why some would say women were forced here. Like what? All the women involved with their men are to their liking and no one was forced to be in bed with their men. If some are pertaining to the scene where Ruo Wen forced FL in his bed is just to look in her eyes that he can't figure out where he has seen them. And yes ML was there to the rescue claiming his woman.

I thought this was the C version of the Kdrama Go Back Couple as they have almost same title.

So, this is the second time I was able to watch Zhang Tian Ai. I think she always doesn't get a good role. The last drama I seen her was Young and Beautiful, and it was really bad that I gave it a 4.0 rating.
For this drama, it started interesting, but gets draggy when things just gets more complicated. Romance isn't good either. A Total slowburn like a single kiss happened only on ep.34. The leads became a couple for just a single ep. I believe. ML is terribly bad. I mean, not the guy you would dream of. A total red flag. Like, come on, after confessing to FL, he would retract his confession on the same day saying he doesn't love her. Like, WTH?!!! Gu Yun Fei, should have been the 2ML. He's the total green flag. I skipped parts of Chen Fei, as I'm not interested in her complicated relationships with married men. As for Xu Man and Guo Rui, their relationship is just as annoying as well. i mean, Guo Rui is another red flag. A total loser.

Overall, this is not the ideal romance drama you'll wanna watch. It's a 6.0 for me. ML doesn't even have a character development at all. And my gosh, 43eps is quite long for a crappy romance drama.

I think it's the main intention of the writer not to show Qu Yi Peng's plan in the beginning, not to show Nan Nan. Sadly, she's kept in the dark about everything. Even the fact that Han Su, didn't also reveal immediately that she was indeed Qu Yi Peng's ex to Nan Nan. Her character is just so pitiful. Every person around her technically just used her but doesn't sincerely cared for her. Though Han Su considered her as her bestie. I just don't really buy it.

I'm honestly disappointed why the writer gave that character to Gao Peng. I mean, he should have given the potential for a character development for him to start all over with Nan Nan.They should have ended together back again happily. The time capsule of the flower bud went to waste that Gao Peng didn't even remember. This is just too harsh for a reality depiction.

Yes, I understand that aspect about Yi Peng mistakenly pursued Nan Nan, but, as a pure kind hearted woman like her, can he not give her at least a formal apology. I mean, she's a human being not a thing that you can easily throw when not needed. It is very sad that 2 consecutive men she fell in love with treated her that way. Very inhumane but I guess, that's the harsh reality.

After watching ep. 24 I really do feel sad about Nan Nan's character. She's the most pitiful of all. I mean, the only wrong thing she did was fell in love with these 2 wrong men. First, Qu Yi Peng, a complete pathetic jerk who wrote a letter to Su Su just to express his regret and how he sincerely loved her and wished for her happiness...like, how about Nan Nan? He and Su Su had their closure but Nan Nan was left on air hanging. She was ghosted literally. Her feelings are also sincere. Doesn't she deserve an apology from him? He'll just smile and say nice to see you again as if nothing happened at all between them? And speaking of this second pathetic guy, Gao PEng. Why such treatment to Nan Nan? Did he ever loved her sincerely at least? So much effort pursuing Su Su, to the point of meeting the mom. Why didn't he ever done that to Nan Nan? From the start, he always doesn't have time for her. And when he's in the losing game that's the only time he remembers her. Just why? Why the writer is so harsh to Nan Nan's character? I strongly believe she deserves a formal apology coming from these men. at least let her feel that she was loved afterall. The story is really good. But, the FL's struggle here is way too harsh. Now, I understand why she needs to talk to her inner self always. It's true nobody really truly cares for her sincerely. Su Su could've been her bestie, but she could've rejected Gao Peng upfront to avoid misunderstandings, but, I feel she's still making him an option. Very sad for Nan Nan, honestly.

Probably. But, sadly they didn't do at least a special episode For Falling Into Your Smile even the chemistry was definitely on fire.

Yes, who wouldn't love Falling Into Your Smile. Totally agree on that. The kisses were just 🔥. The only downside for me is the ending, like it just ended by attending a wedding...and not even their own wedding.

I totally agree on this. All the 3ML's are technically antagonists, so all of them should be a support role only. Xin Yun Lai's role seem to be a cameo only, he vanished almost midway of the drama.

True. You really should have give Ancient Love Poetry a chance. That's one of his best drama for me. I believe the one with Lu Si is not far enough to happen. They're both one of the highest paid actor/actress in china I believe. And with the most number of product endorsements as well. Their project would definitely need a bigger budget.
