Definitely here fo DGZ. I thought it would be as spicy as his previous dramas. Sadly, this ain't what you expect for. Kisses aren't as good as how he initiates them with his other dramas. And too minimal as I've noticed. Story isn't much interesting. Good fight scenes though. FL is such a bad ass. Got a bit confused by the twin sister. Didn't like the ending. Not a fan of LDR. Overall, it's just 6.5 for me.
Currently on ep.4, just curious, was the one singing really Jianci's singing voice? or was it just dubbed only for his character?
Anyways, decided to drop this at this point. It's just annoying to see FL doesn't feel the same way as the way ML wanted to marry her. She just see him as a brother and that's it. Even the Grandfather contradicts this idea. I've no qualms on watching reverse harem dramas but I usually watch them with obvious expectations that FL would end up with ML. This is just one of my disappointments and I guess, definitely not my cup of tea.
S2. Hmmmmm. This isn't a typical romance drama. It's tagged as a reverse harem, so yes, there's going to be multiple…
Yes, technically it should be billed this way that CX is the ML, however, it turns out that it is still TJ/ YSQ she ended up with. I hope I've read some spoilers right on the comments section of S2. I felt sad for CX character. He may have not focused on romance for he has a duty to fulfill for his country, still he needs to be loved by a partner he was hoping and suppose to have. I just felt TJ/YSQ is so weak as a partner figuratively. Like he always demands for FL to wait for him but he can't do anything to his situation and just makes things worst for their relationship. As for XL/FFB, yes he has done a lot of sacrifices for the FL but he was abusive in the begining given his demon nature that sometimes he can't control. And obviously, FL sees him as a confidant, her master for teaching her archery, life saver but felt they don't owe each other since they saved each other's lives. And of course, that uncontrollably Love bug. Sadly, their feelings aren't mutual so it will definitely destroy one's heart. I won't say anymore about Fenglong since his character seem just added to make the reverse harem more interesting to the viewers. Overall, I feel sad for CX character. Probably, if they didn't lose each other from childhood, FL wouldn have her eyes only for CX. I still.stand for what I believe in love. It should be deserving and worthy. And yes, it is so impotant that the feelings are mutual. What's the point of loving someone who doesn't care for you at all, who can destroy you, who's not helping you grow as a person and instead just uses you for his own good. As they say, when falling in love use not only the heart but also the mind. Anyways, I appreciate all your inputs and have given me a thorough overview of this drama. I'll try to complete this though heartbroken for CX. I might give a much lower rating for this. I guess, I prefer a FL who uses not only her heart but also her mind. I just couldn't see it here. Probably, TJ/YSQ character is not an ideal ML for me.
It's WAY MORE SIZZLING than many dramas labeled with romance tag.Fab OTP chemistry - complex characters - fab…
Tian Jian Ci is charming as ever. Many of the viewers would want him to end up with FL. Giving it a Love Between Fairy and Devil vibe since he's a demon here given that white long hair. 😁Sadly, he's only technically a 3ML as for my ranking. But, he's truly likeable in this drama. I got some spoilers that he'll be not in good fate in the end.

I'm sorry but that's easier to categorize the heirarchy of men in this drama. 1st should be ML and he should be that deserving guy ranking in 1 and it matters to me. 2nd is Tushan Jing whom she blindly fell in love with thinking he's the one who can only understand and be there for her after meeting him in Q town. And yes 3rd is Xiang Lu, who's quite abusive but definitely has sincere feelings for her and she definitely know how he feels for her after saving her from death, no need for words to spell it out I should say. But, it seems she doesn't show any affection for him at all. and 4th of course, is Fenglong definitely a one sided love. So this should be the ranking of FL's feelings towards these men, but for now, I'm on ep3 of S2 and still 2ML is the 1st one for her and not ML. I just felt the promise they had when they were kids were easily let go by her.
Love and Romance is always deserving...Deserving who is worth your love, who is worth dying for, who acknowledges your love, who takes you for granted, who gives you a requitted love, who's there for you when you needed someone most...and the list goes on...And I guess, the most definitive statement...Who truly makes you happy...now the person decides who truly is deserving to be in his/her heart.
As for her chidlhood trauma, Cang Xuan shares the same burden. His parents also died in front of him. It took him 300 years searching for XY. He's done his fare share and his feelings for her since childhood never changed, sadly it did change for XY after feeling being abandoned, but everything was cleared yet she doesn't feel the same way for CX. Still hoping for them to end up together...I hope. 😁

Hahaha 😂 I like that, expert drama dropper! Wish I'm a sniffer myself, but, I always tend to give things a chance which makes me drop a drama either halfway or almost thru.
Like , I'm sticking my way to the end with Lost You Forever S2 though, I'm really hating the twisted storyplot of this drama romance wise. Main reasson, I like the ML and I pity him being taken for granted by FL all through out S1 till now on S2. Makes me wanna see how will it end for the ML.

Yes, I understand the reverse harem part on S1. But, this gave me an unexpected twist of FL having feelings for 2ML and not for ML. and yes, even their first kiss was given to another person in which I am expecting to be given to their devoted one. I've watched lots of reverse harem dramas and most of them, the FL dotes only her ML and doesn't care about any other men even though lots of men dotes her.
Probably, it really is not a typical romance drama but, it's agitating, tbh. I've seen more complicated Romance Wuxia, Xianxia dramas such as Princess Silver, Legend of Mi Yue, The Rise of Phoenixes, Bloody Romance to name a few. but, you would know from the start that the MC only have eyes for each other inspite some sacrifices they have to make along the way.
This drama basically makes me question FL's loyalty to ML. Only ML's so devoted to her from the start. I guess, I am disliking FL's character here. It's like she's giving false hopes to these men. It's so obvious how these men feel about her yet she tends to pretend she's naive on their feelings towards her. She's smart, so I know she knows how Xiang Lu truly feels about her as well as Fenglong.
I just wanted to see a happy ending for the ML the reason I'm sticking here till the end. The ML deserves a better FL character tbh.

It's a nice slice of life drama but more on romance focused if you're ok with that theme.
He seem to be somewhat a 2ML or 3ML perhaps? I think Wallace is more of the guest role since he has less exposure on that drama.
As for like, I don't like him the way I like Xu Kai and the rest of those goodlooking Cdrama actors in the industry. I admire him as an actor, but, I want to see him in a different light. He always plays a villainous character. I want to see him play like a sweet loving loyal husband perhaps? Coz everytime I watch him, his roles are either a cheater or a complete loser. I can see a great potential in him that he can be a domineering CEO who can be loyal to a partner and yes, he can be that romantic as well. Am sure many women will be swoon over if he portrays that kind of ML in a drama like every good looking CDrama actors to name such Jeremy Tsui, Miles Wei, Yu Long...these are a few quite mature C actors who does well in that turf.
After completing S1 I must say the storyplot is interesting that I got hooked to this drama. It has a different approach that makes the story itself unpredictable. I am not definitely happy romance wise. It feels I am watching a circus of relationships for the FL. And yes, hoping for a chance of romance to blossom for the MC and ended up ML marrying another woman just for political power. Like, WTH? And another hateable thing, why won't FL have feelings for the ML? I just can't stand that platonic relationship between them. And for the 3ML, Jianci who can't even express his true feelings for the FL. This is simply a chaotic romance drama. I have to give it a 7.5 for S1. Hoping for a better romance development on S2.
Didn't like this much compared to their prior collabs. Storyplot isn't much interesting. And literally they looked like Father and daughter here. FL dresses like a GS student. She should have taught to dress up a bit maturely to.match ML's age I guess.
The storyplot isn't that great this time. The FL acting like a child just because of a trauma is so off yet she needs to do intimate scenes. Just a 7.5 for me.
How's the romance and kiss meter for this drama? ML did great in Sunshine Of My Life. Was kinda hoping he would have the same portrayal, though the above mentioned is contemporary drama and yes, this is wuxia. Kinda different genre, but hoping portrayal as ML would be the same.
My first time to watch Zhang Wan Yi in a drama. Quite impressed him being the ML. He pulled off his character well. And yes, he was able to make me laugh. As for the FL, I've already seen her in several dramas. She's definitely a beauty as always. She was able to pull off her role as well. Chemistry was there but....the kisses for me were too minimal and not executed well comparing to the kisses rendered by our FL in Fireworks Of My Heart. I know she can execute kisses so well. So, the skinships are definitely lacking in this drama. For the storyplot, it really dragged a lot that I have to move forward on most scenes. The romance part in the beginning should be interesting as the MC started to pour out their true feelings. However, these were all covered up with lies and deceit. It took a lot of time for their official kiss to happen and yes, the revelation of their true identity with each other took a lot of time as well. I was looking forward for more sweet moments by the MC after being officially together and bound to get married. But, it focused more on the palace issues. I was expecting more on the finale, like showcasing their family having kids perhaps but it did not. The fight scene by the MC towards the end was epic though. Overall, this would have been good to 24eps. only. 40eps was quite long for a lots of draggy parts. Given said that, this is a 7.5 for me. Still, will look forward to see more of our ML in his other dramas.
