When I watched him in BftB with Zhou Ye, I said I love that CP, then I watched him and Lu YuXiao in LITC, again I feel that is the perfect matched CP.., and may take me a while to get into a new CP with Neo and another actress. However, now he will be matched with Tan Song Yun, who is known to have great chemistry with every co-star she works with, so we shall see.

Glad you enjoyed this too;) When I first started, I almost dropped it as I found the humor BGM was overplayed, but as I persevered to ep 9, I realised how I enjoyed this and now after it ended a few days ago, I am still lingering around. Will only move on if another next show hits me that way.
Fantastic review as always. I was waiting to read it, and most points you raised resonates with my thoughts after watching this show. Love your title âsmirk & soakâ and Li Qin shines for this show. When I read so may people feel the CPâs chemistry, I wondered was I the only one that didnât really feel them. lol! Glad I am not alone, as you, I agreed that they were great in their roles, and particularly Chen Zhe Yuanâs acting here surprises me, but their CP was just okayish. Then the last 10 ep was like watching Macbeth, scratching my head on the over the top theatrical scenes. The villain actor has his limitation in range of acting, felt he could need more experience to show the depth of this character. But overall, itâs a fun ride;) and 8/10 for me too.
