can anyone tell me (without spoilers) in which episode manwol's backstory is shown? or at least where you start…
edit: finished the whole thing, to those who wonder most of it is already in episode 8, however the "true" story is told between 12-14 from different perspectives
Did anyone else dislike the male lead? I just can't bring myself to root for him. All he does is being stupid and screaming at everyone like an idiot, being violent and hitting people and he's so rude to his wife it's unbearable. He also stalks her on her way to home every day it's so creepy. Yes he was her husband but she doesn't know that so?? It's so dumb no one in this drama doesn't find it weird...
Omg so excited for this <3 The original is one of my all time fav manga. Not sure if they will be able to capture the complexity of the original, but as long as they keep the dark/mature essence and don't romanticize Takumi I'm all good, because you just can't romanticize a monster like that.
You all hate Bae Ro Na more than the evil psychos?
I can't speak for anyone else, but for evil people since they're supposed to be hated it's kind of fun hating on them and you know at the end they'll get what they deserve. But the "good" ones you're supposed to root for them, so when they're being unlikable it just irritates me so much and makes me way angrier at them than at the actual bad guys. But that's just me idk
I guess I'm in the minority here but I don't ship Ro Na and Seok Hoon at all. I really don't like it in dramas when they push this "rich bully guy falls in love with poor girl and changes" agenda, like it's soo cringe to me. Most of the time the guy doesn't actually change, is still being an a**hole to everyone but the girl and its the same here...if they'd actually reflect and be sorry for what they did I'd be okay with it but that's not the case that so far.
Anyways I can't forgive what he or the others did to Min Seol Ah. Everyone only hates the other teens, but for me he's barely any different than his sister but y'all only have this energy for girls I guess.
He seriously has the prettiest and most expressive eyes! Like he doesn't even need to pull extremely dramatic crying scenes or something like that. That deep, emotional gaze that says more than words ever could is already enough to break your heart <3
She always writes characters that you can easily connect to. And lovable character relationships. My favorite…
Visited this page again in 2020 and saw my old comment, umm yeah I have to take my words back tbh. Her writing in Start-Up makes me want to cancel her ngl
Really hope HJP leaves this toxic environment for good and marries Young Shil or whatever, but I'm 100% sure the way the writer seems to blame him for everything he'll have a forever alone ending, which I didn't sign up for tbh.
Not watching this atm but I heard Dong Ha is going to be added to the cast & I was waiting for his comeback since I loved him in Chief Kim! Can someone tell me if his character is rather insignificant or not? Interested in this one either way but it'd be nice to know <3
