A “Hidden Gem” is something that isn't well known or popular, but has something special or unique about it that inspires positive feelings. And to think the drama that JUST started on Aug 4th (2 eps so far) is ALREADY considered a "hidden gem". Golly gee.

I think it's on purpose sometimes. Seasoned folks know actors/actresses pics can be quite varied, and we still know it's "that person". Newer folks have to search google images to make sure it is "that person". I know this bc I had to google many a name to make sure, oh so many years ago.

Same. My income limits how many streaming sites I can subscribe to. I'm pushing it with 2, and debate every single month on whether I should drop 1 of those.

How to wrap up everything 13, and especially 14, brought up in the remaining 2 episodes. It HAS been well paced. I hope it isn't a "last leg of the race" pace for 15/16 otherwise it'll turn many sour on their rating. I'm begging the writer to end this a satisfactorily/ tie up all loose ends that make perfect sense.

I hope you enjoy it as much as the majority of us do.

I'm getting way too old, it seems, to be watching kdramas when I'm starting to agonize over the little things, such as why Gu Won had to wear female pajamas in episode 13. Women's apparel is buttoned right over left, button holes on the right side, with the buttons on the left side. Was it so hard for the wardrobe dept to supply him with men's pjs. I should go to bed.

I would've loved to see the same, instead of the basketball scenes.

This is to say I LOVE THE MODS who have worked diligently in cleaning up the comment section AND the Episode Guide section. ALL of you deserve praise for what I'm sure was a formidable task.

Read the review geek for episode recaps if you need to be reminded of the characters.

I just don't like calling out my fav streaming site by name IF I'm complaining. Which I was. I'm talking about going through all the motions and still whatever we're watching isn't shown as currently watching with the episode marker on it.

I use MDL mainly to add the episode # with the time I stopped watching a particular drama. I also started listing the dramas I want to watch that are on Viki or Tubi under the On-Hold and Netflix (only) under Plan To Watch. So one could say definitely that Viki forced me to take the recommend of other acct holders and open an MDL acct.

"That unnamed streaming site never had the level of organizing your watched shows that you can see here. And of course you cannot include those you have watched "elsewhere"." Never expected them to, since MDL covers it.

I did a stupid thing. I rewatched and just now finished at midnight (USA Central time). I wish I hadn't. Why? Because I felt it desensitized me to the disgust and horror I felt while seeing it for the first time. And I don't want my emotions lessened when viewing such. If something is closer to real life than fiction, because of the trauma in my past, it will give me empathy overload, which I'd rather have than to be dull headed and heartless toward another's pain, frustration, and despire. In other words, I felt less humane toward the "victims" who were bullied. I learned another lesson in my old age. If you need, read the comments under here instead of rewatching.

I'm thinking the same. It was a hard watch, but I don't want to wonder why this or that or who if I watch the 2nd (which actually starts Episode 7). I'll start it today and if it triggers then I'll wait for 2.

Is there an alternative? If a certain unnamed streaming site can't get their codes corrected and Currently Watching, etc like Netflix and the other sites do then it forces us to use pen & paper or MDL so we can keep up with all of it. Most people watch multiple dramas/movies at the same time (well , you know what I mean). If there's another site that can do that, then please let me know even if in a DM.

Why haven't the mods cleaned up the Episode Guide of the accounts that were made specifically to write bad reviews of KTL? ALL of the episode reviews are heavy with disparaging language. At the time of writing this, Episodes 11-16 which have NOT aired have also been rated and reviews written. Those certainly should be deleted. Is it so hard to understand the reviews that were written prior to EACH episode's air date should be deleted?
