I thought I was watching well past brain functioning at optimum. I 'got' practically all of it except for the loops being the AI training of the mother. The fish and the fires should've been left out. One question: Why was mother 1 (Kim Da Mi) chosen to be the model for the AI and not the other mother (2) Was it bc the other mother abandoned her child, so they didn't want to start with a flawed example?
Everyone does know there's a RECENT DISCUSSIONS section to add LONG commentary to, right? Two Eps in and the comment section below is already burdensome to scroll through, and are FULL OF SPOILERS too.
That reminded me of my English teacher.. Nostalgia.. 😄
A Criminal Justice degree, with Sociology and Psychology as minors. Total waste of my educational aspirations and the years employed until the hypocrisy drove me away.
Re: abortionPersonally, I don't agree with abortion unless it is for the survival of the mother. HOWEVER, if it…
Thank you for writing out my conviction so well. I can SAY I'm anti-abortion and pro choice 50 dif days to Sunday but sometimes it's easier to write it out simply so others might begin to see people are mutilayed, not one dimemsional, and they can carry several points of view on life, and could be in opposition to the way we experiemce and see life.

What an exceptionally well written synopsis. Concise, yet thorough. Focuses on ourprotagonists, and the setting, and still, doesn't include any spoilers.
This is going to be good. Within the first 5 minutes I was already on a search for the novel that was mentioned having won a Nobel Prize, 'One Hundred Years of Solitude". I wonder if the drama will have elements of the novel.
I find it rather funny for translations in dramas or movies to revert to the archaic silent film era (1890-1930) in the USA "to cut straight to the chase" which was audiences' demand to skip the boring scenes and to cut to the action scenes (car chases). It sounds so silly in 2025, when "get to the point" is used in every day life. Asian dramas was the first time I'd ever seen the archaic version used.
bruh OG is a coming of age movie why did they change it to mature one.
Good. "battling a bustling and weary city life" implies both of them are adult age, and met shortly before then on the bus ("fate brings Eun Ho and Jeong Won together"), not having spent any of their youth together. Coming of age involves protagonists spending their youth together through to their early twenties or 30s and follows their personal growth together and as individuals.
apparently she had to loose 10kg for this role. God knows why. She looked at lot better before
I found several articles about her'transformation' which you said "she had to loose 10kg for this role." It was HER choice and was intentional to appear more datable, have more stamina, and look beautiful, rather than to appear as her usual cute self everyone has come to associate with her. I won't comment on her appearance anymore, but I will say this...all of the articles quoted her, and it sends a shameful message to girls and women who will never achieve her appearance even if they too lose 10 kg of body weight. It's isn't like she needed to lose the weight bc her character has cancer. 🤷🏼
I don't think you mean any harm by your comment and you seem like a genuine person, but can we stop commenting…
You're right. I kinda transferred my own dismay of being so gaunt and skeletal onto her. Shaming? Never. If one's weight is a choice then, heaven forbid, do NOT take anything I say to heart. All sizes are beautiful. If not a choice, then I commiserate with you. 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Seriously though, I don't care how it's tagged at this point. I just want it released. I hope these are true.
