Episode 11 around the 5.4 mark! That was a shock on a Cdrama. I couldn't believe my eyes,
So, I dived in back to this drama to check until ep.11. And yes, I saw that fiery kiss with that accidental tongue slip I guess. ππ₯I just didn't felt the intensity of that kiss much, probably, because it was done along side of the road?!!! Will there be more to expect for the succeeding eps? Honestly, still Dai Gao Zheng won me over for the hot kisses in Forever Love. Not to mention the intimacy level of that drama is exceedingly high for me. π₯π₯π₯π If this drama will meet that mark I'll be in to see more. π
Just as I was getting bored with the office politics, ep 11 happened.
Thanks for the headsup! Will look forward to that ep everyone was raving about. Was it really way better than Forever Love in terms of kissing? never seen kissing hotter than that drama.
Just as I was getting bored with the office politics, ep 11 happened.
I'm enjoying it so far. I just hope it has a good dose of romance too. Knowing Bai Jing Ting usually doesn't have much skinships in his dramas. Reminds me of Allen Ren, lolz. That's why I avoid his dramas. π
Just as I was getting bored with the office politics, ep 11 happened.
So I guess that's when the romance sparked here. π I started A New Life Begins with Bai Jing Ting as ML. I really like watching him in a romcoms setting. Will go back to this if that ep. 11 is worth coming back for. π
Definitely here for Miles Wei. At first, I thought this was a fast pace drama. It started strong but went draggy midway. Story of the MC didn't gave much appeal to me. I think the secondary couple has a much interesting romantic story including the ending. As always, Miles nails his roles for being a loyal partner to his FL. Not really a fan of the kisses rendered by the MC. I think the SC was able to deliver it much hotter. Not also a fan of the FL. Her character was just okay with nothing much to it. Overall, this is just an okay drama to see Miles. I give it a fair 8 rating for the not so complicated theme of the drama. Still, it's Unforgettable Love that won me over by Miles.
Just started this and its just giving me Mysterious Love vibe. I mean, kinda mediocre version of it. Just on ep.2 and placing it on hold. ML is hot. First time to watch him in a drama for a lead role. But, the story really just feels the replica of the above mentioned drama. I'll just go back to this if there's not anything notable to watch.
So, I tried to continue until ep.11 as recommended. And this was not only patterned with Mysterious Love but with the sequel Love Replica as well, having a twin sister involved.
Just saw parts of the drama in youtube and decided to give it a try. This is an ultimalte old school cliched meloCdrama. Everything was so predictable from the pairing of the couples. You already know from the start who'll end up with whom. Of course, that unsupportive mother of the CEO who thinks her future daughter in law will always be after their money. And yes, this was so traditional given its 36 eps long. with all the drag and stuff that makes you skip all of them. I'm not a fan of the FL. I just don't like that playing a victim role. I mean, she doesn't have to be a mom for the kid. She can simply be an Aunt to help this kid grow. And yes, I just hate that play hard to get stuff just to waste all the time per episode. Park Hae Jin pulled his role here. Still not a fan of him though. Kinda unusual to see him speak Chinese instead of Korean. I think the character that is notable for me here is Ding Fei. The flirt she may seem, but she excels in her career and the fashion statement is simply undeniable. Another thing, you will not definitely miss out Leo Wu's character. Like just seeing that 15 yr old kid, you would already know it was him. That face just didn't change. Even the moles in his face was already prominently there. Overall, if you want to check out old school cliched dramas, this is definitely one of them. Kisses are so minimal as how they usually do in the old days. and yes, these are fish kisses. And that I can give a fairly 7.5.
First time to watch the leads in this drama. Definitely, chemistry is on π₯Storyplot isn't much interesting, specially the business side aspect of it. Like I have to skip those scenes. The wife is absolutely annoying. Like, there was no character development till the end. Honestly, I don't support adultery, but, ML's marriage is just so off and should have ended from the start. If only the divorce was granted this could have a happy ending. Sadly, this wasn't the kind of ending I was hoping for. And I thought the FL will be left with a kid from Ko. Given said that, it's a 7.5 for me. Fair enough rating for the hot chemistry of the leads.
After completing the drama, it just gave me A Love So Beautiful vibe. Just a subtle version of the ML. The ML here always treats the FL with kindness and not a single moment that he got angry with her. I'm really not a fan of youth dramas except for some that the relationship blossoms into adulthood. First time to watch Jun as ML. Never thought he was a Kpop idol, specifically Seventeen. That figures the rating of this drama. MC nailed their roles. I'm not a fan of the secondary couple. But, I did enjoy the love triangle trope between Yin Zi Han, Zhou Xing Yu and the ML. Glad to see Cheng Yu Feng in this drama. Overall, I can give this an 8 for the good kisses executed by the MC towards the finale. I find the drama slowburn. Like the romance progressed on the latter part of the drama, not even halfway. Lots of draggy parts for me. Still, a decent watch if you're into sweet fluffy romance with no complications at all plus a very supportive parents for both sides of the MC.
"When FanFan travelled back to 2012, there was another FanFan remained in 2024 that had amnesia?"There wasn't…
That made the scenes more confusing to majority of its viewers. Poor presentation by the director or editor I guess. They should have done it same as what The Atypical Familyndrama did. The past was in black and white color and the only in color was the ML himself to distinguish him from his past timeline and present time at the same scene. Anyway, good thing it has a good dose of romance. But, definitely not worth rewatching for me. Thank you for the inputs anyways. Appreciate it. π
"When FanFan travelled back to 2012, there was another FanFan remained in 2024 that had amnesia?"There wasn't…
Thank you for answering my questions though 2 years had already passed and vividly remembering the scenes. π But, as far as I remember it was showned that there was a FanFan on both timelines one in 2012 and one in 2024 at the same time. So, it can't be concluded that it was the same FanFan who time travelled just like how things were presented in the drama The Atypical Family. Though the ML travel on different timelines, his original state on that time remains there that's why he see himself on that timeline.
The plot isn't something new. Kinda reminded me of the drama Mysterious Love. First time to watch Eric Hsiao as ML. He nailed his role. His character here is a total green flag. As for the FL, I've already seen her in several dramas. Her role doesn't give much a strong character, but at least, gave a development towards the finale. What's good about this short series, it has abundant kisses and skinships. Though, I must say the kisses weren't delivered good enough. It's like the typical fish kiss.
Overall, still this is a decent watch for a short mini series. Lots of sweet moments between the MC from ep.17 onwards. You may dive in just for the romance.
When I saw the story premise of this drama, it reminded me of the drama About is Love. Same concept of the ML having allergic reactions interacting to women or should I say being touched by any woman physically.
I'm not a fan of the FL's character. Kisses are kinda weak in the beginning. Only to show that FL doesn't have feelings yet for the ML. And yes, the limited wardrobe change of the FL is so obvious around the first 7 eps. It's like, days have passed and she didn't even take a shower or change clothes. Overall, it's just another nothing else to watch drama and this shall pass for the mean time. a 7.5 for me.
Ok, I don't have issues on age gap relationships. If only the premise didn't made it looked like that the ML technically groomed the FL. The chemistry was there. Definitely hot kisses and yes, the intimacy was there. I just didn't like all the pretentions where it was so obvious that it was just the same person. Like, she was not born with a twin or a doppleganger. Oh and first time to watch Erfan. He's kinda cute but his role here seem irrelevant to the story. I'm not a fan of the genre but definitely watched for the romance. a fair 7.5 for me.
Cheng Yu Feng is definitely hot in this drama. Looking forward to see him in a full length. The story premise is just okay. Not so interesting for me. A bit dark in the beginning, but caught later on when everything was shed to light. Love the chemistry of the leads. Kisses and intimacy were very well presented. I just felt short on the ending, like, it could have been more. Overall, a decent watch and gave it an 8.
So, it's like the Korean version of The Time Traveller's Wife movie. The story premise is interesting. But the romance pace is quite slow. Am already at ep.9 and still the MC is not officially together. Knowing this has only 12 eps. Jang Ki Yong is still cute though. Let me see till the end how will this go. The romance of I-na and her school crush is much interesting as the guy had already confessed to her. Like, WTH? the daughter had her first romance in a fast pace than the father. π€
Completed the drama at this point. The romance between the leads seem a bit lacking. Kisses were too short and I find their sweet moments too minimal. Still, gave a happy ending. Got curious who will Bok Ina be as a grown up lady in season 2. And yes, more interested in her love story. Gave this a fair rating of 8.5. Bok Nuri is just so cute. Just like his dad. Jang Ki Yong nailed his role as always.
