Kdrama needs to know that you can’t look the same after 10 fucking years!! it is either they use a younger version…
How old are you exactly? Most people don't change a lot in 10 years. Heck even in 20. Between the age of 15 and 40, most people don't even get visible wrinkles. You do look slightly older but it's more in subtle changes such as less fat in one's face.
Between 20 and 30, unless you've gotten some heavy weight changes, your face barely changes especially Asians who tends to hide away from sun damage.
This show reminds me of K dramas of the early 2000s. I've seen that plot at least a 100 times already. Had trouble getting into it but now fully onboard. Still an enjoyable ride albeit a predictable one. The uncle is too 2-dimentionnal for my taste but Film and Min are really selling their roles so in spite of all the tropes and clychés, I'm enjoying myself.
Also... Dunno who is the stylist, I usually really don't pay attention to fashion overall but I did notice that Min's clothes are just all the time pretty gorgeous and fits her figure pretty well. That stylist deserves a raise.
Crossing my fingers that this one is gonna come to Viki... Haven't lost hope, many S listers have been licensed by Viki in Europe when more than 10 episodes had already aired so there's not reason why they shouldn't do the same with that one...
But he is NOT a villain really. Our Imugi explains that Bibi eats only bad guys and thus does SERVICE to humanity.…
Lol I think you can't accept the idea of him turning into a villain but they literally hinted at it the moment he appeared. He's got good reasons... Doesn't change the fact that he's turning to the dark side.
Actually nope it's the King's Father in law who is also the Minister of State which also explains why the King…
From what I understand he didn't necessarily want his (great)grandson to die... Rather nobody knows the King has some "special lens" that protects him and therefore his (great) grandson was attacked instead...
But to be fair, I honestly don't understand his motivations apart maybe from the fact that he doesn't want the slave reform to pass... Or maybe he just wants to be able to rule from the shadows who knows...
I answered my own question who is THE ELDER that the blind person works for and keeps mentioning in earlier episodes....…
Actually nope it's the King's Father in law who is also the Minister of State which also explains why the King doesn't doubt his loyalty in the first place.
Note: In episode 10, they refer to him as the "King's Grandfather" but I clearly remember him him being the father of the Queen. I may be mistaken but I'm just going to assume it's a translation mistake and instead of "grandfather", "elder" should have been used... Anyway... Bit unclear now...
But he is NOT a villain really. Our Imugi explains that Bibi eats only bad guys and thus does SERVICE to humanity.…
I don't know for episode 10 as I've just started it but the preview for Ep 11 is pretty clear, Bibi is siding with the villain because he doesn't like how the FL made Kang Cheol change.
Well I knew they were setting up Bibi to turn into a villain the moment Yeo Ri prevented him from eating the treacherous prime minister... Sad but not unexpected...
Binged it. Just like the Spirealm, this series' biggest flaw lies in the whole explanation for the existence of the game and the motivations of the villains。 Completely nonsensical and the story would have been better without all that father/daughter sentimental BS. Also mentionned in previous comments by other members the fact that this show would have been better if they spent more time in the game and less in the real world.
Still way better in my opinion than the Spirealm except in terms of mood. The spooky vibe at the beginning didn't last the whole series and that's a pity because this mysterious darkish vibe really enhanced the whole experience.
Still a solid 8.5 for me. Removing 1.5 points for the reasons mentioned above. It's too bad you basically have to use the search engine on Viki to find the show because for some weird reasons, it's not tagged Sci-Fi, nor thriller, nor mystery... Anyway very badly referenced which probably explains why there's not lots of people who have seen it.
Lol. I'm probably old enough to be your mother. Still had to use a slang dictionary to understand what you wrote. Given how well you express yourself, I'm sure you must be at the top of your class. Though I honestly don't care, by the time you get out of school, hopefully you'll have enough interactions with ADULTS to realize all your internet gibberish is only understandable by chronically online little kids.
With AI anybody can slander anybody these days... One famous youtuber I follow, actually asked some AI program to create a song using his voice. Honestly there was no way you could tell the song was Ai generated... by ear (maybe with some special analysis that might be possible though) and the lyrics were pretty good too, imitating his brand of humor as well. Just crazy).
So whether she said it or not, who knows... But the former assistant must be "former" for a reason. I would understand if she had allegedly committed a serious crime... but this is just petty.
Hope the drama is not too impacted and they manage to sort things out.
They're not gonna follow the webtoon... Or follow it without following it. She goes to the US and then comes back so the last 2 episodes are here to introduce Hong Min Ki for one last useless misunderstanding trope... but overall I'm about 95% sure Jae Yeol is endgame (which was what I was hoping for).
She went to the US and never forgets him, he stayed and never forgot her.
Still on the fence over whether or not to watch it. I like cheese like the next person... But I HATE misunderstandings based on people not communicating and this drama is filled to the brim with these...
Well, we'll see next week if I'm right but that's what I felt from their preview. Hyeon O trying to get the girl, but 10 episodes of selling Bany X Yeol, unless the scriptwriters smoke some weed, there's no way she's ending with somebody else... nor alone for that matter.
But MBC just like the useless angst so the preview sucks nonetheless but you can easily guess where this is going.
Still think this girl is a doormat who can't fight for herself... Will never like her. If I ever tune in, it will be for the dudes.

But the summary is:
Story 1: 3.5
Story2: 7
Story 3: 8.5
Yeah, last story was the best out of everything in my opinion.
